we haven’t really interacted a whole lot beyond a single thread , that is in the very early stages . BUT i am very much in love with cryptid’s double trouble already   ! ! !   it doesn’t take much to get me hooked to certain muses , but they pull off their personality so well   &   i’m really excited to see where this thread takes their relationship   !

have you ever just ... vibed with someone   &   their muse so much   ?   if you want the best portrayal of shadow weaver , look no further   !   i adore when people can roleplay manipulative characters correctly . having roleplayed a few myself   (   why do i have a villain kink   ?   )   i can really appreciate the amount of time   &   effort that goes into breaking down a character like shadow weaver   &   writing out her strongest aspects with such detail . also , amazing person   !   we haven’t talked too much , but they’re very understanding   &   just an all - round welcoming person   &   that’s such a positive trait to have   !

an exceptionally well written hordak . i love moss’s portrayal   &   the depth they put into their headcanons . i love that , despite their trouble within canon , we’re delving into a story of recovery   &   bonding , even if it’s through their shared trauma   &   experiences . also their writing style   ?   TOP TIER . i can really imagine the scene with so much depth   &   detail in my head   &   it’s great . the only thing that would make their hordak better is ... rocket . rocket hordak . do it . don’t let me down .

BEAN. i love vhet so much   &   holly’s portrayal of him is just chefs kiss magnifique . the interactions between catra   &   vhet are so wholesome   &   just give me so much joy . both of them calling each other   “   brother   ”   &   “   sister   ?   ”   i’m soft . usually i portray catra as very closed - off   &   unable to accept those around her , so it’s a huge breath of fresh air to bring out a more positive side in her when she confides in vhet .

Thank you! TwT I’ve been told this multiple times, actually. I think to be able to mimic characters’ unique dialogues and internal monologues are one of the many talents I’ve picked up over the years. I am very proud to have so many people appreciate my stylized writing.

     IT’S A COMPLICATED       web  of  people  she  finds  herself  flying  into.        bow,  adora,  and  their  cohorts  are  not  the  same  people  she  left  behind  on  bright  moon.      they  are  people  who  have  had  time  to  be   HURT   by  her  actions,   and  they  have  been  forged  into  warriors  by  the  dire  circumstances  surrounding  them.       but  somehow,    ENTRAPTA    remains  the  most  alike  to  what  glimmer  remembers  from  before,    and  considering  her  time  with  the  horde,   the  queen  thinks  that  shouldn’t  be  the  case.       it  should  be  the  opposite.     but  despite  the  horror  she’s  endured,   she  is   dryl’s  monarch  through  and  through,   and  glimmer’s  aged  orders  to  leave  her  on  beast  island  almost  took.       she’s  not  innocent,   but  stars,   she  doesn’t  seem  guilty  either.

       “   ——   she’s  so   FORGIVING.  ”      glimmer  finally  says  to  him.     she’s  stopped  sifting  the  flour  for  their  darla  -  bound  dinner.      “  and  i  -  i   want   to  say  that  i  would  be  just  as  compassionate,  but...      i  really  don’t  think  i  would  be.       not  if  i  was  in  her  position,   at  least.  ”       queenly  head  is  lowered,   and  she  sighs.     “   … do  you  think  i  should  go   APOLOGIZE ?   ”

Peeling a clementine

it’s little sacrifices, giving it all up one inch at a time for them. skipping sleep to stay on the phone, spending the last of your change on their coffee order, driving out of your way to pick them up. it’s sitting on your back porch together, complaining about the heat, the warm sun lighting them up in shades of gold. you unwrap a clementine that you grew in the garden, its skin peeling back like it was made for that. you wordlessly pass them a slice, and they wordlessly take it, and when your fingers touch, they’re a little sticky from the fruit, and as you watch them chew, you lick it off. you share the clementine piece by piece because you love them, and nothing has ever felt so perfect or right.

it’s nameless. you couldn’t apply language to it and do it justice if you tried. it’s a hug going on longer than it’s meant to, wearing their sweatshirt on the way home and crying because it smells so inviting. it’s sinking into a kiss, using their shampoo in the shower, burying yourself a little deeper in the sheets because you’ve never felt so comfortable. whenever they ask you to describe their smell, all you can think is warm, familiar, mine. when you ask them to describe yours they say: it smells like you. home is wherever you can be beside them. everywhere you go is perfect as long as you’re together.

Silence and static over the phone

both of your eyes are closed. you both want to say it but neither of you are speaking. if you listen closely, and focus on their breathing, it’s almost like they’re there with you. when one of you finally breaks the silence with a whisper, they sound so close that your stomach aches.

you keep quite literally everything bottled up, don't you? you try to be there for everyone else, but nobody has ever asked about you. you have a mental list in your head of things that you wish beyond wishing that people would ask to know about you, but nobody has. you're afraid that if you tell them, you won't get the response you crave, which gets more and more mysterious and gut-wrenchingly necessary with every day that goes by in silence. it feels like you aren't allowed to exist.
