hii evelyn!! first of all i have to say that I ADOREEE YOUR ART since the first moment i saw it so here are my questions hope it doesn’t bother you asking about this

what brushes on procreate do you use? i love the textur on every art of yours and i want to apply something similar to mine,, also i would really appreciate if you could share the modifications/alterations on the brush studio for the brush you commonly use for the final lineart

oh hello, thank you!! :D your questions don't bother me at all- feel free to ask them at any time!

I typically use the Tamar brush in the painting section for a lot of my texture, since it adds a nice sort of grain when shading (I usually just size it up or down depending on if I want more cell shading or soft shading), and I use the HB pencil brush when adding extra texture on the final rendering layer (i.e. the lots of little lines you see on my clothing rendering, essentially)

I don't actually modify any of the brushes!! I don't really understand the mechanics and I don't feel the need to yet! for my line art and my sketches, I just use the Shale brush in the calligraphy section :) it's got a good texture, and the line weight works really well if you know how to use it!! it's just a matter of getting used to whatever tool you're using until it fits how you want it to

Is that actually Eve disguised as Lilith?

I mean, it could be. Based on the storybook opening, Lilith and Eve seem fairly identical, especially with their hair. I feel like it was done on purpose.

Plus, in that storybook, that "Evil" side of Good looks oddly familiar:

To even further back this up, there's an old character that Vivzie made that was meant to be the embodiment of evil named Roo, who was also referred to as The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil:

There's a huge possibility that this character could've been changed to instead being Eve, since Roo was originally there to torture Eve (unsure how true it be. Take it with a grain of salt)

After all, she is the "Roo"t of all Eve-il.

But, it is just a theory at the end of the day and I welcome whatever comes next.

They know about Halloween, yes. They've seen many kids go trick-or-treating in costumes.

But they choose to celebrate it as All Hallow's Eve, in the way Nan had showed them.

Sometimes they will swipe a piece of candy or two from candy bowls, leaving things like shiny rocks or acorns in exchange.
