Which of the Toa Hagah and Turaga Metru have entries on Pouks’s Wall of Shame? (Some of the Turaga are also currently placing bets on which of the Toa Mata will end up on there first. Lewa’s currently the hot favourite but Onewa has a good feeling about Pohatu. Unrelated of course to the fact that Onewa keeps suggesting to him that the Metru Nui Zoo is a nice place for a date).

Onewa and Krahka are the obvious ones. "Extra elephant" has become Pouks's personal slang for Toa (etc) related zoo shenanigans because of the time Onewa took Krahka to the zoo and she immediately ran off to join the elephants, scaring the hell out of the zoo staff when they realized there was one more elephant than they were expecting. "Every day," Pouks will say, bone-tired and world-weary, "every day there's some kind of extra elephant."

As you've suggested, Nokama is up there for accidentally starting an elephant philosophical disagreement with her translation powers when she was still a Toa (on a school trip maybe), and Whenua and Nuju for "scaring the rodents" by scaring them. I think Matau is on it for seeing how many things he could turn himself into before he got caught (the answer was four). Honestly it's probably only Vakama who's the only Metru not on the wall of shame yet, and that's more because he hasn't really been to the zoo. Someday Matau will drag him and Nokama there for a date and let's be honest he will almost certainly find a way up there.

Of the Hagah, Kualus is up there a few times, but mostly as affectionate colleague heckling. He had a placement there for a little while and wasn't...great at his animal control powers yet. Kualus loves all birds except swans.

Norik is also on there, which he objects to since his crime wasn't even Toa-related. He just spent several hours pretending to work at the zoo and giving unsanctioned tours of the various reptile exhibits.
