Spent this Saturday with my alpha dogs as I tried to get more downtime and eventually slept way better than the previous months. Glad to wake up at 4:20 AM today. Vici is clingier than usual probably because I've been spending more time RTO. May pagkalabit pa siya madalas the past weeks. Akala mo naman inaapi at nakakalimutan. HUHUHUHUHU. Andami ko ng time sa kanila pero admittedly, kulang pa rin talaga.

Wondering if I can actually lobby for more pawrents' rights come 2024, too. Vidi, who's usually cold and snob, has been spending more time right beside me. LUH. You know what the gift of alpha male dogs are? When they go clingy, it's weird, irksome borderline cringe, but their warmth is like a cup of matcha with silky vanilla soy mik swirled with more vanilla and cinnamon, no sugar added. KD, being the youngest kagulo is barking a bit more but know how to keep his cool better during important meetings.

Again, I know that three alpha male doggos is kagulo especially when the middle child Vidi is obviously having so much anxiety and selos at any form of affection toward KD. We have an internal alignment that KD would get less time outside his cage because parang mamatay 'tong si Vidi 'pag parehas silang nasa labas. KD is so playful because he's young and papansin talaga siya kasi nga, todo effort siya to be in the hood with solid dikit na Vici and Vidi.

Am I a bad doggo mom of 3? Shemay. Dogs pa lang 'to ha. Dogs pa lang. Their personalities are too distinct and totoo naman na the firstborn is favored highly kasi nga most awaited. And Vici is charming kahit apaka manipulative niya. Ako pa talaga ni-manipulate noh? LOL. Vidi naman, sungit, snob pero 'pag naglambing... kahit ubos na pake ko, wala. Giba. He's independent and secure but he needs assurance na 'di ko sure paano pero sige lang. When he was younger, he spent most of his time alone na parang ayaw niya mag-interact, HOWEVER, though he is tough, I can see that he loves Vici to bits and okay lang sa kanya si Vici favorite. LOL. Alam niya saan siya lulugar. He knows that sakitin super si Vici so, tabi-tabi na lang siya. I remember Vidi's first steps inside our tiny home. Ihi levels 1000000. Akala mo siya may ari ng kabahayan. He even bulldozed Vici the first time they met. LOL. Vici's tiny frame didn't budge. LOL. Hayshhh. Vidi didn't attack Vici naman. Never ever. Months after managing his aggression na iniiyak ko talaga at dinasalan ng malala because buff ACSs are more likely to be agressive than other colors. Shih tzu kasi toy dogs, imperial dogs. ACS mga hunters even at their medium build. So, ilang buwan kaming nagtuos ni Vidi. Hirap, mhie. Averted naman na aggression niya kasi ako pa ba? SUS. LOL. Ever since, Vici and Vidi eat together, sleep together but they don't play together. Pabebe play kasi si Vici. Si Vidi, bruskuhan, paspasan. Hahahahaha. Iniisip ko nga ano bang pinaguusapan nila pero 'di naman sila both matahol. Sakto lang kasi takot pa rin talaga ako sa tahol at kagat ng mga dogs. Labo noh?

KD is yet to forge an alliance and earn his spot in this household to be honest. KD is too out there, all over the place and intrusive. Bunso e. Feeling spoiled kasi kahit 'di naman. Third dog na, and theoretically should be assisting his senior brother dogs. We are getting there, unti-unti. So sleeping arrangement this week is cramped sofa bed as in pang-isahan lang talaga then siksik Vici and Vidi. Talaga bang lahat na lang ng spaces ko, invaded? CHZ. They said na when your dog is clingier than usual, it's them knowing that you're undergoing a lot. HUY. Ayoko silang madamay, pero that's the psychology of dogs daw talaga. What's nicer though is that with dogs, 'di mo na kailangang mag-explain. They just know. They just flow. They just do it, unconditionally.

I know that 11 going 12 dog years is like eternity na. Not bad for a first time Ravenclaw dog mom, not bad. :D Saks lang kasi andaming puwedeng naggawa na mas okay like spending time with Vici and Vidi at the beach, up the mountains, etc. Pero I remember the insight of Vici's breeder who has been raising dogs since forever. She is a senior lady who lost his husband and is the BFF of my very trusted Tita D who is a dog lover, too. As much as possible, Vici should be kept indoors because of his autoimmune conditions. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Eto na naman po tayo, opo. And that while dogs need to walk and bask in the sun and the rain, their lives are highly perishable. The chances of getting sick because of too much interactions with other dogs is more likely to happen especially if the owners are careless and wala talagang pake kung 'di i-brandish ang kanilang dog trophies. Medyo metal ang insights ni Tita. Hahahahaha. Pero, kita ko naman when she handed Vici to me, may sadness sa eye niya. HUY. As in. The handover naman ni Vidi was from a millennial couple around my age siguro and super happy sila kasi they screen daw 'di umano ang pawrents ng second litter nila bilang champion line. :D Hahahaha. Wala akong pake sa dami ng stars to be honest. Ke red or green pa 'yan. I use intuition to detect a doggo kiddo. Titignan ko talaga sa mata tapos 'pag may something, go. I feel bad nga sa pag-reject ng mga "best of the litter" ganaps to be honest. I don't really give a fuck sa rankings nung breeders. Wala rin akong pake sa health status kasi mhie, we've slayed so many shitty doc appointments na in this lifetime na abot hanggang next. It's not easy to see doggos ko getting sick, pero ganun talaga... B1T1 package lahat ng dogs e.

Kaya kahit gusto ko akin lang 'yung sleeping space ko, sige, siksikan tayo dito. UGH. Kahit ayoko pa rin ng dog scented comforter and blankets plus my hives are acting up 'pag si Vici super siksik sa face ko 'pag tulog na ako a lot of times, OKAYYY. Kahit nakakastress pa rin na minsan may super tiny poop si Vici na parang napoop siya sa dream niya sa sleeping space ko, okayyyy. Kainis. Hahahaha. Kahit na minsan, dahil sa incontinence ni Vidi, may wiwi na pa-good morning sa akin. Si KD naman, we're yet to share a sleeping space kasi nga, Vidi is so territorial to the point na ngayong 11 turning 12 years old na siya, may nalalaman pa siyang pag-wiwi kay KD and damay na rin si Vici at times. OWEEEM. KD naman, as I said, knows his flow na rin. Naga-adjust na rin at 3 years old. I need to do better and get better faster sa dynamics nila ni Vidi. Eto 'yung ultimate test ng: Can an old dog learn new tricks? Very cerebral kasi si Vidi. Baga, walang BS. Hahahaha. Takes a lot to convince him and change his ways. I noticed that his anti-anxiety meds are not giving him peace at all because KD is his trigger. Hahahaha. Mahal pa ng meds niya. 2x a day pa. So, glad to report na he's no longer under anti-anxiety meds for a few months na. Basta, alam ni KD saan siya lulugar. I remember, may times na I'm asking him na why isn't he sedated e under meds na siya. Minsan nga, gusto ko na rin mag-pop ng pill niya kasi for human 'yung prescription. HAHAHAHHA. Nakakastress kasi talaga 'pag Vidi is on aggressive mode na battle gear style.

Today is Sunday. :) Let's slay slowly and steadily.

Been talking to my 3 dog babies na RTO is here and now na. HAYYYY. Kung puwede lang magdala ng kahit isang dog (aka Vici) sa office, ni-lobby ko na. I guess 'yung comfort na may therapy dogs ka sa WFH is life-changing talaga. 'Di naman ako nagrereklamo. I totally get it.

HOWEVER...

I hope that the hybrid work set up will be more progressive and slanted toward mental health. Tawang-tawa ako sa consumerism and pumping the economy bits and rhetoric e. Mas okay pang sabihing we're hanging on to temper the low blow of hyperinflation and the age of AI as a force na debatable but here to stay; para mas grounded and hindi out of touch na naman. LOL.

2024, you will be an ultimate deciding factor very, very soon. :) Kapit lang muna tayo and know our why's and why not's while at it forda bills, forda life after bills, and syempre forda doggo babies.

have a few issues I could really use some help with. The family car that I have been driving wasn't in my name but I was still covered on the insurance until one day I hit a mailbox with the passenger side mirror. I was just wondering if anyone had some suggestions for reasonably priced health insurance in Minnesota. I am very physically active, do a lot of running and weight lifting; so my primary concerns are coverage for treatments involving possible breaks, fractures, muscle and tendon tears/breaks, and other things of that nature common with active individuals. Preferably something under $100/month because I am in school and with my current income I am lucky to average $800/month take home. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated because I have not had health insurance for 9 years since I was no longer eligible for my mothers health insurance.""
