Oh my god…I just read chapter 12 and I CANNOT I REALLY NEED TO WRITE THIS ONE OUT 😭😭 CHIP IM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS STORY BUT THE WAY THIS LITERALLY RIPPED ME APARTTTT THE PAIN IS TOO GOOD 🥲

Your story writing and symbolism never ceases to amaze me. The bits and pieces of significant object or events that references the earlier parts of the story and makes the pieces fall into place are so DELICIOUS like idek any other word for it because it’s just so *chefs kiss*

I’m just gonna point out a few I’ve noticed because it’s honestly wrecking me internally so much and I need you to know that 🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻💖

1) THE FIRE

The way demon Jungkook just spawns these little flames out of nowhere and MC is like ??? But it turns out it’s just smth he’s been doing THEIR WHOLE FRIENDSHIP TOGETHER AS A WAY TO CALM HER ANXIETY LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THAT ONE RUN ME OVER WITH A CROP DUSTER

2) THE VASE

that little vase that Taehyung gifted her after her miscarriage that she smashed 😭😭 why just whyyyyyyy stop making these little objects the cause of my mental breakdown (jk ily and your stories 🥺)

3) THE TREE SCENE

I’m not exactly too sure on this one tbh but that scene when she was in hell and weeping over the forest as she hugged the tree, was that supposed to represent the imaginary friend she had been talking to all along? Or did it remind her of them? But still the chills 😩 also I wasn’t sure if that little girl she saw in the tunnel was supposed to be some evil version of her daughter 👁️👁️ but also was her daughter actually her daughter or an Angel that took on the form of her daughter

4) DEMONS AND THEIR DEMON BUSINESS

THAT CHAPTER WAS JUST A HUGE RECALL TO AN EARLIER SCENE IN THE STORY, when demon JK made a deal with a woman but her partner ended up dying. It’s almost like they intentionally give them hope only to crush it and take it away from them, even more so because it’ll be too late and they can’t do anything having given their soul. The event of MC being cured only for her to become sick not long after and dying are literally paralleled with that woman, only with JK being the demon. But also FUCK Jisoo and that stank ass kid I could never be as kind and gentle as MC like YOURE ON YOUR MFKN OWN 👋

5) LUCIFER

The way I KNEW that he was gonna be the one to make the deal with Jungkook like THE SECOND THAT SLUT WALKED IN AND YOU DESCRIBED HIS TATTOO ANSJDJKFJF

5) THE KISS

oh god I saved the best for last… this one broke me because I KNEW IT I KNEWWWW THE SECOND MC WENT LIKE “is that all I get? ☺️” MY SOUL WAS GONNA BE BLENDED, JUICED AND THROWN DOWN THE SINK 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 AND THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART, BECAUSE THAT DIRECTLY TIES INTO WHY ANGEL MC STOPPED DEMON JK FROM KISSING HER HOLY SHIT YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND 😭😭😭 THE WAY I STARED INTO SPACE FOR A WHOLE MINUTE WITH WATERY EYES 🥲🥲 her going “not yet” and him being confused asF. SHE WANTED TO BE ABLE TO FINALLY KISS HIM AS JUNGKOOK, HER LOVER, WHEN SHE SUCCEEDED IN REACHING THE FLAME

That took so much out of me omg 🧌 I really hope I’m not bothering you with my essays 😭 I typically do this when I read writings that have a lot of puzzles and important details like just add my little thoughts and things I love- there’s a term for it but it’s slipping my mind 😭 ty so much for gifting this amazing work of art for us to read 💖

This is actually a really cool theory! The tree actually represents someone who committed violence against oneself. It's part of Dante's Inferno with my own little twist. Our lil angel just felt grief for the soul 💔

THE TUNNEL and BABY ANGEL: Again, another cool theory! The demon in the tunnel is just a demon tho! It was briefly mentioned on kookies 17th birthday that she was spooked in the woods. I didn't find it necessary to go all into that since it was just a ghost story that was explained in the tunnel :) Basically it was one of Apple's childhood fears that manifested in the tunnel 🥲

As for the two scenes with the angel that looks like Aera, it is her! Sweet baby girl is an angel now 💞😇

4. DEMONS AND THEIR DEMON BUSINESS:

Babe you hit the nail right on the head!!!! Ahhhhh I'm so so glad you mentioned it! I was hoping that came across, we'll get more into it in future chapters as well 😫 as for Jisoo, fuck that bitch. Her poor lil boy tho, hims didn't do nothin wrong 😭 but fair enough!!!

Obey me characters getting jealous

Lucifer - Seems fine on the outside but on the inside, he’s trying his best to not kill that person on spot because it would cause a huge chaos. So instead, he decided to give the person death glares till they got the hint and leave in one whole piece if he thinks they deserve his merciness. But if they’re intentionally ignoring his threats warnings, he will take matters into his own hands. (might not come back out in one whole piece <3)  Would not hesitate to demolish them right where they are, if they are acting inappropriately towards you. 

Mammon - Ah yes your lil tsundere puppy is here to save the day. He only barks but he doesn’t bite. He’ll make up excuses for you to leave with him like “Come on mc, help me with my homework, I don’t understand it”  or “How about leaving that loser and coming with me instead yea?” or “I’ll get your favorite snack, just leave them”. Would literally get offended if you insist on staying with whoever you’re with. He’d go like “HUHHHH? Why stay with them when you have The Great Mammon to accompany you??” Oh yea if you tease him about it, he would deny it to his grave.  “You should grateful that The Great Mammon is with you human >:0″ and “JEALOUS?! I’M NOT JEALOUS- I JUST DON’T THINK THEY’RE UP TO ANY GOOD”.

Leviathan -  Well...he is the Avatar Of Envy afterall, soooo I hope you’re expecting someone to go missing that day. Defo went back to his room as if nothing had happened. He even tried to persuade you to study from home, which didn’t really work since Lucifer literally dragged you back to school. But guess what? He actually forced himself to GO TO SCHOOL just so he can keep a close eye on you. (just in case, a normie tries to flirt with you like last time, you were a bit too oblivious to their flirts so you thought they were just being friendly.) “Hey mc check out this new game/anime I found” “You should go watch it with me instead” “Come by my room, I’ve just received my new akuzon delivery”.

Satan - Yea no, trying to bottle up his anger ended up in him exploding from rage. Oh he’s not even shameful that he decided to straight went feral on that student who just flirted with you just a moment ago. Manz was proud too. 🕺 Guess you have a new scary dog privilege now. The fact that he got into detention and meet Lucifer is hilarious tho. Lucifer sighed and gave him a 2 hour lecture back home, which should’ve been 5 hours at first but he changed his mind since it’s for you. Lucifer thinks it’s not as bad as the pranks Satan pulled on him, so 2 hours should be enough. Satan on the other hand was completely ignorant of Lucifer’s lecture, all the words went form one ear and out the other. 

Asmodeus - Some basic and not so fabulous, and also not to mention low ranking demon trying to date you? Please don’t make him laugh, he’s literally the Avatar Of Lust himself. They should be aware that he’s YOURS and you’re HIS and ONLY his.  “Awe and what do we have here? Ahahaha YOU, with mc?” “Oh that’s just funny, no way you’d be suit for mc.” “Hmm isn’t it quite obvious that me and mc are together already?”  He kept on that “Imma end this man’s whole career” smile while talking to the shaking demon who was this close 🤏 to shitting their pants. 

Beelzebub - Okay so this precious giant teddy bear doesn’t really mind people being clingy or a bit flirty with you, he’s a uhhh little oblivious that’s all. But if they ever cross the line, he won’t hesitate to yeet their ass. Actually all he has to do is walk up to them and they’d be bolting away, no one wants to mess with 6′4 foot tall muscular giant. (He’s so sweet tho ~(TヘT)~) Just his appearance alone is enough to scare them all away lmao.

Belphagor - Since he doesn’t really get out that much, he’s not involved in those scenarios but there’s this one time when he went to the human world and some creep was staring at you. Ooooooh boy he went all out. And return back to napping on your lap as if he didn’t just beat the crap out of a person (for a good reason tho). Mc = Is that blood on your face Belphie? Belphie =  Mhm what do you mean? No it’s not. Mc = What is it then? Belphie = Ketchup.

BONUS:

Solomon - Being the powerful sorcerer he is, he cursed their asses lmao. Made them do embarrassing things everytime they meet you. While he be having the time of his life enjoying them humiliate themselves right in front of you. For example: Slipping and falling flat on their faces while you stood there grabbing your books and staring at them like 👁️👄👁️💧. 2nd example: Walking to school and waving at you when they oh so unfortunately stepped on some caca. 3rd example:  They always seem to fart out of nowhere when you’re with them. 4th example: Ripped pants and walking around R.A.D with their spiderman boxers.

👂 Hearing 👂

“Mmm...so you just want me to talk huh?”

 He walks his fingers up your leg to your hip as he settles down next to you. His voice sounds so low, you can feel the vibration of him speaking with your ear on the mattress, which moves around as he gets comfortable.

Your eyes are closed as you lay down facing him, you tell him yes.

“Ah, you like my voice, do ya?” Speaking of his voice...it moves up and down in tone like a song, especially when he is in a good mood like he is now. His choice of emphasizing some words made his voice memorable.

“Well, I can certainly give you an eargasm, if that's what you want.” Along with the soft guttural suggestive tone, you hear the sound of him laying his head in front of yours, his voice louder since he was closer to you. 

His breathing is relaxed as you listen to his soft exhales through his nose.

“What do you want me to say, how about impressions?” You listen to him clear his throat and a little “me me me~”. 

You say that you just want to listen to his voice.

“Awww….” he presses your nose like a button.

“Well aren't you just the sweetest.” His voice rises and falls and you can't help but smile at how lively he was.

You listen to him open his mouth and begin to speak to you in soft words, The rumble of this throat, the drastic change to a higher pitch, the way he let a syllable linger in the air. It pulled you in even with how mundane the topic was, that he was ranting about.

“...So, after I gave the machine my money and clicked for your snack right, well just my luck. The thing didn't work, but I was in a rush to get back to you right? Like the good dependable husband material that I am...speaking of...” He shifts around in the bed, tapping his fingers against your elbow. 

 “FYI once you decide to tie the old metaphorical knot with me, lock that good ole’ ball and chain...you’ll get that dependability and more without even signing a contract.” 

You hear his fingers playing around with the bedsheets.

“And not just one of those human ring swaps, upgrades I’m taking upgrades!” He snaps his fingers and laughs as he leans closer to you, lowering his voice. 

“Trash that boring formal church shit, with the organ and the uncomfortable pews or that broom jumping weirdness and replace that with a magical kick-ass Angel fiesta!” He mocks the sound of a trumpet and starts doing some stereotypical “Ay aye ai!” sounds. 

“Imaaagine, a special occasion that I, Lucifer, have created for our special day…” His voice trails off as he lifts his head off the bed and speaks softly and directly in your ear, the air from his voice tickling your eardrum. 

“I've planned this binding between man and angel bonanza, drinks. Good catering with tiny little cupcakes...Fireworks, I’m talking rent-a mermaids! swimming around in their little fish tank...and after that a rather splendid ritual strengthening my localization skills to you, Ooh and a tattoo ceremony! We’ll be matching man, I have a little tat idea too...Oh! And few other surprises...and a sleepless couple of nights..~ Yeah how’d you like that hmm?”

👁️ Sight 👁️

You open your eyes, and you're greeted by his. Only inches away from your face. You admire his eyes. The calm blues of his pupils. The permanent bags under his eyes...the lines on the corners, The lines on his forehead The depth of his face...the deep laugh lines that moved as he started to smile. The facial hair above his lips traveled down to his chin and up to his jawline.

He watched you watch him. Occasionally raising his eyebrows or making a silly face as he caught onto your intentional focus on him.

“We got a delightful little May-December thing going on don’t we?” 

You laugh saying something along the lines of how you couldn’t help but stare, appreciating how attractive he looks.

He bats his eyes and looks away from you, and verbally exhales 

“Stwwaap...” he darts his eyes back to you and pouts.

“No actually keep going. I’m hungry for compliments.” You laugh and he gives you a wink.

You comment with how glamorous and spirited he is.

“Oh... well, I do try and stay as fit as a fiddle...” he says in a comically feminine tone.

🖐️ Touch 🖐️

You place a hand against the side of his face. His stubble tickling your hand. You feel his cheeks move as he smiles even more. “Ooh, so your skipping right past the hand-holding phase...” he purrs. You rub your thumb against his mole and play around with the way it feels.

His vessel is warm, he feels like a normal human would. Such tricks...you often wondered how he felt in his natural form.

His eyebrows furrow slightly. “Whatchu’ thinking about...” You slide your thumb to the corner of his eyes to his hairline and play with a few strands of his dark blonde hair.

“.., just because I have some awesome cosmic abilities doesn’t mean I know that Harry Potter Legilimency trick.”

               You tell him that you love being with him.

He places his hand against your hip and slides it under your shirt. He has such a weighty touch, the way he touched you was so possessive yet gentle, taunting you even. You felt the lines of his hands as he brushed up and down your skin. The tips of his fingernails, the heat of his warmth.

The way he looks at you.

“You still...ha-you still make me speechless,” he whispers.

“You make me feel. That's it. You make me feel....all these annoying emotions.” he pulls you to him with ease. Your mouth is now next to the crook of his neck.

“But I wouldn’t have it any other way. and I’m just going to have to get used to having a stronger sense of control and an even stronger desire to have you in my life”.

“Despite how much it’ll ruin my fantastic bachelor lifestyle.”

👃Smell👃

You take a deep breath in as you press your nose against his neck. The light smell of dryer sheets mixed with a cinnamon almost flowery scent filled your nostrils. 

You moved your face up to his lower jaw.

You smelt his sweet face wash, the hairs on his chin tickled your nose. He pressed his mouth against your forehead, warm and tingling. His lips, slightly chapped and rough against your skin.

Along with your hands that now slid down his side, you moved down...
