Let's also not forget that sometimes the "new" way of doing this is a shitshow.

Like they just never fucking bother to improve it beyond "you can do it" and it's a mess and a hassle and is just way harder if not impossible to actually use.

Its okay they could call me on a rotary faster than i could explain to them I’m old enough to know what a rotary phone is

#not even joking when i say there's like at least 7 different ways they organize the names #of providers at my dr office #and those are applied seemingly at random ON THE EXACT SAME FUCKING DROP DOWN MENU OF SEVERAL DOZEN PEOPLE #you basically have to manually read every single name until you find the right one #then memorize how they're listed so you can find them again #because there is no fucking pattern to how they list them and it's a giant mess #this has been on-going for several years at least #i refuse to do it unless needed because it's way more of a problem than it's worth #especially if say i need to go see one of the specalist providers or something and then have to find a whole new name #in the time it would take me to load and sort through and find the name and then book an appointment via the app #i can just fucking call them and have it done
