signups for the ensemble stars 2024 secret santa exchange have opened!

Hi, producers! Colder weather has started to arrive, and with it comes our art and writing exchange! The leaders of fine and Valkyrie, Tenshouin-san and Itsuki-san, are here in this jolly getup to notify you that you can sign up any time at the form linked in this post (or on our Carrd) from now until 11/15 at 11:59 PM EST.

An infographic with stats from our interest check will be posted tomorrow, as well as periodic reminders throughout the week.

Discord invite links will be start to be emailed on the 6th, and afterwards they will be sent as soon as a submission is received and processed (which may take up to a day). This is just to have a little more time for organization and setup!

Preannouncing the Ensemble Stars Secret Santa:

This will be an art and writing exchange event held over the course of a month, and all created content (gifts) and pairings (EnSantas) will remain secret until the posting period after Christmas!

This is a signup event without an approval/rejection process. More general information, mod applications, and an interest check will be released in two days, on Friday, November 1st.

Before we begin, Ensemble Square would like to wish a Happy Diwali to those celebrating today! 🪔

The forms for our interest check and mod applications are now open. Anzu's a bit busy at the moment, but Mama and Shinonon are here to help!

Our forms are linked in our Carrd, which can now be found in the description of this blog. Please read through it for more information, and if you still have questions, feel free to send us an ask.

One Day Until Interest Check! 🎃

Hi guys, girls, theys, and more of Ensemble Square, Ryusei Red here! Ryusei Green and Ryusei Yellow are also with me to spread some holiday spirit! Say hi!

Say hi to our audience! ...Takamine? Sengoku? Takamine again? Anyone?

Haha, anyways, just wanted to let you know that there's only one day left until the interest check releases tomorrow morning! After it's posted, more information will be available about this event via a cute little Carrd I made.

The form will be open for around three days, alongside mod applications, then the signup period will begin. We're just seeing how many people want to participate; we're aiming for at least 20 EnSantas and gift recipients!

mod introductions + some stats from the interest check!

Hi, producers! Server invites will begin to be sent via email tomorrow, but in the meantime, here are the results of our interest check. We're excited to see that everything is fitting together quite nicely!

Just a reminder that we discourage ship wars and other similar discourse. When signing up, participants are specifically asked for what they would not like to create for pairings because we are aiming for a "don't like, don't interact" mentality.

Ensemble Square has hired a few unpaid interns event moderators to ensure that the exchange runs smoothly. Find them here: organization @tenshi-agerasia / art @notaozora / writing @pyroselkie

Mods will be keeping track of check-ins, considering alternate art/writing gift ideas, and provide feedback on work if desired. Please speak with them if you need anything or have any questions!
