They're Back.

I didn't want to believe it. I wanted to be a hater. I had a whole post written about how it didn't look good, but then I actually watched the trailer.

They're back. They're actually coming back. Exactly as they should be. If there is to be an actual new Ape Escape game coming they need to be exactly like they are shown in the trailer. Between this and Astro Bot the momentum is there and decades of waiting can be put to an end. This is not a drill. We may actually see an Ape Escape 4.
