Got pulled into an email thread at work in which someone from Adobe is contacting us about the multiple creative cloud licenses we have to confirm that we are still using all of them (so that we don't get overcharged), and while it is a legit and well-meaning email, this guy manages to make it the scammiest-looking thing I've ever seen. Not that I expected anything better from this fuckass company though!

#this dude like. spelled please as pls in his first message and that just reads as a flag to me #maybe that's me being picky but if you work for fucking ADOBE I think your professional emails maybe shouldn't be written like a text!#and then our organization ceo who was also in the thread emailed us all privately and was like: hey can someone please take over on this #thing because adobe is leaving me voicemails and trying to make me the point of contact (after she told him to wait while they figured out #who should head the accounts because it literally wouldn't make sense for her to be the one)#and now he asked her again over email to connect for a call like. dude we just told you she isn't the one to contact #homie take the hint!#I don't like the way he's basically hounding us and ignoring what's being said because it really does give scammer #even though I am 99.99% certain this email is fully and completely legit #I wasn't planning for this account to be a journal perse but ???
