Man, I get that. This world is loud and bright and suffocating and it’s not as easy to get out of with these human bodies as it would’ve been before with other ones. My suggestions include: bring some stim toy to keep yourself grounded, if you get audio-based overwhelmed bring headphones to use, and follow the following guide, adjusting what is where as appropriate:

It’s a good grounding technique and can help through most types of breakdowns and meltdowns as well as anxiety attacks.

Can i get a talksprite of Eridan Ampora? The right half of my head was shaved? (Like a more feminine butch shave?) my hair was down and covered half of my left eye and i had glow in the dark freckles in a w shape that started at the edge of my eye closest to my ears went under my eye and over my nose and to the other eye? I had baggy a purple sweater that hung off my right shoulder and was purple, my sign was black. My horns were angled back a little like the fannon amporas. Thank you in advance
