my job rn is playing games with me and my coworkers are ready to walk out !! incoming rant …
#so i was gone for like a week with my pto#and everything was totally fine#but i came back to a shitshow fr LOL#before i left they promised me a raise#but i come back and find they are giving it to someone else#and more than what i was gonna get#and ofc it was a man who snagged it#BRO just bc i left doesn’t mean i don’t deserve it#and why promise it in the first place ??#they did that to the rest of my team too like we were all supposed to get a bump#but this guy gets all of it instead ??? per quarter ?? no.#so we had a meeting and idk WHAT happened but i stood my ground#even with the cfo and vp there i was like im not gonna let you do this to me#so we’ll see what happens#i don’t tolerate disrespect so !!! especially when it affects my team !!!#i was still nice and professional and just laid down the facts#but damn it was just cold !! and they were being stinky about it#like don’t promise it if you can’t deliver bc everyone was so excited#and now they all wanna quit#idk if i will or not yet#all i know is that ceo!kuroo would never do this to me 🤧#grrrr i just wanna get my mba and dip already !!!!!#⁺. ʚ aims lore ɞ ⋆˙#deleting laterrrr. i just needed to let it out <3
