Ahhh!!
This time I’m here with zora kid oc concepts for me and @werewolfsister !!
On the left is Kenne and Bazz’s son! On the right is Esis and Viri’s daughter! (That Kenne would be a surrogate for).
These two half siblings are very much loved by their parents!! But they definitely bicker to each other haha. I know that Bazz and Kenne’s kid would be quiet and probably spend a lot of time hiding behind his parent’s leg or sitting in nature and being alone. Then Viri and Esis’ kid would be finding random critters in nature to show her brother who is probably terrified. And tease him about being scared.
//this is just Wolf Children kid dynamics who can blame me I love that movie//

Intriguing details about the body of Oryx, analysis done by the Hidden, mostly Fenchurch and Chalco (this is all from the same lore tab, dungeon class item):
Tumblr media
Possibly important for some future stuff. Oryx's body is still growing; they compared it to Savathun's body and found out that Savathun's body isn't. They assume that Savathun might not be changing like Oryx because of the Light and being severed from her worm. Speaking of:
Tumblr media
Feels ominous and possibly a hint. Not sure what for but definitely concerning that the worm has not been found. That means it did not die when Oryx died. TKO-300 is Taken King Oryx.
Tumblr media
Wild and relevant to us with the continued plot thread of Darkness being of the mind and consciousness, able to affect them with visions. All of Darkness is connected through an egregore link; Pyramids, anomalies, various objects and entities; they can always be found in mind and memory. ERI-223 is Eris Morn, COS-030 is Crown of Sorrow.
Tumblr media
And more of that! The collectibles we gather to listen to lore of Xivu speaking are her memories that imprinted on Oryx's body when she was visiting his grave. First of all, I am incredibly unwell about the love between Xivu and Oryx and always have been and will continue to be even more so now that we've got to hear Xivu talking about it. Second of all, note the important bits about memories being imprinted and available for access through an entity filled with Darkness energy. WGX-003 is War God Xivu (Arath).
And the kicker from Chalco:
Tumblr media
FEN-092 is Fenchurch. We've already covered ERI-223 and TKO-300. What is NEV-000? Well. The only thing that makes sense is NEomuna (or NEptune) Veil. The Veil has some sort of similarity to the corpse of Oryx. I am going insane. Is it because of imprinting of memories and the ability to produce visions when in proximity? That fits with what've heard of the Veil recently from Chioma Esi in the second decrypted log. We're definitely going to be learning more about how these two connect and what role the Veil plays in the grand scheme of things when it comes to this Darkness plot thread about the mind and memory. And remember, the Witness needed the Veil to open that portal. This could not have been done in any other way. Keep in mind for The Final Shape: mind and memory (visions, dreams, consciousness); it has to be important for our understanding of the portal and how to get through it safely.
When it comes to the fate of the corpse, Fenchurch is not amused by it and recommends that it be destroyed. Chalco disagrees. She thinks it should be secured safely and studied. We have yet to see what will come of it. I will always vote for studying, so I hope they do that, especially if there's a connection to the Veil.

6. Who will they take advice from, no matter what it is? Who won’t they take advice from, no matter what it is?
For the OC ask!!!!!! Hope you’re doing good!!!!!
I'm doing well, thanks! I've got a new short story on the brain, so I'll answer for those characters :)
[REDACTED] will always take advice from his fellow god, Ibara. She's his best friend and most trusted ally. They scheme together within the ranks of the Illarian, as their respective domains, curiosity and wanderlust, overlap pretty well. The person he will never trust no matter what is the god Timaz. This was a pretty fair assessment, as Timaz eventually kills him. But yeah, he's Timaz's biggest hater.
Esie will always trust her little brother, Jean. She practically raised him and even if she questions his decisions sometimes, she'll always respect his desires and knows he has her best interests at heart. As for who she'll never take advice from, that list includes about any authority figure. She's not alone in that - during the War of Conquest, many Skysheerian citizens lost faith in their government after they bent the knee to the Republic.
The angel will trust literally anyone who tells them anything. They've been real for less than a week. They don't know what a lie is.
Thanks for the ask!

NUMBER 57 Sakura Edge (Custom Builds X2)
Grabbed some more Number 57 kits. Again, blown away by these models. Sakura Edge is very different from Esis, but still does a ton of really cool stuff unique to it. While Esis was a bunch of smaller, combinable builds, Sakura comes into her own with her color options, combinable weapons, and bonuses. If you've never tried out any of these before, grab one and give it a whirl; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
The Good: While this kit appears straightforward at first, it comes with a surprising amount of options. All the non-gold armor parts come in solid colors (white, pink, and grey) and translucent colors (smokey clear and red), so you can go with either scheme or mix-and-match. There were also a few last-minute inclusions that really raise it up, including a second face option (again in both colors) and posable fingers for the giant hand, which weren't in the original instructions.
As for the actual kit, it's also very cool. The giant back hand stands out at first, but the real draw is the weapons. She comes with three kunai, a large shurriken, three different types of swords, and a transforming gunblade. And on top of that, they can all combine. They can form a giant sword by combining everything, or you can do several smaller combinations.
The Bad: My only real issue with the kit is the asymmetrical parts. Parts like the shoulders and backpack arm can be built to work on either side, but the arm guards and hip skirt are only asymmetrical. I was really hoping the build these two symmetrically, but that didn't end up happening.
The Details: So let's take this one at a time:
Red: For the red build, I used all the translucent build parts. I also used the larger shoulder pads and giant hands from both kits. For weapons, I used both full combo swords in the translucent colors. Lastly, I went with the translucent oni face mask to differentiate her from her sister.
Pink: For the pink build, I primarily used the solid colors. I wanted to use the solid pinks and whites for the most part, so if there was a spot I could use the smokey grey over solid grey I chose to do so. I did swap out the inner chest and left leg to give it a pop of color. I kept all the weapons separated for the most part to give her a heavily weaponized feel. Lastly, I went with the standard face, and gave her a bit of heterochromia.
Overall, a great kit, even if you only buy one, and not two like me. I have another kit on order that hasn't come out yet, but I'm definitely going to keep my eye on this company going forward, as their kits have just been great bang-for-your-buck bangers so far.

Importance of ESI & PF Registration for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in India's economic growth. As these businesses expand and hire more employees, it becomes essential for them to comply with labor laws and regulations. Two key aspects of this compliance are the Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) registrations. For SMEs in Coimbatore and other cities, understanding the significance of these registrations is vital for long-term success and employee welfare.
Tumblr media
ESI & PF Registration: A Necessity for SMEs
ESI & PF registration in Coimbatore and other regions is not just a legal requirement but also a strategic move for SMEs. These registrations offer numerous benefits to both employers and employees, fostering a secure and productive work environment.
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
ESI is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. Key benefits include:
Medical care for employees and their dependents
Disability benefits
Maternity benefits
Unemployment allowance in certain cases
For SMEs, providing ESI coverage demonstrates a commitment to employee welfare, which can lead to increased loyalty and productivity.
Provident Fund (PF)
PF is a retirement benefit scheme that helps employees save a portion of their salary every month. Benefits include:
Financial security post-retirement
Tax benefits for both employers and employees
Option to withdraw funds for specific life events (e.g., home purchase, children's education)
By offering PF, SMEs can attract and retain talented employees who value long-term financial planning.
Impact on Business Growth and Sustainability
Implementing ESI & PF registration in Coimbatore and other locations can significantly impact an SME's growth trajectory:
Legal Compliance: Avoiding penalties and legal issues that could hamper business operations.
Employee Satisfaction: Offering these benefits can lead to higher job satisfaction and reduced turnover.
Competitive Advantage: SMEs providing ESI and PF are often seen as more stable and employee-friendly.
Access to Government Schemes: Many government initiatives and loans require ESI and PF compliance.
Challenges and Solutions
While the benefits are clear, some SMEs may face challenges in implementation:
Administrative Burden: Utilize professional services or digital platforms to streamline the process.
Financial Impact: Plan for the additional costs and consider it an investment in employee welfare and business sustainability.
Lack of Awareness: Educate both management and employees about the long-term benefits of these schemes.
Conclusion
For SMEs looking to scale and create a lasting impact, ESI and PF registrations are not just regulatory requirements but strategic tools for growth. By prioritizing employee welfare through these schemes, businesses can build a motivated workforce and a resilient organization. As the business landscape evolves, SMEs that embrace these practices are better positioned to thrive in competitive markets and contribute significantly to India's economic progress.

How to Determine if an Employee is ESI Eligible for a Particular Disease
SLNPFESIConsultancy #PFESIConsultancy #PFConsultancyNearMe
Introduction The Employees' State Insurance (ESI) scheme is a crucial social security program in India that provides medical, cash, and other benefits to employees and their families. One of the significant advantages of the ESI scheme is its comprehensive coverage for various diseases and medical conditions. However, determining whether an employee is eligible for ESI benefits for a particular disease involves understanding the scheme’s eligibility criteria, benefits, and the process of claiming these benefits.
Understanding ESI Eligibility To be eligible for ESI benefits, an employee must meet certain conditions:
Salary Threshold: Employees earning a gross salary of ₹21,000 or less per month (₹25,000 for employees with disabilities) are covered under the ESI scheme. Contribution Period: Both the employer and the employee must have contributed to the ESI fund during the contribution period. Generally, there are two contribution periods each year: April to September and October to March.
Tumblr media
Medical Condition: The disease or medical condition must be recognized under the ESI scheme. The ESI Corporation (ESIC) provides a list of diseases and conditions that are covered, which includes a wide range of illnesses, from minor ailments to serious chronic diseases. Steps to Determine ESI Eligibility for a Particular Disease Check the Employee’s ESI Status:
First, ensure that the employee is registered under the ESI scheme and has a valid ESIC number. Confirm that the employee's contributions are up to date. This can be checked through the ESIC portal or by consulting the employer’s HR department. Verify the Disease Coverage:
Refer to the list of diseases covered under the ESI scheme. This list is available on the ESIC website or can be obtained from the local ESI dispensary or hospital. The ESI scheme typically covers a wide range of diseases, including common illnesses, chronic diseases, and occupational diseases. If the disease in question is on the list, the employee is likely eligible for benefits. Consult the ESI Dispensary or Hospital:
The employee should visit an ESI dispensary or hospital with their ESIC card. The medical officer at the ESI dispensary will diagnose the condition and confirm whether it is covered under the ESI scheme. The medical officer will also provide a medical certificate if the disease is covered, which is required to claim the benefits. Understand the Available Benefits:
If the disease is covered, the employee is entitled to a range of benefits, including free medical treatment, hospitalization, and even financial support during the period of incapacity due to the illness. In cases of long-term or chronic diseases, the ESI scheme may also provide extended sickness benefits, which include a cash allowance during the period the employee is unable to work. File a Claim:
The employee or their family must file a claim to avail of the benefits. This can be done through the employer or directly at the ESI office. Required documents typically include the medical certificate, ESIC card, and any other documentation related to the treatment. Follow-Up:
After filing the claim, it is essential to follow up with the ESI office or hospital to ensure the claim is processed. Any delays or additional requirements should be addressed promptly to avoid lapses in receiving benefits.
Conclusion
Determining ESI eligibility for a particular disease requires a clear understanding of the scheme’s coverage and a systematic approach to verifying and claiming benefits. Employees and employers alike should be well-informed about the process to ensure that eligible employees receive the medical and financial support they are entitled to under the ESI scheme. Proper awareness and timely action can make a significant difference in ensuring that employees receive the care they need during times of illness.

sorry if this is a lot to ask, but could you sum up the veil lore now that we have all of the logs? I haven't been keeping up with them.
Love your lore summaries <3
Sure thing! I'll quickly summarise most important stuff we found out in each log and I'll put links to them for reading more. Here's the link to all logs in order in a playlist on Destiny Content Vault.
First log is a part of the mission and has some extra stuff going on, but the log itself is there to just establish what we'll be listening to. The narrator of the logs will be Chioma Esi, one of the founders of Neomuna and a Golden Age scientist of the Ishtar Collective. She tells us how Maya Sundaresh, her wife, picked her up with Exodus Indigo on their way to Neomuna just as the Collapse was happening around them.
The second log is immediately a huge lore drop about the Veil and the initial reaction that people had to it. It confirmed that the Veil had already been there before they arrived, that Maya immediately connected with it and it spoke to her in her own voice, as well as how it had an adverse effect on the Exos. Chioma also mentions how the Veil is a "thesis statement to the Von Neumann-Wigner hypothesis" which I mentioned very briefly in my post, but I do not have the knowledge to explain quantum and theoretical physics. However, other people do! Please check out this reddit post about this which goes in-depth in language as approachable as possible to understand how much this single sentence means in the grand scheme of things.
Third log! Chioma is suspicious about the Veil, but Maya insists that this is where they have to settle. It's confirmed that Neomuna nanotechnology comes from SIVA which was on board all Exodus ships, which includes Exodus Indigo. The nanotech helped them build settlements quickly, but not quickly enough before all of their Exos succumbed to the exposure of the Veil.
More under:
Log number four goes into some of the stuff about the Vex and their relationship with the Veil. The Vex quickly established themselves in Neomuna and started attacking the settlement, but were prevented from going too far into it, stopped by the Veil. The Vex retaliated by creating a "screen" that isolated Neomuna from the outside world. This made Neomuni safe, but also stuck with the Vex.
Fifth log was big, and mostly concerns with the Exos again. This one revealed to us that the Veil is capable of essentially breaking down the alkahest used to make the Exos function. The Veil's power "overloads" the Clarity aspect of alkahest and essentially erases the Exos, rendering them dead. Maya reveals that she wants to use the Veil to instead "fabricate consciousness" into the newly dead Exos. Chioma is sinking further into despair about Maya's behaviour. Osiris also poses the question if Nimbus knows more about how Cloud Striders are made, implying a possible link between them and the Veil's power.
Number six! This one continues in the same vein, showing us how they speculated about using SIVA, nanotechnology that functions similarly to radiolaria (but mechanical instead of biological), and components from both the Vex and dead Exos in order to create some technology or enhance the use of the nanotech. Osiris confirms that there does seem to be some link between the Vex and Cloud Strider technology.
Seventh log shows us further experimentation with the Veil. Maya managed to build a prototype interface for the Veil which consists of an "orchestra" and a "conductor:" multiple people would connect to the Veil with the interface and follow the conductor to sync up and control the input and output, especially to parse through the data. This was very risky and dangerous. Chioma is falling even deeper into despair over how unethical and dangerous what they're doing is.
Eight! Things get worse! Experiments with interfacing with the Veil proved entirely fatal for the whole team. Maya did not seem to care about this and only cared about valuable data, while Chioma was having harder and harder time dealing with the situation. Osiris also points out how similar this whole situation is to what the Witness had done to its species; how they all used the Veil to interface with it and merge into one.
Log number nine caught us all by surprise by revealing that Maya continued with the experiments and used previously dead Exos to "fabricate consciousness" into them; she hooked them up to the Veil's interface and fabricated a new consciousness into an Exo known as Lakshmi-2. We don't know how many consciousnesses were used to create this, but Maya also used her own, giving Lakshmi her own voice and some of her memories. Big implications for everything about Lakshmi, especially Lakshmi's involvement with the Future War Cult as their leader, given that the Future War Cult was founded by Maya Sundaresh in the Golden Age. It also brought some new perspective to Lakshmi's interest in the Spontaneous Exo Reset Syndrome, as well as possibly a bigger reason why Savathun sought to corrupt Lakshmi and remove her from the City. Here's also my post recaping Season of the Splicer after we learned about this, to clear some stuff about her and Savathun's corruption of her back then.
Tenth log tells us about Maya finally succeeding in connecting people to the Veil without casualties. Months and probably years of work eventually paid off and the Veil became a viable source of power for the Neomuni and this event is probably what paved the way for the CloudArk. The Veil is described as a web of consciousness and Chioma further explains why the Vex might want it, as it would allow them to run paracausal simulations, something they aren't capable of doing currently. Chioma recognises that this should be a moment to celebrate, but she can't because she knows the Veil is dangerous but now there's a whole civilisation built on it.
Eleventh log was short and sad. Chioma tells us how she found Maya dead, alone, in the conductor's chair. It's unclear what she was doing and how she died. Chioma is unsettled by Lakshmi who is half-Maya, but "developmentally incomplete" and has her quarantined. Maya most likely died communing with the Veil, which has interesting implications for her consciousness.
Log number twelve tells us a few things about Neomuna's knowledge about what was going on outside of Neptune. Chioma detected Rasputin waking up in the Dark Age by monitoring her ex-work station on Hyperion, the moon of Saturn. Rasputin detected Neomuna and gave it a classification of "Nefele Stronghold." Chioma decided to send a Cloud Strider, Stargazer, to Earth to erase records of Neomuna, not because they wanted to keep their secrets or to save themselves from Warlords (although that must've also been a factor), but primarily to protect the outside world from the dangers of the Veil.
Thirteenth log shows us Chioma deciding to shut down the whole facility known as Veil Containment. She decided to hide it all and not to leave this mess on other people's conscience. She understood that there's nothing else to do and that Neomuna will go on, but that nobody else needs to know how they got to where they are. We're told that there's a Vex signature crawling through the logs, identified as "MSund12."
Number fourteen is where we end for now. Chioma reminds us about how the Ishtar scientists got exposed to the Vex and simulated by them 227 times, fully confirming that the "MSund12" Vex signature is one of Vex!Maya copies (number 12). Chioma decided that there's nothing more left to do or tell and that she made contact with the Vex, presumably to end her life with the hope that by doing so through the Vex, she will return to the Vex Collective and find Maya there. Osiris recaps things for us, reminding us again that the Veil is "the power of consciousness made manifest" and that the Traveler and the Light are the power of the physical world. He recognises the risks here, despite the great power being offered.
This gave us incredible insight into the Veil as a paracausal object and what it represents. Paired with the Witness cutscene, we learned a lot about what it means and how it's used. It's a paracausal entity with great powers over consciousess and the mind, capable of transferring, deleting or creating consciousness. It seems to parallel the Light and the Traveler which are both firmly based in the power of the physical world. Somehow, these two entities have been connected before and can connect again.
The Witness' species used the Veil to fuse their entire civilisation into a single being and set off in the pursuit of the Final Shape. The Veil was also specified as being somehow connected to the Traveler in the past, but that they've become separate and that the Traveler has since been avoiding coming back in contact with it. When the Witness attempted to connect them again for the first time, the Traveler fled and has been fleeing ever since. And now that the Witness caught up with it and finally did what it always wanted to do, a mysterious portal has been opened into a realm of unknown power and origin with unknown consequences to both the Traveler and the universe itself. All of this was made possible only with the Veil which means that the Veil's paracausal power of consciousness must have something important to do with it. Both the Witness and Maya Sundaresh were using the Veil to move and fabricate consciousness, though Maya worked a little bit smaller in scale.
Still, all of this is a great deep dive into some of the most mysterious aspects of the setting. The Veil is still a complicated paracausal entity, but the Traveler remains so as well. Possibly even more so right now. The link between the Traveler and the Veil is still left to explore, especially with how and why they are capable of opening a portal to an unknown dimension when they come in contact. This will for sure be in some way explored in the future, either in seasons themselves, the two remaining Veil Logs or maybe we'll have to wait for The Final Shape to know more. Either way, there's something going on here, in their connection and their parallels and their opposites; something needed to open a portal to a mysterious realm that has been described as "place of new wonders and old memories."
And yes, there's two Veil Logs remaining! One will be available next week when the next season starts and then the final one will be ready in the final season of the year. They've confirmed this in an article with the commentary on the Veil Log quest as a whole and their goals with it. I talked about it here, it's really interesting!
