hiii i love ur art style!! what program do you use and what brushes do you use?

i use krita for my artwork! i believe i started around, what, late 2020? all my other artwork before i swapped to krita was done in fire alpaca; i would personally recommend the swap! for one, theres a lot more shortcuts i can cut corners with in krita where i was fumbling around in fire alpaca haha

as for the brushes i use, i've tended to swap them around depending on how im feeling in the past-- i've been a big fan of "d)_ink_7_brush_rough" tbh!-- but lately i've grown attached to a custom one i made a while back that i lovingly named "XX)_weird_brush" lmao; i took the predefined "spike_blob" shape, and just did this to the sharpness setting 🙈

otherwise, the only other things i personally have on for the brush are size and spacing, and i dont believe i changed anything about them? size is just a steady incline from bottom left to top right, and spacing is a slightly left-leaning bell-curve from top left, to middle-ish, to top right

at a brush size of 10px, you should get a result close to this if you don't decide to customize further for yourself! i grew very attached to the pixel-y nature of the brush, while STILL having enough breathing room to give you a light texture pressing softly enough lmao
