Love when I accidentally manage to cook with my ocs in terms of their symbolism and motifs to perfectly suit the narrative they’re in
#this has to do with my Elden Ring tarnished btw#named him Hati after the wolf in Norse mythology that sought to devour the moon#since I originally envisioned him as taking part in the Liurnia war and having the moniker of “the bloodied wolf#most of his symbolism is wolf related in terms of loyalty and guardianship#especially relating to his lord who has a thing for snakes and impaling#even his armor reflects this since it’s mostly black and dark greys since Hati was also described as such#which made me think of how Radagon is also symbolized through his red wolves#which gave me an oh shit moment since Skoll (Hati’s counterpart in Norse mythology) is also a red wolf#Hayden’s ramblings
