I think I am dreaming...they really will have German commentary at Eurosport for the WTT...you know they never in all of my years following skating broadcasted any WTT with German commentary.

Btw the comp isn't necessary and I am still surprised it takes place but I also don't want to complain because I love skating and I love seeing Shoma and Yuzu...so yeah...take the little things that hopefully can make you happy...wishing everyone to be healthy and safe 🙏

Btw I stick with what I said: THANKS FOR NOTHING ISU! The streaming situation isn't better now than before it's worse. And I am not only saying it, because I liked the German commentary on Eurosport.

The problem is everyone reacts like this is totally new and great by ISU. Did you forget that there always was a free channel available at Eurovision? You could always get a free stream if your country didn't buy broadcasting rights. So what is the difference now? The host. That's it.

People are just so thankful now for the YouTube stream that they forgot that with a working VPN you always had the chance to watch for free without comment. Many ppl expected to not have any access at all this season so of course they are overjoyed with this situation. I am not.

The difference for me is that now figure skating will be even more dead than before in my country. Last season we had two TV channels broadcasting all of Euros and Worlds and Eurosport broadcasted most of the GP series with comments too. So ppl who weren't fond of skating before had a chance to discover it. Tell me people who doesn’t know the sport, who will search for a YouTube stream in a sport they have never seen? Also in Germany you have areas were the internet connection is so slow you won't be able to use the stream or your access is limited, so without TV they won't see anything at all...actually I could continue with the disadvantages for ages...

No thank you I still hate it. I'd rather pay than this...

Also great that in their channel they put the placements on the videos of the skaters afterwards...to take away the excitement from watching afterwards...spoiled by the ISU...good job...of course not...
