It seemed that there was no shortage of interesting guests at the ball tonight. While he didn't recognize many outside of his date and a scattering of other royals and nobility, there were a few individuals who caught his interest. Or rather, their wardrobe.

The figure in particular that caught his eye was in a rather dashing red suit and matching mask. As luck would have it, the figure was heading in his general direction.

"It seems you have decent taste," he said once the other was close by. "Not bad, if I must say so."

He had heard a swirl of Rumors about this particular Goetia, not to mention having Been speaking to his daughter didn’t paint the best picture of Stolas to the king — but he had to admit , it did soothe his heated anger to be properly bowed to and addressed with respect .

Admiring the other’s outfit ( so many shiny bits and bobbles ) the urge to snatch it and horde it amongst his treasures was strong .. but he wasn’t a hatchling he knew how to control his urges something this Goetia apparently could not do if the rumors were anything to go by .

Andrealphus stood off to the side, quietly taking in all the guests and their various outfits. Caim stood next to him, looking far less interested or impressed than her companion. Years of being raised among the goetia had turned her off of fancy gatherings, and even though this one was hosted by a sinner, for sinners, Caim couldn't truly get into it.

"Our hostess did a magnificent job, so at least try and look interested," he said, looking to Caim who let out a sigh.

"Fine," she said, displeasure in her town as she left to try and mingle with the other guests. Andre went back to observing, and his eyes landed on a rather elegant looking young woman.

"I wonder who that could be?" he mused aloud, not seeming to care if she, or anyone else around him could hear.

yikes, she hasn't even been here for an hour yet and things are already kicking off. here sallie may was expecting for all of these overlords and other demons to be on their best behaviour, but with all the commotion she can hear from across the room, maybe in hell, such a thing was wishful thinking.

it's not too early for a drink, is it? it's gonna be a long night ... maybe she'll go and check out what grub they've got.

they say that you look as good as you feel, this grinning charlatan takes that phrase very seriously ! with his plus-one donning a stunning dress representing the memorably dangerous outer flames of reds and yellows, Wally dresses as the often-forgotten blue center of fire with licks of red. regardless of which part of the flame you touch though, fire is still fire regardless of how pretty it is, so you're free to look.. but not touch !
