........why do i always remember the creepiest shit i’m morbidly interested in just before i’m about to head to sleep for the night?
#shut up danni#(don’t read the rest of the tags if you’re abt to go to sleep btw)#just remembered the toddler who got preserved as a mummy over a hundred years ago#like she’s so well preserved she genuinely looks to be sleeping which is....v creepy#she’s nicknamed the sleeping beauty which is extra creepy#and sometimes it looks like she’s opening her eyes at different times of the day#so ye i creeped myself out remembering that but it also fascinates me#this is usually when i remember that if horror films didn’t have so many jumpscares it’d probably be one of my favourite genres#bc those kinds of things are so fascinating?? but at the same time it’d have to be based on fact lol#horror fiction is not my cup of tea i don’t think but im v drawn to true crime#so....stuff like buzzfeed unsolved: true crime is right up my alley#still haunted by that one episode of the guy who killed all the occupants of a farmhouse and lived inside it w the bodies for a few days#esp when it’s implied the murderer probably lived in the house for a while w/o anyone knowing#god why am i still thinking abt creepy shit i want to SLEEP#IT’S 6AM AND I HAVENT SLEPT YET HHHHHH
