can I just say. I've never seen the "fell first/fell harder" dichotomy outside of CR fandom - I'm sure it was a Twitter thing or whatever but nothing else I do picked up on it at all - and I think it's a false dichotomy that people try to impose on ships that don't fit it at all. But most of all it is perhaps the least interesting way to approach a relationship dynamic I can think of.
