Could I actually draw the vehicles? Yes, I have the practice from drawing Transformers, Knight Rider and Herbie. BUUUUT my Samsung tablet is literally kicking my ass here and refuses to cooperate, I literally can't work on bigger artworks or take too long in a single piece for lack of storage space - that's why I'm opening these slots in the first place, to be able to afford the fix-up of my desktop computer so I can get back to work properly on bigger projects and teach my online classes in peace. Sadly I still wasn't informed how much it'll cost for them to fix it, the tech guy got sick this week (I did too, argh), so he's still going to take a look at my computer, and whatever money I had, I'm spending on food day by day. Right now as I'm typing this post I have only R$20 in my account, which is a bit less than 5 US Dollars 🥲

i think? that would be palimpsest? who i've basically only talked abt in the one post i made them up in.

so! they're another victim of "i was supposed to join a new chronicle and then it died in the cradle" but i Do still think abt them quite a bit- mostly bc i love the concept of anything in wod that Shouldn't be a vampire but ends up as one anyways. changeling is def one of the splats i interact with the least, but the tragedy of a fae soul betting its entire existence on this one kid and right when they were ready to grow into their power they got not just their future, but all of their many pasts, ripped away from them in an instant, is so so so juicy to me. it's a concept that ive seen a few other people play with and ive loved every single version so i wanted to put a slightly different spin on it- most of the other maeghar/kiasyd/fae embraced kindred ive seen have still got a bit of that sparkle left over but pal truly has nothing beyond a sense that there was something they were that got erased and written over. they aren't just a tragic creature bound to banality against their will- they think the embrace saved them, and in a way, it almost did, since they would have become a dauntain otherwise.

they're also part of the population of the montreal by night game i stg i will run one day but for now exists as a 24/7 simulation in my brain that eats away at my ram when im supposed to be thinking of other things. in that hypothetical chronicle they're part of a coterie of Boring Autists alongside kellen and everest lmao

early 20s and some kid hang around a record store somewhere. things happen!

one day i just stopped all my friends and asked if i can make ocs based off of us and we're hanging out at some corner store like Clerks the animated series. Changing "some corner store" to a record store and we're here.

They live in Somewhere Shore city, Vincent and Everest work at Somewhere Shore: Record Store (ppl just call it Somewhere Records). Everest has to often look after his quiet little cousin Reen, even if he's working. Milo and Oswald are usual customers that like hanging around (are also often the reason for problems happening around the store, to Everest' distain). Milo likes to tinker and sometimes does freelance to help with broken machines, like record and cd players. Something gay is going on with Oswald and Vincent but they'd be caught dead before they'd admit it. And Everest has a big loser crush on the nicest guy you'd ever meet, Connoly.

They also have a band! It's called We are the Same, they most of the time meet up at Oswald's garage to play. they don't get many offers but this is Somewhere Shore City, it's a little too quiet for what they'd want to be.

(Sorry if my art sucks...) This is Kaya, the main "villain" of my first animatic I'm making. She was in a relationship with the main character, Nakusa, but was possessed by the gem embedded in her chest. The gem is called a Calamity Crystal, and it's a fragment of a dead god. In this animatic, the god from the bible was real and created the multiverse. He created our universe as a test universe but eventually got bored of us and created a goddess to keep him company. Gaia, the goddess he created, saw that god was doing evil things to humanity and tried to reason with him, but he saw this as rebellion and attempted to kill her. Gaia used all of her power to shatter god's soul into trillions of pieces that were scattered across the multiverse. One fragment landed on our Earth but was found by a guy named jesus. He claimed to be the son of god and used the crystal to do the things he did in the bible. At some point, he lost the crystal and was crucified. The crystal was passed down for generations, but nobody ever discovered its true power. It ended up in a cave on Mount Everest and stayed there until 2736, where this animatic starts. More lore in my next post. :3
