Said this in the tags of a reblog but I want everyone to ask this too
Why is Israel killing children specifically? Out of all the videos, images, journals, its mostly children being killed. Children. Most no older than 8 or 9 years.
Children. Babies.
If infants and children matter SO much to the world, why aren't we enraged about this? Why do ppl rage about abortions or child abuse but they turn a blind eye on children being killed in genocides and wars?
It's just a strange pattern I've noticed. Yes, Israel is targeting every Palestinian ever in existence, hell probably targeting fictional Palestinians too, but there's been a weird obsession with Palestinian children as of late....
If you support Israel, unfollow me right fucking now. Better yet, speak up so I can block you personally. I don't give a fuck if you're a resident or not, I will never tolerate a government who seeks death on a whole fucking race just because they came from the same ancestors. Literal Cain and Abel type shit. If Israel's own CITIZENS refuse support on THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT, you should too. Jewish NEVER equates to Zionism. Judaism NEVER equates to genocide.
"Waaahh ur antisemitic becuz--!!!" Shut your white American ass up bitch. Jewish people ARE NOT their government. Jewish people ARE NOT inherently Zionists. In fact, Jewish don't inherently mean religiously, it could mean regionally. I do not hate the Jewish population, I hate the Zionist population. Zionists at this point are almost on par as nazism, just in a different flavor. I am against ethnic cleansing in the name of Zionism, not Jewish people.
Fuck Israel, free Palestine. Save the fucking children.

Amazing how uncritically modern leftists, who won't even say "Rhodes Scholar," will leap to defend 150-year-old white Englishmen if they seem to be good on Palestine for ten seconds.

Fucking ARNOLD TOYNBEE. Really!
Toynbee uses the term "Judaic" to describe episodes of "extreme brutality," even where Jews themselves were not involved, as in the Gothic persecution of the Christians.  More generally, throughout the first eight volumes of his civilization series, Toynbee often refers to the Jewish people as a "fossil remnant," implying that Judaism was defined by its "fanaticism," its "provincialism," and its "exclusivity," whose value derived solely from its role as a seedbed for the superior civilization and moral code of Christianity.
By characterizing Judaism as a morally primitive belief-system based on the idea of Jews as a "master race," and then asserting that Jews' claim to Israel is based on this premise, Toynbee figures Zionism as "kindred to Nazism." On the other hand, Toynbee argues that by failing to accept their fate as a diaspora community and trying instead to replace the "traditional Jewish hope of an eventual Restoration of Israel to Palestine on God's initiative through the agency of a divinely inspired Messiah," Zionist Jews have the same "impious" relationship to their religion as Communists do to Christianity. Having thus equated Zionism with both Nazism and Communism, Toynbee asserts:
On the Day of Judgement, the gravest crime standing to the German National Socialists' account might be, not that they had exterminated a majority of the Western Jews, but that they had caused the surviving remnant of Jewry to stumble.
What was delightful was that an actual Jew made this colonizing motherfucker eat his words!
Toynbee explained that he did not intend to statistically equate the actions of the Nazis with those of Israel’s founders, but rather simply to draw a moral comparison: that individual massacres committed by Israeli forces in 1948 were no different than those perpetrated by the Germans against the Jews. “If I murder one man, that makes me a murderer,” he observed. “I don’t have to reach the thousand mark or the million mark to be a murderer.”
Herzog pounced on this point, turning Toynbee’s own scholarship against him. “Now, Professor, in volume four, page 128F, of your Study of History you say, ‘In the history of man’s attempt at civilization hitherto, there has never been any society whose progress and civilization has gone so far that in times of revolution or war, its members could be relied upon not to commit atrocities,’ ” Herzog recited. He then listed all the nations Toynbee himself implicated in this charge: the Germans in Belgium in 1914, the British in Ireland in 1920, the French in Syria, and many others throughout history—including, of course, the Nazis.
Herzog then added one group that Toynbee had omitted: “Do you agree that there were also Arab massacres of Jewish civilians?” Herzog made reference to such cases, asking, “Were these also in the category of Nazi atrocities? And if so, why don’t you say that both sides did things in such a category? Why do you choose us? Why do you single us out? Why don’t you write of Britain and of almost every country in the world according to your own definition?”
After several minutes of such questioning, Toynbee conceded the point. “I agree that most societies have committed atrocities, but I do not think that condones atrocities,” he said. “I agree with you on that,” Herzog quickly responded. “But do you agree that this comparison can be applied on the universal level to any country which in war its soldiers have committed atrocities against civilians?” Toynbee had to concur: “Yes, atrocities are atrocities and murder is murder, whoever commits it.” Herzog asked if Toynbee would similarly stigmatize “Arab atrocities against Jewish civilian populations,” and those committed by the United States. “Of course,” the professor replied.
With that admission, Herzog essentially disarmed the historian. After all, if every nation had behaved like the Nazis, then the charge was divested of moral meaning. “In other words,” Herzog concluded, “the Nazi pall lies across the world, before the Nazis came … and after they have gone.” Jews, then, were no more prone to immoral conduct than any other people, and Israel no more and no less guilty than any other modern state.

This was written by a very close friend of mine, who through out this past year has always made me feel listened to, and quietly stood with Jews and against the horrors we have faced since October 7th. Today they decided to stop being silent, and it means more to me than they could ever realize.
They gave me permission to post this onto my blog:
honestly the fandomisation of the I/P shit is endlessly infuriating. we used to say "if theres a table of 10 people and ones a nazi its a table of 10 nazis" and now we think that jumping on the "jews came to our country to replace our population and need to be stopped" movement with 0 hours of complex study on how to. avoid becoming a "jews came to our country to replace our population and need to be stopped" person (nazi). is just easy, safe, normal, and simple enough that anyone can do it. We just dropped the "punch a nazi" thing as soon as it involved giving a single shit about jews enough to not treat their histories, cultures, and so on like a footnote in something greater than them where theyre all collectively fucked up enough to make learning anything about them before turning against them warranted
if out of all conflicts in the world right now you want to join the "ok but THIS time jews are coming to a country to replace the population and need to be stopped" and no other conflicts, and you dont even know enough about antisemitism to know what zionism is beyond bastardised appropriated definitions let alone the probably hundreds of dogwhistles (dogwhistle: something thats not obvious and you cant spot through just Being Smart)... you can be so right about the conclusion of which side is "right" though insert my fucking rant on wars being complicated, you can get the right answer with the wrong equation, but still have the blood of innocent jews on your hands if youre just swinging fucking wildly at this conflict fuelled more by fucking hatred and "oh man this is outrageous! time to spread it time to reblog this post come on everybody eyes on this!" than you are by an actual need to get your hands properly dirty and help out
if you choose only one conflict out of every single conflict out there currently to get involved with, and its the one that has five nazis at the table out of ten, because yeah, "jews come to countries to harm the populace and take over and need to be ousted" politics attract a lot of nazis.... and you dont have hours upon hours of experience with jews, understanding what harms them, what logic people use to get you on their side against jews, and so on.... you cant turn around and tell me youre a good person
If theres five nazis at this table... and you dont know shit about judaism and nazism to even understand the bare fucking basic minimum that nazis are not people in funny costumes who salute weirdly and who stick out, that they were popular enough to have a death toll of millions, that they had scientists, doctors, professors, philosophers, and a million other professionals as well as media both on their side and teaching others... if you dont even understand that everyday people like us are not immune to propaganda and that its popular to hate jews and that news sources and professionals and researchers and reporters are likely going to be biased - you can understand full fucking well that a common newspaper wouldnt report good information on trans issues nor be sensitive and up to date with how to navigate transphobia, but you believe they can report well on both another minority's and a foreign countries' issues? you can understand that its hard to find correct and sensitive understandings of minorities you are a part of but cant extend that logic to jews too? - if you cant understand the sheer fucking basics of "actually, this is a sensitive conflict, every single thing i reblog or repost has the possibility to be antisemitic, antisemites arent weirdos spurting easily spotted nonsense, entire professions can spend all day every day pumping out studies and info on things like trans people and disabled people and other minorities and still be wrong, man, I should probably spend a lot of time researching how to sit at a table with nazis because theyre going to be talking to us like we're regular people and not show their ass unless we stand opposed to them"...
it is, explicitly, a choice to get involved with every single conflict out there. youre consciously making the choice to not get involved in every other one! youre not in the countries affected, youre not assigned the front lines, you have a choice. Im not saying choose not to get involved. Im saying this: If you have a choice to stick your fucking fresh face into a hostage negotiation you sure as hell should have done a fucktonne of research on hostage negotiation, on the hostages themselves, on the motives, on everything known in the case, yeah? Otherwise your incompetence is gonna have a real impact - whether the hostages die or not theres lifelong trauma and community ripple effects on the line here... You get that for a hostage situation right? Choosing to get involved with the lives of just a few people warrants hours of research and in-person meetings and breakdowns of all the history of the situation? So how much does butting in on a war warrant? A couple hours listening to your pre-selected sources and following a tag about it? yeah. right. didnt think so
If you have a choice, make a fucking smart one. If your answer to having a choice is "no i dont have a choice, me this random foreigner with what looks like a saviour complex has the power to sway the war if i gather enough people so im gonna do it, i have no choice its a moral imperative" ok. For sake of argument, you have no choice, and for some reason your blabbing on social media is affecting the conflict, and we'll say youre even getting actively involved in swaying it. Congrats, youre now involved with hundreds of thousands of lives. make your fucking decision and make it well, if you dont even have enough information to navigate this like it was a hostage situation of maybe double digits then you are, at this point, playing with lives of foreign people like theyre fucking chess pieces on a board
Ultimately... for 99% of us getting involved the only fucking people that are going to be impacted by this are a) the sparse few people from the countries online (sparse compared to the billions from other places) who have to not just deal with the fucking conflict but uneducated people using their home's war to get out their anger on, and b) the displaced jews who are watching, realtime, which you'd know if you spent two fucking seconds researching what the ripple effects of the half-nazi table are having, as violence - literal, not someone calling you a slur on the internet, actual life threats, injuries, bloodshed and death - rises against them
Again, im not implying you have the wrong conclusion if youre on the side accusing jews of the age old "youre invading and we need to get rid of you", i am fully aware that a) sometimes some people of a minority do the thing theyre accused of doing by mega racists, b) some people against the jews here are talking about living peacefully, theres people on all sides pro-peace, and so on. I am saying that fucking no one does a mere ten hours of research on this from sources they both agree and disagree with let alone the hundreds of hours of lived in experience and research and study that millions of fucking lives deserve from you. You have a choice to be involved, if you get what you get out of it - moral superiority, something to be angry about, something to argue about, a scary thing to be worried about, no, you cant convince me you get nothing out of it when you act towards it identically to how true crime moms act towards true crime - the fucking least you could do in exchange is treat this like its actually worth your time enough for you to properly study, not research, study.
"But its a genocide!" "But its an emergency!" first of all its not a genocide, but im not going to pretend i dont get the point is "this is something i feel like needs to be stopped right now and people are reaching out for help and so we need to help"... Ok, like a hostage situation, fast response needed right now, hostages are begging for help on the news. So are you prepared enough to meet a hostage situation in your country? No? But youre prepared for a gang war in your country? No? But youre prepared for a civil war in your country? No? But. youre prepared for... this.... you think you fucking know enough about this to get involved... youre so prepared for and pushing for your voice to have an impact in this.... yeah. you will have an impact. youre already having one. Turns out if you did five fucking minutes of research one of the first things youd find out is that oh, when theres a conflict involving two minorities of your country, uh, oh dear, arguing against them, pushing information into the mainstream about how (the racist stereotypes are right) even if overseas, how theyre dangerous, how theyre dangerous to entire countries, and so on.... thats dangerous to those minorities in your country! Who'd've thought! And step fucking one then would be to navigate helping the conflict overseas without increasing conflict in your own country.......... yeah
this shit is, and i fucking stand by it, the fucking same as the true crime girlies. the fucking moms who spread those videos of people breaking in and kidnapping people and so on. Its not even a matter of arguing the videos are staged, or whathaveyou, we can all understand that spreading poorly researched opinions on things even when those things are indeed bad and did indeed happen can have huge effects on communities. Conservatives arent lying when they spread trans pedos and talk about how trans people Can be disgusting, they sure as hell are increasing violence against trans people though! We can all fucking understand that sitting here blogging about trans people being pedos and abusers is going to increase people thinking all trans people are like that even if we tell them we're just talking about specific ones in a specific place! So fucking tell me please god that one other fucking non-jew on this godsforsaken website can fucking see how dangerous this table with five fucking nazis is yeah??
People are people. people are going to hear their own version of what youre saying. if you keep talking about how gross the trans rapists and abusers are and talking about how we need to stop them you get that people are going to hear trans people are bad because you joined in the trans discussion without enough research to know how to spread issues safely.......... yeah. but jews arent as important as any other minority, always left on the sideline, so who cares if theyre in danger amirite lets focus on white "saving" the foreign country because apparently we're so talented and so good at resolving wars that we can do it with like ten hours research in between watching our fave netflix shows and reblogging fandom shit
-----
It's important for goyim to talk about I/P in a way that doesn't dehumanize Israelis, Jews, Palestinians or Arabs. Because everyone actually affected by this conflict has been hurting for far too long, and all your "Activism" does is fan the flames of hate.
Anyways, to my friend. I really appreciate you saying something at a time that most people won't.
It's sad that this is such a controversial take to both sides of the political spectrum these days. Telling people to research a conflict before having an opinion, and to stop pushing hate towards ethnic minorities. But I appreciate you saying it.

zionism wants us to look away.
so it turns off the lights, the power, the signal, and commits its crimes in the dark, where we cannot see. zionism thinks that if it murders children in their beds at night, while the world is asleep, no one will notice. zionism thinks that people will not light torches and flashlights and matches until palestine is lit in red flames, flickering glow illuminating bombed hospitals and the bodies of the people that once sought refuge inside of it. zionism thinks that we will put our pillows over our heads and drown out the sound of their screams.
but what lurks in the dark only scares us more, because we know despite not seeing. so we take to the streets in frantic rage — filling our vision with red for their blood and green for their land and black and white for their freedom — and wait until it sees us. we are not blind, nor will we close our eyes.
zionism wants us to forget.
so it tells us stories of its history and its pain and its justifications, drowning out the thousands of children sobbing over the bodies of their parents, ripped apart by illegal weapons and laughing soldiers. it holds its press conferences and talks about antisemitism and nazism, unaware that it only echoes the atrocities it speaks of, committed by villains just like its people. it lies and it lies and it lies and it tells us we are liars, so that perhaps the truth will one day slip our minds.
but we are louder, eternally so, and we will be heard forever. human rights are not a piece of clothing, to be called a trend, to outgrow and then throw out to be recycled into something else, diluted and watered-down. our so-called phase will live on in the history books as the toppling of tyrants, and only then will it stop.
zionism wants us not to care.
so it makes its excuses, and suddenly an entire ethnicity are animals so undeserving of water and electricity and life. they are mongrels, zionism says, to be kicked to the curb and beaten. they are dogs, who have no need for home or a place to live. fathers are terrorists working to do everything they can to protect those they love as bombs rain down on them. mothers are extremists that yell and curse and beg for their family to be spared. children are agents of war throwing rocks at tanks. there are soldiers hiding out in those schools, and that is why they must be blown to bits.
(animals are treated better.)
but how? what did that unborn baby do to them? was it, too, planning evil savagery from the womb? we demand answers to impossible questions. we will continue to do so until zionism starts making sense, because we are only being fed too many equations that don’t add up. missiles fired at innocent families do not equate war, or anything but genocide.
(zionism says that those who stand against it are terrorists. we laugh. there must be a hell of a lot of terrorists in the world, because we flood the news with our flags.)
zionism wants us to give up.
it is hoping for the impossible. there is no defeat for a people that know that death is not the end. palestine will never die.
and halfway across the globe — resistance is in every skip of our heartbeats when we watch the news with horror. resistance is in every roar of outrage that shakes downtown during a protest. resistance is in every time we drape a flag over our shoulders to leave the house.
resistance, for me, is paint on my cheeks and dark liner i call my ‘protest makeup’. an enamel pin i wear to school, and the glare i give people who look at me funny for it. my posts. hijab. a hoodie with ‘palestine’ in arabic lettering stitched across the front.
alone, it’s nothing. but in the thrumming mass of angry protestors, waving a flag off the top of construction scaffolding, it’s everything. i promise. as long as we keep yelling, zionism hears us. it sees us. it will not forget us, and it will give up.
and then palestine will finally be free.

NAOMI KLEIN
April 24, 2024
My friends, I’ve been thinking about Moses and his rage when he came down from the mount to find the Israelites worshiping a golden calf. The ecofeminist in me has always been uneasy about this story. What kind of god is jealous of animals? What kind of god wants to hoard all the sacredness of the Earth for himself? But there is, of course, a less literal way of understanding this story. It is a lesson about false idols, about the human tendency to worship the profane and shining, to look to the small and material rather than the large and transcendent.
What I want to say to you this evening at this revolutionary and historic Seder in the Streets is that too many of our people are worshiping a false idol once again. They are enraptured by it. They are drunk on it. They are profaned by it. And that false idol is called Zionism.
It is a false idol that takes our most profound biblical stories of justice and emancipation from slavery, the story of Passover itself, and turns them into brutalist weapons of colonial land theft, roadmaps for ethnic cleansing and genocide. It is a false idol that has taken the transcendent idea of the Promised Land, a metaphor for human liberation that has traveled across faiths to every corner of this globe, and dared to turn it into a deed of sale for a militarist ethnostate.
Political Zionism’s version of liberation is itself profane. From the start, it required the mass expulsion of Palestinians from their homes and ancestral lands in the Nakba. From the start, it has been at war with collective dreams of liberation. At a seder, it is worth remembering that this includes the dreams of liberation and self-determination of the Egyptian people. This false idol of Zionism has long equated Israeli safety with Egyptian dictatorship and unfreedom and client state. From the start, it has produced an ugly kind of freedom that saw Palestinian children not as human beings, but as demographic threats, much as the Pharaoh in the Book of Exodus feared the growing population of Israelites and thus ordered the death of their sons. And as we know, Moses was saved from that by being put in a basket and adopted by an Egyptian woman.
Zionism has brought us to our present moment of cataclysm, and it is time that we say clearly it has always been leading us here. It is a false idol that has led far too many of our own people down a deeply immoral path that now has them justifying the shredding of core commandments — “Thou shall not kill,” “Thou shall not steal,” “Thou shall not covet” — the commandments brought down from the mount. It is a false idol that equates Jewish freedom with cluster bombs that kill and maim Palestinian children.
Zionism is a false idol that has betrayed every Jewish value, including the value that we place on questioning a practice embedded in the seder itself with its four questions asked by the youngest child. It also betrays the love that we have as a people for text and for education. Today this false idol dares to justify the bombing of every single university in Gaza, the destruction of countless schools, of archives, of printing presses, the killing of hundreds of academics, scholars, journalists, poets, essayists. This is what Palestinians call scholasticide, the killing of the infrastructure and the means of education.
Meanwhile, in this city, the universities call the NYPD and barricade themselves against the grave threat posed by their own students asking them... questions like “How can you claim to believe in anything at all, least of all us, while you enable, invest in and collaborate with this genocide?”
The false idol of Zionism has been allowed to grow unchecked for far too long. So tonight we say it ends here. Our Judaism cannot be contained by an ethnostate, for our Judaism is internationalist by its very nature. Our Judaism cannot be protected by the rampaging military of that ethnostate, for all that military does is sow sorrow and reap hatred, including hatred against us as Jews. Our Judaism is not threatened by people raising their voices in solidarity with Palestine across lines of race, ethnicity, physical ability, gender identity and generations. Our Judaism is one of those voices and knows that in this chorus lies both our safety and our collective liberation.
Our Judaism is the Judaism of the Passover Seder, the gathering in ceremony to share food and wine with loved ones and strangers alike. This ritual, light enough to carry on our backs, in need of nothing but one another, even with — we don’t need walls. We need no temple, no rabbi. And there is a role for everyone, including especially the smallest child. The seder is portable, a diaspora technology if ever there was one. It is made to hold our collective grieving, our contemplation, our questioning, our remembering, and our reviving and rekindling of the revolutionary spirit.
So, tonight — so, look around. This here is our Judaism. As waters rise and forests burn and nothing is certain, we pray at the altar of solidarity and mutual aid, no matter the cost. We don’t need or want the false idol of Zionism. We want freedom from the project that commits genocide in our name. We want freedom from the ideology that has no plan for peace, except for deals with the murderous, theocratic petrostates next door, while selling the technologies of robo-assassinations to the world. We seek to liberate Judaism from an ethnostate that wants Jews to be perennially afraid, that wants our children afraid, that wants us to believe that the world is against us so that we go running to its fortress, or at least keep sending the weapons and the donations.
That is a false idol. And it’s not just Netanyahu. It’s the world he made and the world that made him. It’s Zionism. What are we? We, in these streets for months and months, we are the exodus, the exodus from Zionism. So, to the Chuck Schumers of this world, we do not say, “Let our people go.” We say, “We have already gone, and your kids, they are with us now.”

The war on Gaza is being used to advance fascism and white supremacy in the U.S. It is also opening people’s eyes to global systems that require genocide to continue. To stand with Palestine is to transform those systems and build a different world.
"...Israel is a fascist state, and its relentless genocide is blasting open more pathways for global fascism to establish itself. A growing number of fundamentalists and authoritarians entrenched in white supremacy and Islamophobia have been setting course across the globe over the last few years. Most recently, Argentina voted in a Trump-like right-wing president in November 2023 who is a strong supporter of Israel, pushing a Zionist agenda, waving the Israeli flag at his rallies in October, and making Israel one of his first trips as president. In January, as Israel continued its bombardment of Gaza, India’s fundamentalist authoritarian Modi celebrated the Hindu temple on the razed grounds of the Ayodhya mosque in January, and Italy’s government passed laws to protect public expressions of fascism. Senegal’s president postponed elections, jailed movement leaders, and sparked massive protests. These moves point towards a growing fascist consolidation. Israel’s attacks are emboldened, not just in Gaza but in the military and social violence against Palestinians in the West Bank. The U.S.’s brutal attacks on Yemen in response to their economic blockades in defense of Palestinians show what the empire is willing to do to protect itself, even in the face of global condemnation.
The conditions are set for Zionism to fuel fascism on a global level and prevent social movements from rising in the United States. Zionism and anti-Palestinian racism have been fundamental to the “war on terror” that started 20 years ago when 9/11 was used as a pretext for permanent war. The U.S. created legal and social frameworks of “terrorism” to undermine global resistance and to counter dissent, public speech, and organizing in the United States. Zionism and the War on Terror have been tools used to protect capital and also to attack resistance and liberation movements, particularly those led by Black, Palestinian, Muslim, and immigrant communities. Globally, the U.S. uses the threat of “terrorism” to expand military outposts in every corner of the world, and here, the FBI uses expanded surveillance to track Black anti-police protesters, and Zionism becomes a tool to turn protest into terrorism.
Zionism is a perfect vehicle for the expansion of the police state in the United States. Both liberals and the extreme right in the United States are using Zionism to advance a strategy that expands a social base for fascism, deepens control of public institutions, and sets the stage for consolidation at the federal level, protected by the police state with support from financial institutions, media, and higher education. Today, legislation weaponizing the definition of antisemitism to equate it with anti-Zionism and stifle pro-Palestinian actions is passing with bipartisan support. These attacks allow increased constriction of public discourse and dissent, which will be legislated at school board, university, city, state, and federal levels."
"... Contending with Zionism requires a break with empire. In short: there is nothing we can do about Israel, other than everything.
The opportunity within this moment is to develop a sharper strategy that activates the millions of people who see the faultlines and feel the rift."

Ok so I did some research regarding the posts that you made because the way they were presented on twitter left a bad taste in my mouth. Reading how you feel now makes sense, but I wanted to see exactly why you had said those things in the first place. I had to go far back tbh. I'm really surprised they even found these things because it's a long journey to those initial posts. I'm talking February 2018. If any of those people who are dragging you as a zionists on twitter are the same person they were almost 5 years ago I would say it's time to grow.
Ok so initial post is here. Every post before that was about your anons dragging the originals and someone they called klamuffin. This is the first post that I could find where Gal Gadot/Israel was brought up to you and it's the same SS that is going around on twitter. It was in regards to an apparent post on Gadot's socials where she showed support for the IDF soldiers as seen in this ask where someone gives context.
This is a post where an apparent jewish friend of yours tells you the difference of zionism vs neo-zionism which adds context to your clarification on how you felt about zionism at the time.
Next we see here an anon getting upset because they are assuming from your posts are that you are a zionist like twitter is pushing. Tbh it's not the most coherent post about your position, but for full transparency I'm including it. It's kind of a mixed bag of you talking about the history of Palestine and Israel being created and why neither of their people should be pushed from the only home they know. This post is much more precise about where you stand when an anon asked for clarification. You just clarify that you believe both sides deserve the right to live there because it's basically the only home they know.
Now this is pretty much a friend of yours pushing back on your post a bit about the horrors Israel is pushing on Palestinian people and you clarify again that the Israeli government is the issue and that the citizens on both sides are the innocents in this and don't deserve to be punished for the shitty government (pretty much where you stand today).
This is an ask that was sent to you about Gadot's support of IDF and you equated it to how in the US people write about supporting the troops without talking about all the atrocities the US has committed around the world. From here you received a pretty aggressive ask where they accuse you of stanning Gadot so you won't criticize her and that you're American so you don't know anything. From this point on you got a lot of trolling asks like this one here. It seemed to have ended with this ask about military service being mandatory and what Gadot's post actually was that sparked the nasty messages. You can tell you were also at your wits end after the troll messages as anyone would be.
After that you and your anons go back to talking about the originals and for whatever reason male circumcision. I think if these twitter stalkers actually did their research they would have seen you had clarified that you are not pro-Israel government and that you stand with the innocent citizens on both sides who have no choice in this. It would be like if you posted a pic of the Iran protests with 'fuck the Islamic Republic' as a caption and twitter turned that into you being Islamophobic and not you showing support of the Iranian women protesting their fascist government. You can be pro people without being pro government. Anyway I hope this timeline helps clear up any more issues and I hope everyone can appreciate that most people grow and change after 5 years. You certainly seem to take more care and are more precise with your wording in your current posts. I'm sorry all this is happening to you. It's kind of insane that stuff from 5 years ago is being shown as if you said it 2 days ago and being misrepresented as you supporting the atrocities that the Israeli government has committed. I hope everyone is able to move on now.
JESUS CHRIST ANON I don't know if this is the lord's work or the devil's, it is borderline miraculous that you actually managed to find this shit. But yes, it was 5 years ago and my opinions have changed since then, and also like, it was just a really odd situation and conversation? It was sort of disjointed and about some really weird and super specific things, so if it weren't a conversation that sort of bounced around to different topics I wouldn't have said things so sloppily. And as you can see I am literally looking some things up as I go along, so it wasn't definitely not an informed take, but I didn't expect it to represent my feelings about the situation forever and I certainly didn't expect it to be spread around literally half a decade later. Ultimately I did say what I said so it's not like it should be immune from criticism, but I also think it's fair to expect that the context be included because it is relevant, and to call whatever the twitter stans were doing "criticism" seems far too generous.
Even looking through these asks and responses now I can see that I had takes that were bad and clearly didn't understand some things that I understand now, but this also shows exactly what I said, which was that it was a random conversation about a topic that kind of came out of nowhere and was being discussed from a bizarre angle because some rando was mad that I reblogged a gifset of Gal Gadot. And I honestly knew it was a while ago but I didn't realize it was 5 years, I was already thrown off that someone found it because I knew it was old but I legit cannot imagine actually searching for that. Also what a waste of goddamn time because I'm sure I've said some dumb shit much more recently that would have been less time-consuming to discover.
But seeing all of these posts now and rereading what I wrote, I can definitely see that I was uninformed and straight up wrong about some things and can unequivocally say that a lot of what I said then I genuinely do disagree with now and I'm definitely icked out by it. I'm also bummed that anyone would presently feel shitty because of what I can see are some objectively bad takes that I said quite a while ago, because I can fully agree that I was uninformed and clearly should have been more critical of the state of Israel, and I really don't like the way I phrased some of the things I said here. But people can learn a lot in 5 years and the political landscape of the world itself has changed radically in that time as well, and hopefully those changes were positive ones that continue on. I wish that it hadn't become just some random gotcha bullshit in a fandom war or an attempt to pseudo-cancel me or something though, because I think there is at least a good conversation to be had about it that shouldn't be driven by how anyone feels about the fucking Targaryens.
Also I don't want to undercut the seriousness of the whole situation but Jesus Christ I'm dying that this conversation was bookended with conversations about Klamuffin and male circumcision, if that isn't an illustration of how bullshitty all over the place my blog-versations can be I really don't know what is.

@ijionano Side note. What exactly do you think that you're accomplishing by creating an entire separate post about this? You're the only one in this equation that is acting like a bad faith actor. I get that you're triggered, but relax a little bit. This is just a tumblr convo.
Make no mistake, Biden is fully funding this genocide. It's American weapons that are killing babies right now. He could turn off the money faucet (or at least threaten to) in order to get Israel to stop their ethnic cleansing. Israeli news reported that it was American pressure that caused the temporary "humanitarian pause" so there’s tangible prove that Biden does have a lot of sway over them (4 billion in annual aid, understandably, goes a long way) They didn't do it out of the goodness of their hearts, they were pressured and they can be again.
Gaza has been the world's largest open air prison for decades now. Israel is the occupying force that controls their food, water, and medicine. Palestinians also do not have the right to return their homes. You don't find that fucked up at all? This didn't start on Oct 7th. The Israeli government has been breaking that ceasefire every single time they "mow the grass" or kidnap Palestinian civilians and illegally imprison and torture them.
I haven't even mentioned the West Bank. Just look at the terrorism going on there. There's no Hamas in the West Bank.
P.S Anti Zionism does NOT equal Anti Semitism and every single Palestinian is NOT Hamas or is even a supporter of Hamas. That's like saying that every American today is a steadfast Bush supporter because of the elections in 2006. But ask yourself this, do YOU want to be held personally responsible for the actions of your government? Because that's the precedent that is being set right now. It's madness.
And I get the hysterical reaction of blaming everything you don't like on Russian bots. Hillary Clinton, MSNBC, and the libs have been doing it for years now, so you're not alone in that reactionary response.

Metal Hammer - January 1999
Cynics that we are, let's find someone to blame right away. Rammstein, yes, they started it all. If it weren't for this sextet, we'd still be basking in snappy rock ballads of the Bon Jovi and Others brand. Harmless, nice, no corner, no edge. Until then Rammstein stabbed daggers into the white flesh, feeding us with a steady pounding rhythm and snippets of text that we could repeat. It all started modestly in 1995 — supporting act for Projekt Pitchfork, not exactly a rewarding job, but the burning Till and the pieces that came in stuck. Two months later Rammstein played their own club tour. These gigs were still equipped with sparse fireworks, but the attendees became ardent followers.
Already the first single, ‘Du riechst so gut’, was sold as a limited, fragrant digipack, so Motor Music also believed in its new child. With every gig HERZELEID climbed the charts, '96 were still considered a surprise. Their line was provocative, song lines could be interpreted, gave rise to speculation, said everything and nothing. Barely a year later they produced their second record SEHNSUCHT in Malta. But it remained under lock and key until August. In the nine months the debut album could not be gotten off the charts, and no record company in the world would have pushed the next album after that. Rather, the final breakthrough on a large scale was celebrated with the pre-single 'Engel'. In every gas station the people were exposed to it. The new songs were already heard on sold-out tours, but the fans had to wait a long time until the longing was so great that the album of the same name immediately entered the charts at number 1. With the courage of the successful, they dared to do even more critical and offensive lyrics on the successor.
'Bück dich' has become every second man's favourite, largely because it's a great song to shout out with your drunk brothers and grin meaningfully. More precarious were taboo subjects such as ‘Tier’ (incest) - and the decisive factor again was the language. Because despite the encryption, one understands a volume with German lyrics, and concludes that the named band takes a much clearer stand than others who carve euphonious English titles. And thus calls the feuilleton and reputable magazines onto the scene, which take on the Rammstein phenomenon. At times it seemed as if the rock band's intellectual explorations were based on the fact that fire is on stage and fire connotes 'hell'. In any case, the band was dragged through countless articles, so as early as '97 they were allowed to watch as they were called 'German national'.
'Watch' — that is perhaps the key word. Because Rammstein don't fight back. They turn their backs when they get the whip. Like recently when they were attacked in England for using Riefenstahl imagery in their 'Stripped' video. In a nutshell, the record company explained that it was purely about aesthetics, not about the political context. Nevertheless, one could only welcome a discussion, an examination of the topic of the Third Reich. But something like that can also backfire, as happened in the case of the band Weissglut, which actually started brilliantly. With their album ETWAS KOMMT IN DEINE WELT something came into them, namely the criticism of the news magazine 'Der Spiegel' that singer Josef Klumb was a Nazi who was known to observers of the right-wing scene. In fact, Klumb has spoken out about being an "intolerant anti-fascists" and has also criticized Zionism, which, however, does not go hand in hand with a general hostility towards Jews. Josef Klumb likes artists of the Third Reich and German culture per se, which, in turn, is not to be equated with a love of Hitler (”One can have a positive attitude towards Germany and precisely because of that don't like Hitler.”). The singer's very peculiar way of expressing himself - he often speaks of an “elite”, for example - also contributed/contributes to the irritation. Weissglut keyboardist Bernhard Klumb, Josef's brother, sees this article as "character assassination". Since then, Weissglut has been trying to get a counterstatement in Der Spiegel, and there may also be a court case.
Harsh words were also spoken within the band, after all the band is now being pushed into a corner where they don't see themselves. Bernhard isn't afraid that his fuses will blow because he sees white-hot being treated unfairly. “It's part of our job to deal with it now. We don't see it as a super promo either, I would have preferred a different one. It's not nice to have to justify yourself in front of distant acquaintances who suddenly contact you again. There's also another point: If we're a right-wing band now, that might attract fascists to our concerts, people we don't have anything to do with. And then maybe there will be trouble with them...” Being misunderstood can also be the basis of success. As has been the case with Onkelz for many years. The band hasn't heard any malicious things like "Turks out" for twelve years. But to this day, Weidner & Co. have the image of ghetto children, which annoys many people. They also remain (or especially) questionable when they go straight to number one in the charts with VIVA LOS TIOZ - and every young person identifies with that: "Whatever I do, it's wrong.” Critics do not allow Onkelz, which is expected of every prisoner, to learn from their mistakes and to rehabilitate themselves. The band tries to do that with their biography and in every interview in which they are asked about it. The fact that xenophobia is a sensitive topic in Germany (and of course not only here) goes without saying due to the past - explicitly: the Third Reich. This raises the question of whether our greatest export item Rammstein with almost 1.1 million sold SEHNSUCHT -albums abroad would do well to mix Riefenstahl images into their video and thus represent a German band in the world. The band that says “Provocation yes, political content no”, but still plays with that symbolism and brings the martial to market. Bernhard Klumb sees it this way at Rammstein: “There are mechanisms to sell records. You don't have to make more of it. Nobody denies that some visitors march at Rammstein concerts. Is it therefore justified, because of German history, to be confronted with the fact that you roll the R and sound like a German general to some ears?”
The situation is completely different with Joachim Witt, not only because he is enthusiastic about his audience on the recent tour, since it was a “more intellectual selection, thoughtful people who are a little more informed than the cut. In addition, there were of course people from the Dark Wave area. I found it pleasant that the chav and bawl faction was not predominant. However, the right-wing fringe group was by no means dominant at the Rammstein gigs that I attended. Rammstein have a wide audience. When you reach a certain dimension with your sales, you have to be prepared for anything,” Witt clarifies.
Reports that a right-wing attitude prevails “do the band wrong,” according to Witt. “Everything you accuse Rammstein of contradicts the band if you know them. Till has certain ideas that he realizes, that's all. I myself am more political than Rammstein. Maybe they should be more specific, but it's up to you whether you want to do that or not. I speak out clearly against accusations that have been made against me personally. I see myself as a radical humanist and therefore don't really fit into a grid. I am a typical non-party, but feel more attached to the left-wing trend. I think that the change of government is a step forward, but I wish those responsible had more courage and a certain willingness to take risks in order to bring things into balance in the interests of humanity and justice.” Musicians could also be people who make a difference. “A political position is certainly not for everyone. But it is a way of influencing. You can also screw up some groups of buyers, which is why many don't do it. Personally, I'm not on stage to do politics either, but I have my position.”
And Witt also applies this energetically when it comes to the attacks against the 'Stripped' video of his colleagues: "The English always have something to say. There are certainly more fascists in England than in Germany, but that's no excuse. The English should better shut up. The way they deal with German music, the arrogant insular behavior... Until the European musical idea has been liberalized, I find any comment superfluous. As far as the Riefenstahl video itself is concerned, it is about aesthetic recordings, but they are detached from the image and placed in a political environment, which of course imposes itself. There might also be a degree of flirtatiousness in playing with these things, but it's definitely a clear taste positioning - I like things like that too. Riefenstahl certainly took place in this environment (the Third Reich), but I think that art has to be seen in a different context than the political one. People who have what it takes to do something special, be it artistic or in other areas, have to come to terms with it. Otherwise the only way is to turn your back on the country.”
Rammstein did so last year, if only for career reasons. SEHNSUCHT went gold in the US in 1998 after touring with KMFDM, Korn and others. An album with German lyrics. "Americans like things that are mentally German," Witt explains. Perhaps more logical than the fact that the USA was waiting for a right-wing export article from Germany. He himself will soon be playing two showcases there as well.
“Here in Germany you are almost forced to deny your mentality. If you don't offer Anglo-American music, there's something wrong with you. Something is really wrong here. I am shaped by certain things in my environment. And that's German because I grew up here. I have no reason to work against my mentality because it suits some people better in their 'pc' thinking, but I find that the German mentality is too easily confused with what happened in the Third Reich, and one has to be very careful there. Some journalists jump into arbitration or play inquisition, and I find that presumptuous. At the moment they are working with the same means of exclusion that they denounce in the right-wing extremists, they have to be clear about that. They should do their research before spouting any garbage. There are various articles accusing me of such tendencies, but no one spoke to me. On the other hand, I recently had a very long and interesting conversation with the Taz. I give the paper credit for that, because this newspaper in particular would be an organ that could help to fill the gap in ‘Der Witt ist ein Rechtser’. But they didn't allow themselves to be influenced by other writers. And you have to give everyone you write about a chance, not spread prejudices.”
What is certain is that since Rammstein, national bands have been relatively more successful than in the past. “Is there a stronger national consciousness?” is a question that can be asked. "Possibly," says the man in his mid-forties, who was able to sell 670,000 singles with the 'flood'. “In the sense that is meant by that, I myself have no national consciousness; I am only committed to my roots. That doesn't mean I can't live in other countries. But the denser the information network is worldwide, the more people turn to regional things, there is a need for proximity and one's own culture. But that's the way it is worldwide and not specific to Germany. I would like that too, because it has been pathological and distorted so far.”
And in contrast to the "Neue Deutsche Welle", which Witt experienced with hits like "Goldener Reiter" in the 80s, he doesn't believe that German music is only temporarily popular this time. “One shouldn't underestimate the fact that German-language pop music played an important role in the former GDR. I think this has benefited the German music scene immensely.” However, he can only make fun of the term “Teutonic”: “What does that mean? I only know the Teutoburg Forest”, he pushes back the question. In the end he concludes: "It's all about freely admitting one's own mentality without putting it above another's.”
So everyone, whether in front of or on stage, will have to decide for themselves in the future where to draw the line between music and politics. Think for yourself whether he feels comfortable at an Onkelz concert, for example. And anyone who goes to a Frankfurt concert as an 18-year-old because they are, as the reasoning is often heard, “simply a great band” should not be labeled as right-wing in Germany 1998, just as little as a flat rate for the 888,000 SEHNSUCHT buyers applies. And above all, when intellectualizing a topic that still belongs in the entertainment category, care should be taken not to mix too many different German bands into one stew. Because they are mostly brown in color.

It’s 1988. My Dad and my teenage self are in our tiny Zhiguli car, stuck at a railway crossing in my Siberian home town of Novosibirsk. The road is narrow, the pavement is full of potholes. As the traffic begins to move, our car stalls in front of a massive Kamaz truck coming in the opposite direction.
The driver is angry; he may also be drunk. He is raining anti-Semitic curses down on us, all the while pumping the gas pedal as if getting ready to run us over.
I look over at my Dad, who is desperately working the gearbox. He is silent but his face is white.
It’s the first time in my life that I see my brave, strong Dad terrified. And that scares me more than the truck, whose massive wheels, now bare inches from our car, could squash us like a bug.
This episode from my Soviet life, along with many others, has been rising up in my memory lately as the progressive wing’s anti-Zionist discourse goes mainstream in the Democratic Party, my own political home over the nearly 30 years of my American life. In the words of the young, idealistic activists, I hear word for word some of the slogans I used to hear back in the USSR. And it’s deeply disconcerting.
...The Soviet Union went down in history as a country of state-sponsored anti-Semitism. But I often think that it would be more accurate to call it a country of state-sponsored anti-Zionism.
It was under the banner of anti-Zionism that Soviet anti-Semitism blossomed.
The Soviet anti-Zionist campaign I personally experienced began in 1967 and lasted essentially through the end of the empire. In that time, hundreds of books and thousands of articles were published painting Zionism as a racist ideology. Anti-Zionist caricatures using classic anti-Semitic imagery peppered the pages of Soviet newspapers. They equated Zionism with Nazism, fascism, American imperialism, German militarism, and apartheid. They compared Zionism to the Ku Klux Klan. The “Zionist” of those cartoons was easily recognizable as a stereotypical Jew of the Nazi propaganda.
But the Soviet anti-Zionism began much earlier than that. It began in the late 1940s, when Joseph Stalin, who initially supported the establishment of the state of Israel, realized that it was not going to be the vanguard of socialist revolution in the Middle East and instead was joining the “imperialist” camp.
Soviet Jews’ enthusiastic support for the new state served further as a trigger. For Stalin, Israel was now a hostile entity and the Soviet Jewry — a potential fifth column.
Stalin’s deadly anti-Semitic show trials of the late ‘40s-early ‘50s all included some allegations of Zionist espionage and conspiracy. But it was the 1952 Rudolf Slánský’s trial in Prague that for the first time presented the world with the idea of a global Zionist conspiracy.
All eleven Jewish defendants were executed, sending a clear message that Zionism was now a term of political abuse, and any Jew was potentially vulnerable to it.
Among the things that Slansky was forced “to confess” was that he had magnified the danger of anti-Semitism and falsely slandered as anti-Semites those working to expose his anti-Zionist conspiracy. The trial triggered a massive wave of anti-Semitism throughout the socialist bloc.
...The KGB and the Communist Party’s Propaganda Department were put in charge of the campaign. They deployed a group of a dozen or so “Zionologists”— self-styled experts on Zionism — who produced the campaign’s foundational texts. These texts drew directly on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Some in the group were closeted admirers of Hitler and Nazism and used “Mein Kampf” as a source of inspiration.
Under the direction of the KGB, this group constructed Zionism as a global anti-Soviet conspiracy manipulating world affairs. Its primary movers and shakers were American “Zionist” investment bankers and “Zionist”-controlled media, where Zionist substituted for Jewish.
...In 1983, the KGB established the Anti-Zionist Committee of the Soviet Public. Consisting of prominent Jewish figures, it was meant to deflect accusations of anti-Semitism from abroad. It became an important tool in delivering Soviet anti-Zionist propaganda messaging. State Department monitored the committee as part of Soviet influence campaigns and foreign propaganda.
...Soviet anti-Zionist articles were reprinted in numerous languages, from English to German to Arabic. The Soviets were also behind the UN’s infamous Zionism is Racism resolution and were a crucial part in instilling the organization’s single-minded anti-Israel animus.
The campaign created an oppressive climate of anti-Semitism at home. Judaism and Jewish customs were increasingly squeezed out, denigrated and prohibited. Jewish prayer books were considered Zionist literature because they contained the line “Next year in Jerusalem.”
Jewish activists like Natan Sharansky, who fought for the right of Soviet Jews to live as Jews or be allowed to emigrate, were branded as Zionists, harassed and condemned to years of prison and gulag. Simply studying Hebrew could land you in jail.
Among the charges commonly laid by the State-owned press were ones accusing Jewish activists of inventing the problem of anti-Semitism in the USSR in order to damage the country’s image.
The Soviets genuinely seemed to believe what they preached. They really thought that a vast Zionist conspiracy operated against them. Otherwise how to explain their ongoing defeats in the Middle East? How to explain the fact that the rights of Soviet Jewry were so important for Americans that Congress signed an amendment tying receiving economic benefits in trade relations with the United States to the rights of Soviet Jewry to emigrate?
Soviet Jews were just fine, thank you very much. There was no problem of anti-Semitism: just the problem of Zionists undermining the country at every turn.
We, the Jews who lived with all of it, of course, knew the truth of the matter. We were targets of anti-Semitic insults in the streets. Our educational and professional opportunities were diminished. When I was deciding what college I wanted to apply to to study foreign languages, I learned that my top two schools were off limits to me: They prepared students for careers in foreign service, and these were closed to the untrustworthy Jews.
The third school, a teachers’ college, was a possibility but it, too, initially rejected me, even though I had scored in the top five at my entrance exams. This episode was the final straw for us. In 1989 we emigrated. Over the next few years, over a million Soviet Jews left for Israel, and hundreds of thousands to the United States.
The campaign ended with the end of the USSR. Despite its claims, it had nothing to do with justice for Palestinians. It had everything to do with Cold War politics, U.S.-Russian relations, and Soviet interests in the Middle East.
Having lived through that, I find today’s far-left discourse perplexing and increasingly worrying.
Claiming that anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism are not the same may make for an interesting intellectual exercise, but it goes against the historical experience of millions of Soviet Jews and Jews from the socialist bloc. History shows that in practice, the two always dance together.
We need to stop and interrogate the history of anti-Zionist discourse in full, in the same way as we interrogate the history of the ideas coming from the far right.
The mixed heritage of these ideas alone should give us pause.
They were formulated and disseminated by master propagandists operating within a left-wing ideological framework, but they drew heavily on far-right, racist ideas.
In fact, during the Perestroika years, as the party loosened its hold on society, some of the most prolific authors of Soviet anti-Zionist campaigns joined the emerging fascist and openly anti-Semitic organizations that advocated pogroms.
These are lessons in this history that we cannot afford to miss.

Controversy and criticism of the term: SELF HATING JEW
The legitimacy of the term (in modern usage) remains controversial. According to the transdenominational Jewish platform My Jewish Learning: "Some scholars have claimed that by labeling another Jew self-hating, the accuser is claiming his or her own Judaism as normative–and implying that the Judaism of the accused is flawed or incorrect, based on a metric of the accuser’s own stances, religious beliefs, or political opinions. By arguing with the label, then, the accused is rejecting what has been defined as normative Judaism. The term “self-hating” thus places the person or object labeled outside the boundaries of the discourse–and outside the boundaries of the community."  Haaretz writes that the term is almost exclusively used today by the Jewish right against the Jewish left, and that within left-wing and liberal circles, is "usually considered a joke". Richard Forer, writing for The Huffington Post, rejects the legitimacy of the term as it is commonly used, calling them so divisive that they make tolerance and cooperation impossible, eradicating the possibility for genuine understanding. Forer writes: "The notion that any Jew who is dedicated to justice for all people harbors self-hatred defies common sense. Given the self-esteem it takes to stand for justice amidst fierce denunciation, a more accurate assessment is that these are self-loving Jews."
Jon Stewart, former host of The Daily Show, was repeatedly called a "self-hating Jew" by people whom he described as "fascistic". Considering the term to be like equating someone with the Jews who turned their backs on each other during the Holocaust, he said, "I have people that I lost in the Holocaust and I just … go fuck yourself. How dare you?" Stewart commented that the way his critics used the term—to define who is a Jew and who is not—was formerly always done by people who weren’t Jewish. He saw this as "more than nationalism". Stewart also criticized right-wing Jews for implying that they are the only ones who can decide what it means to be Jewish: "And you can’t observe (Judaism) in the way you want to observe. And I never thought that that would be coming from brethren. ... How dare they? That they only know the word of God and are the ones who are able to disseminate it. It's not right." To The Hollywood Reporter, he said, "Look, there's a lot of reasons why I hate myself — being Jewish isn't one of them."
In 2014, Noam Chomsky said that Zionists divided critics of Israeli policy into two groups: anti-Semitic non-Jews and neurotic self-hating Jews, stating:
Actually, the locus classicus, the best formulation of this, was by an ambassador to the United Nations, Abba Eban, Israel's ambassador to the United Nations.... He advised the American Jewish community that they had two tasks to perform. One task was to show that criticism of the policy, what he called anti-Zionism—that means actually criticisms of the policy of the state of Israel—were anti-Semitism. That's the first task. Second task, if the criticism was made by Jews, their task was to show that it's neurotic self-hatred, needs psychiatric treatment. Then he gave two examples of the latter category. One was I. F. Stone. The other was me. So, we have to be treated for our psychiatric disorders, and non-Jews have to be condemned for anti-Semitism, if they're critical of the state of Israel. That's understandable why Israeli propaganda would take this position. I don’t particularly blame Abba Eban for doing what ambassadors are sometimes supposed to do. But we ought to understand that there is no sensible charge. No sensible charge. There's nothing to respond to. It's not a form of anti-Semitism. It's simply criticism of the criminal actions of a state, period.
Bernie Sanders, one of the Democratic candidates running for US Presidential elections in 2016, has repeatedly been criticized of being a "self-hating Jew".  His brother, Larry Sanders, told the Times of Israel that this was because his brother disagreed with Benjamin Netanyahu's foreign policy. "Bernard is not a self-hating Jew. There was never a moment in our life when we had any reason to be self-hating. The fact that he does not agree with Netanyahu on politics does not make him a self-hating Jew." In March 2016, after a reporter asked him if he was "intentionally keeping his Judaism in the background", Sanders stated that he is "very proud to be Jewish, and being Jewish is so much of what I am. Look, my father's family was wiped out by Hitler in the Holocaust. I know about what crazy and radical, and extremist politics mean." Max Berger wrote in Haaretz, "While some in the Jewish American establishment strive to marginalize Bernie and his movement by suggesting we’re self-hating Jews who don’t care about Israel, it just goes to show how badly out of touch they are with the future of our community, and the values of our tradition."  A related dispute revolved around his Jewish advisor, Simone Zimmerman, who was similarly accused of being a self-hating Jew. In These Times strongly criticized this accusation, describing it as "slandering".
I say this to those who love to throw out the term loosely “ANTI-SEMITE or SELF HATING JEW” every time someone criticizes Israel or other Jews for doing wrongs to others, maybe it’s time to start figuring out what exactly those people stand for first and foremost.  AND If like so many who viciously throw out both terms out there to anyone who does criticize them, the rest of us should take a closer look at those people in how they interact and what they say in private or public about blacks, hispanics (mexicans mostly), native americans, muslims, arabs and anyone else who is not white, jewish or christian.

I mean. Mongolia has it that Mongolians anywhere in the world can return and become citizens (at least last I checked, but even if it's not a thing now it was two years ago when I was looking to move there and my point still stands) if they can prove they have Mongolian ancestry. It's not just Israel. I'm sure there are other countries too.
Also idk if you're Jewish, but if you aren't, you don't get to define what Zionism is or what it looks like. Most Jews don't agree that Palestinians should be killed or displaced. Jews being indigenous to the Levant and having the right to self determination (something I think all people have the right to in the land they are indigenous to) doesn't inherently mean that Palestinians don't have that right.
The reason Jews after the Holocaust equated asylum to living in their homeland again was because they wanted a country that wouldn't turn on them for being Jews, like what had literally just happened to 6 million Jews. The State of Israel was and is still important to that notion. However, I'm sure we can agree that that shouldn't be at the cost of Palestinians - and most Jews agree with that too. The Jews that don't agree with that are a fringe minority that believe in Kahanism, not Zionism. And every group has their supremacists, not just Jews.
“Being anti Zionist is inherently antisemitism because all Zionism says is that Jews have a right to live in their homeland.”
Do other groups all have the right to live in their homeland? What is “a right” in this context?
If I have “a right” to go live in Greece, as it is my homeland, what exactly is owed to me by the Greek government?
Every time I try to figure out what the other side is saying this concept of “rights” to “homelands” pops up and is discussed as if it’s obvious and I can’t even decode it.
I believe refugees from the Holocaust should absolutely have been given asylum somewhere safe for them, but I have no idea how that parses as “a right to live in their homeland.”
Im open to the idea that there exists a version of Zionism that does not include slaughtering the other people who also want to live in their homeland, but i don’t get how it looks when none of these terms are defined.

MY ANOINTED; MY SWORD
MY ANOINTED MY SWORD
Luke 2:25; now there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simon; and this man was pious and righteous, The Holy Spirit was upon him.
 It was said to him by the WORD OF THE LORD, that he would not see death, until he saw the ANOINTED OF THE LORD.
 This man was led by the SPIRIT OF THE LORD GOD;  to the Synagogue and when the parents brought in the boy Jesus, to do for him according to what I commanded in the law, He received him in his arms, and worshiped God and said, Now dismiss thy servant, O my Lord, in peace, according to thy words;
 For behold, mine eyes have already seen thy mercies, Which thou has prepared before the face of all peoples. HE IS THE LIGHT a revelation to the Gentiles
Joseph and Jesus’ mother marveled about these things which were spoken concerning him. Simon blessed them and said to Mary, his mother,
Behold, THIS ONE IS APPOINTED for the fall and for the rise of many and for a sign of dispute;
 MY SWORD shall pierce through your own soul, so that the thoughts of the hearts of many may be revealed.
MY SWORD
 Eze 21:9; Again the WORD OF THE LORD came to me saying, prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord God, A SWORD, A SWORD IS SHARPENED; It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is burnished that it may glitter; it is sharpened to cut off Jacob and reject the branches of Israel.
Behold; I  HAVE sent him, and the Galileand will gather around him.
Cry and wail, Son of man; for MY SWORD is against Jacob and against all the princes of Israel.
MY SWORD is sharpened and polished to deliver Zionist into the hand of the slayer.
Clap your hands because this calamity is justified; the MOTHER OF HARLOTS (12 tribes of Israel) is rejected, They will be no more says the LORD GOD.
Note: this prophesy came to pass nearly two thousand years ago, Jesus gathered his followers together and of them there were 7 avenging angels and then added 5 more;
These 12; he called them APOSTLES.
They were the beginning of Gods Dynasty and the end of an old dynasty of evil. The adversary was bound for over a thousand year.
The 12 tribes of Israel the Jews of the tribe of Judah no longer exist!!! It began with Vespasian and his Son Titus and the final blow to the existence of Jerusalem and the Jews was accomplished by Emperor Hadrian. The remnant were dispersed throughout the World, the SWORD OF THE LORD; DEATH AND DISTRUCTION FOLLOW THEM TO EVERY PLACE THAT THEY FLED
The Sword of the Lord, famine, pestilence, wild beast devoured and destroy the remnant.
The Jews we know of today; are none other than agents of evil; anti-Christs;
Satan and his agents of evil deceive the nation into war; look around and see what Zionism; Israelism; and Jerusalism have deceived the nations by deception and lies
Those who say that they are Jew are not but of Satan the adversary or Anti-Christ. The Jews who say they are Jew are not Jew belonging to the false tribe of Judah
The Israelites that say they are Israelites are not, the 12 tribes including Judaism do not exits.
They call themselves Jews a religious belief. The have rejected the government of God; the apostle and the son of God; Prince of Peace;
The SWORD OF THE LORD. The Lord God will not allow a usurper into the Kingdom of God.
Sharp Sword Prophecy
 Eze 5:1; Son of man, take A SHARP SWORD, like a barbers’ razor and cause it to pass upon your head and upon your beard; then take scales to weigh it, and divide the hair into three parts.
 1/3
A third part you shall burn with fire in the midst of the city, when the days of your siege are fulfilled;
 1/3
You shall take a third part, and cut it with the sword, going round about the city; They shall fall by the sword round about you
 Eze 5:12; you shall die with the pestilence and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of you;
 1/3
A third part you shall scatter to the wind; I will draw out A SWORD after them, I will draw out A SWORD after Israel.
Residue, Chosen
 You shall take from thence a few of the hairs (70 CHOSEN) and bind them in the skirt of your cloak.
Then take some of them again and cast them into the midst of the fire, (12 APOSTLES) and refine them in the fire; for from them shall come forth a fire unto all the earth.
Note: the Apostles and followers of Jesus Christ conquered the known world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With the help of the Romans which became Christianized over time.
Vespasian, Titus and Hadrian were tools of God for destruction. It was the Jews in Jerusalem who used Roman as there tool to crucify Jesus but no tomb could hold him.
The law of Compensation; what so ever a man sows that shall he also reap. What comes around goes around. What they attempted to do to our Lord failed because prophecy was fulfilled in Jesus Christ.
He arose from the tomb and gathered his flock and ascended in to heaven and now sets upon his throne as the KING of kings and LORD of lords
Remember when Jesus wept of Jerusalem and said, your house the royal family the 12 tribes would be left desolate.
NEW DYNASTY
 Isa 41; I am the Lord your God, the strengthener of your right hand. I have said to you fear not; I am your helper. Fear not, you men of righteousness, O you, residue of righteousness.
 Behold, I have made you as A NEW THRESHING INSTRUMENT HAVING TEETH; a thing which tears and crushes to pieces;
 YOU SHALL TRESH THE MOUNTAINS AND HILLS OF
 Zionism and beat them small and shall make the hills as chaff. You shall winnow them, and the wind shall carry them away, and
You shall rejoice in the Lord and shall glory in the HOLY ONE, MY SWORD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Eze 6:3; The word of the Lord came to me saying, Michael set your face toward the mountains (SYNAGOGUES OF SATAN) and prophesy against them, Say O mountains (Synagogues) hear the word of the Lord God;
**************
THE ADVERSARY AND HIS ANGELS, SYNAGOGUES OF SATAN
Revelation 12:9; Thus the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast out on the earth, the ADVERSARY and his angels were cast out with him.
Revelation 3:9; Behold, I turn over those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Galileans and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and they will know that I have loved you.
Note: Satan adversary; Anti-Christ; Jews and Israelite who say that they are Jews and Israelites are not! they were annulated long ago not even a remnant remain. Today Jews and Israelites that call themselves Jews and Israelites believe in doctrines of devils.
Jesus Christ is not in their equation true Anti-Christ.
 WHEN THEY ACT LIKE A DUCK AND QUACK LIKE A DUCK, THEY MUST BE DUCKS (GOATS).
Revelation 12:12; Therefore rejoice, O heavens (men of righteousness) and you who dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! The ADVERSARY has been and his wrath is great because he knows his time is short.
The ADVERSARY and his angels shall go out and deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, to deceive the nations into war!
GOOD AND BAD FIGS
 The Lord then showed me two baskets of figs set before the temple of the Lord
One basket had very good figs, like the figs that are first ripe; MEN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, I will give you a new heart to know me, that I am the Lord; and you shall be my people, and I will be your God, return to me with your whole heart.
bad figs
Luke 6:13; When it was day, he called unto him his followers; and of them he chose twelve whom also he named apostles;
The Lord then showed me another basket of figs; the other basket had very bad figs, so that they could not be eaten, because they were so bad.
The Lord said to me, what do you see Michael? I said, Figs; the good figs very good; and the bad figs, very bad, so that they cannot be eaten because they are so bad.
Then the Lord said to me, Michael these are the men who devise mischief and give wicked counsel to the cities of the nations. Saying we belong to each other.
Known as “neoconservatives,” their primary loyalty to Israel is the worst kept secret in Washington. The neoconservative movement is just another arm of Israel’s lobby, essentially functioning as emissaries of the Israeli Likud Party in the United States. Since its inception in the 1960s, neo-conservatism has been a largely Jewish affair. “If there is an intellectual movement in America to whose invention Jews can lay sole claim, neo-conservatism is it,” writes Gal Beckerman in an article for the Jewish Forward newspaper. “As a political philosophy,” Beckerman continues, “neo-conservatism was born among the children of Jewish immigrants and is now largely the intellectual domain of those immigrants’ grandchildren.”
note: neo-conservatism is Zionism the devil that old serpent called the devil and Satan; think tanks of evil or synagogues of Satan.
Thus says the Lord God; I will make them a horror and abomination and an evil thing, a reproach in all the kingdoms of the earth to be a reproach, a proverb, a taunt, and a curse in the land. I will send after them:
MY SWORD; the righteous ones will have trampled upon all high places of Israel; THE SWORD OF THE LORD devours from one end of the land of Israel to the other; no flesh shall have peace.
FAMINE; Behold, the days are coming says the Lord when I will send a famine in the land; not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the WORD OF THE LORD; they shall gather together from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east; they shall run to and fro to seek the WORD OF THE LORD and shall not find HIM.
PESTELENCE; I will make them like bad figs which are so bad that they cannot be eaten. I will pursue them with pestilence and will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be astonishment, a curse, a reproach and a hissing among all nations.
Jeremiah 14:10; Thus, says the Lord to this people of Israel; they have loved to be unreliable, they have not restrained their feet from going after evil;
therefore, the Lord is not pleased with them; he will now remember their iniquity and punish them because of sin.
Then the Lord said to me, do not pray for them for their good. If they fast, I will not hear their prayers; and if they offer burnt offerings and an oblation, I will not accept them; but I will consume them by the sword and by famine and by pestilence.
Till I shall destroy them off the land which I gave to them and their fathers,
Thus, says the Lord God to the Synagogues of Satan; Think Tanks of Zionism; to your people and your doctrines
Behold, I will bring a sword upon you and I will destroy your high places, (synagogue of Satan and Tabernacles of evil)
 Your place of worship shall be desolate and your ministers shall be broken; I will cast down your slain men because they are polluted. I will scatter your bones round about your place of worship.
In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate,
Ezekiel 38:21; I WILL CALL FOR A SWORD against them throughout all MY HOLY MOUNTAIN (TEMPLE) MEN OF GALILEE, says the Lord GOD: every righteous man’s sword shall be against agents of evil..
MICHAEL
 Therefore, prophesy Michael against them, prophesy, O Son of Man and speak, thus says the Lord God; thus have you desired, each other,
 I know the inclination of your thought. You have feared the sword; but I will bring a sword upon you, says the Lord God. I will bring you out of the midst of it and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and I will execute judgments upon you. You shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the borders;
You shall know that I am the Lord; you have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have followed after the ordinances of the ADVERSARIES that are round about you.
PETER, JAMES AND JOHN
 Ezekiel 14:12-23; The word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man if a land should sin against me and commit iniquity before me, then I will stretch out my hand against it and will break the staff of its wheat; and I will send famine upon it, and will destroy man and beast from it;
 Though these three men, Peter, James and John were in the land they would deliver their own souls by their righteousness, says the Lord God.
 I will send vicious beasts against the land and they shall destroy it so that it become desolate, so that no man could pass through because of the wild beasts;
 Though these three men Peter, James and John were in it, as I live says the LORD GOD, they would deliver neither sons nor daughters; but they alone would be delivered, and the land would be made desolate.
I will send MY SWORD upon that land and say, SWORD, go through that land and destroy man and beast from it;
 Though these three men Peter, James, and John were in it, as I live, says the LORD GOD, they would deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they alone would be delivered.
 I will send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood and destroy from it man and beast;
 Through Peter, James and John were in it, as I live, says the LORD GOD, they would deliver neither son nor daughter; but they would only deliver themselves by their righteousness.
Thus, says the LORD GOOD; How much more when I send four sore judgments upon Jerusalem; the sword and famine and vicious beast and pestilence, to destroy from it man and beast.
Eze 29:8; Therefore, thus says the Lord God: I will bring a sword upon you and destroy from you man and beast. The land of Israel shall be desolate and waste; then they will know that I am the Lord.
MEN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS GOOD FIGS
 Yet there shall be left those who will be delivered, who will bring forth sons and daughters;
Even they shall come forth to you and you shall see their ways and their doings; and you shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon the lands of Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.
They shall comfort you when you see their ways and their doings; and you shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done, says the LORD GOD.
Mat 10:34; Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but A SWORD.
John 18:10; Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest’s servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus.
Mat 26:53; Then Jesus said to him, return the swords to its place; for all who take swords will die by swords. Or do you think that I cannot ask of my Father and he will now raise up for me more than twelve legions of angels?
12 LEGIONS OF ANGELS
 Mat 14:21; They that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.
 Mar 8:9; They that had eaten were about four thousand men, beside women and children.
 Acts 2:41; Then they that gladly received his word were baptized; and the same day there were added unto them three thousand souls.
 5000+4000+3000=12,000 LEGIONS OF ANGELS
Rev 14; I looked and lo, the LAMB (SWORD OF THE LORD) stood on the mountain and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand in number, having the name of his Father written on their brows.
Then I heard a voice from heaven, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of a great thunder; and the voice I heard was like the music of many harpist playing on their harps;
 They sang a new song before the throne and before the four PILLARES; PETER, JAMES, JOHN AND ANDREW; and elders; and no man was able to learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
 These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are pure. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes.
 These were redeemed by Jesus from among men to be the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.
Mic 4:3; I the Lord your God shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation; neither shall they learn war any more.

<p>During my time off from facebook I decided to look at one of my favourite subjects and collect Pins for Islamic Art on one of my Pinterest accounts. I have a great love for it, throughout the centuries – Islamic Art and Architecture. I stumbled across some Artists from Saudi – some institutions in Saudi that are currently promoting Arabian Modern Artists – and I did not like what I have seen. Some of the Photography is OK, some of the paintings are sort of Dadaism – but disturbing. Monochrome. But most of it is ugly and it appears that in their haste to be “Modern” the Saudis have actually become victims of Zionism. Out of a naivety no doubt, as any rush to develop at such a fast pace is always going to pose problems. This is a subject I am getting back to after a few years – I first started to study it when first expanding my activism for Palestine to the greater conflicts of the MENA Wars – as ISIS was rampant in all the social media groups at the time.  And I discovered not only the tragic ugliness of modern Saudi Urban Design, one of the ugliest in the entire world in my opinion but the destruction of Heritage across the Levant due to Da’ish (ISIS) and connecting the dots and realising that Zionism has manipulated it all was a very fast and simple connection to make. It is, in fact, crystal clear.</p> <p>Only Zionism stands to benefit from such destruction and the destruction of all that is Islamic in Mecca and Medina – giving way to Architecture designed by a British company for the site of Mecca has yet again broken my heart today looking at the scar and what has to be the ugliest monstrosity of Architecture I have seen globally. I think it will take thousands of years actually to beat it. I am also a recent Revert to Islam. And I am – like many Reverts and even Non-Muslims hungry to soak up Islamic History and Culture – and Art and Architecture – which for Centuries has been the most scientific and the most beautiful ancient architecture I have ever seen in the world. It is breathtakingly beautiful, from a simple Moroccan tile, to the great Mosques stretching from the Levant to the other side of Asia. From the Calligraphy, old and new, to the modern art. Most of which is so absolutely breathtaking, I wish I was 17 again. Because to plan a life and career in order to travel and see most of it would be a life spent in such beauty and awe and amazement – it would lift the soul, lighten and brighten and spiritually bring one as close to heaven as it is possible to get on this earth. And that is not said because I am a recent Revert, I thought the same about Islamic Art and Architecture decades ago. When the concept of Reverting would have been something I would never consider.</p> <p>I am an artist. I have an Education in Art. I also have an Education in Spatial Design. Colour and Form. Architectural Design. So I am not one of these people who is just taking aim at the Modern Art and Architecture in Saudi and shooting it down as the ugliest and most soul destroying thing this planet has seen in a thousand years and more for the sake of just insulting it – I happen to have an educated opinion.</p> <p>We – as humans are directly affected emotionally by our surroundings. It is why, in most of the West, Interior Design is such a great movement. From the Professional Designer to the man and woman on the street – we all like to relax in spaces that make us feel better. And there is a science to it. A proven science behind it.</p> <p>Colour – each colour emits a light wave more powerful than a microwave. And each colour directly affects our mood and emotions. Some colours can even be used as torture. Blood red, for example, is used sparingly in nature and always surrounded by plenty of greens and blues. A poppy growing in a field is a bright and jolly thing, but if the entire field was the colour of the red poppy without a break and no other colour, you would not be able to look at it. Physically – your eyes would involuntarily move away, and you would start to get stabbing pains in your brain and central nervous system. It is why Surgeons are protected and able to rest their eyes in theatre while operating – the gowns, the walls, indeed the drapes covering the patient are all in a specific colour of green – the exact opposite of the blood red on the colour spectrum, to rest the eyes and absorb the colour wave of the blood red. Enabling them to focus on the job at hand without any involuntary eye movements and without any discomfort or loss of common sense throughout their central nervous systems. Other colours can literally produce Joy – they cause the brain to start producing positive hormones. The yellows the yellow ochre, the orange colours. Other colours are good for Therapy. It is advised if you are suffering from emotional stress or from bereavement to paint your walls in a room of your house a shade of violet – it actually absorbs the negative emotions and soothes your emotions. In a very powerful way.</p> <p>A similar effect is caused by what we term as Designers by “Form” – or the shape of objects and rooms and spaces. As with colour – our brains are pre-programmed over thousands and millions of years to react to certain colours – blood red, the red of a poisonous berry, there is nothing we can do to re-program our brains. Our Central Nervous Systems are going to react. Bright yellow and black stripes – the colours of a stinging Wasp or Hornet – in nature you do not see those colours or patterns in many places or on many objects. Most people, when shown the two colours together striped like that will think of a Wasp – and get stung. So there is a central nervous system reaction. Similarly – the shape of everything has just a monumentous effect on us. Sharp objects will repel. Round curves will appeal. In a large public foyer of a public building, it is poosible to create a very large space, with no interior corridors or partitioning and make crowds of thousands of people walk the way you want them to walk as a Designer simply by using Colour and Form. If you want all the people to turn left as they enter a building, you don’t have to put a barrier to stop them from turning right. You just adapt the shape on the left and the right and add some colour and or form which repels slightly the way you don’t want them to walk,  and everyone who enters the building will walk the way you want them to walk. This can bee seen in airports for example. And most commonly in Supermarkets and Super Stores, where every isle and every bit of colour is used to make you walk a certain way and stop and look at things you don’t want to buy, and buy them.</p> <p>It is subliminal. Totally and it is being used in ways and to levels that the vast majority of humans are completely unaware of. And who can say that a Supermarket Foodstore is an attractive place – an attractive space you’d love to spend all your time in in the West? If you were put in the exact same Space but with nothing in there for sale – just as objects, you’d want to get out. It’s as simple as that.</p> <p>Humans have been designing for thousands and thousands of years. And Design and Architecture has evolved, simply because humans feel comfortable and pleased in a Space – so that type of Space has become more prolific. And in fact, when you study it very deeply on cause and effect when it comes to emotional benefit – the best Designer by a million times is Nature. And the proof of that can be seen these days by the Scientific Researched Proof that a great medication for Stress, in fact, one of the best of all – is nature and getting out in it. Or just by looking at Photography of it. Not as good as being out in it for real, but some images will do a great job of a short fix if you can’t go on a nature ramble instantly you feel stressed.</p> <p>This type of Design, Colour and Form is used in the Design of Hospitals – Schools and Public buildings,  it’s used everywhere in the West and the Mechanics of it have been known for a long, long, long time. So knowing all of this – before even without bringing into the equation – the destruction of Heritage and History in Saudi Arabia in their Modernisation Program – the Destrcution of Islam in fact and everything related to it, let’s just focus on the actual “Colour and Form”. And we are going to start with the “Form” – the shape of things. And the effect that it has on you when you look at it. And for that, we shall use a Saudi Photographer who has been documenting the changes. The images are much more recent and the structure is a lot more finished than when I last focused on this a few years ago in 2015/15. And the effect on me when looking at it – well, I wouldn’t to go there. And I am a recent Revert, so one day if I can I should go there. But for the effect the “Form’ will have on my emotional wellbeing, I will be dreading going. And I will be packing some things in my bag to focus on, so I don’t have to look at it. And to concentrate on why I am really there if I ever get there, will be really difficult. Because my Central Nervous System will be overwhelmed with the Ugly affect. It’s as if the beast itself has scarred the landscape. And everything I had ever imagined, the soothing sand colours, punctuated with souks and stalls selling the purest wares on sale, from perfumes to spices to calligraphy and all things one woruld expect – has been replaced with a Beast that is enveloping a Scar. A Beast so big over a Scar so huge, there is nothing left of anything else. Nothing. It must be overwhelming to finally get to the Kaaba and see it is actually there. Stood defiantly in the middle of the ugliest Beast over lording the Ugliest Scar in the entire World.</p> <p>This plan to shove the Arab States into the Levant to redesign it started with Da’ish (ISIS) you thought – well you thought wrong. This Plan to abolish the Beauty, Light and Peace of Islam started when the British started planning it all. It started before 2002. And in my opinion, it was deliberate. The entire Design of Mecca is designed to be an “Experience” – one to Pre Program every Muslim who goes there so when they leave they are “Disturbed”. In fact – in my <span style="line-height:27.2px;">opinion, if anyone was asked to design Architecture that could spiritually and emotionally “Disturb” a human more, then the Architecture and Design of the New Mecca could not be better at that. It’s like a giant Multi Storey Carpark built in 1960 – one that requires a Demolition Order on it. Most of this type of Architecture in the UK – though none of it quite so ugly – has either been destroyed and blown up or is synonymous with the worst parts of cities and towns. And by the design of this – once you get there – there is no escape from it. It remonds me of a Freak Show at a Theme Park – an indoor Roller Coaster that has freaky things in it to make you scream and feel uplifted when yo finally come out, something you pay to go on to upset yourself and feel thankful you live in a world where that isn’t real. With Mecca – you are trapped inside this monstrosity until you can get out. When you can walk round the full circuit and leave. I don’t want to go there. Ever. And for the first time EVER – having listened to many Muslims from many Countries state on social media that for them, to be near God no longer requires them to visit Mecca – I understand them, and I agree. I’d rather look at a picture of what it used to be, and I’d rather time travel in my mind, back to a time before this epic and total abhorrence was built. I don’t blame the Saudis though, I blame the UK, as it was a British Architect that designed it. And it was US Contractors that built it. I blame Saudi only for not insisting that one of their own Architects was not employed to have overall control of the Design.</p> <p>Saudi – you could vastly improve it by changing the colours. The colours and the lighting. And you could vastly improve it in a lot of ways. And I suggest you start employing some people that know how to do that immediately. But there is absolutely NO WAY that anything other than your money should EVER go into the Levant for Re Building – and if you drag your British EVIL Allies into it with you – or those EVIL American destroyers, well, expect World War Three and the entire Muslim World turning on you in ways you have not yet experienced. And MBS – with the sense of humour in your Time Magazine Article – you grew up in this Modern MONSTROSITY – what difference would you know? You want Sunni Islam to dominate the Shia of Iran and Persia. I suggest STRONGLY that you start traveling. And that you go to Iran and some of the Asian Islamic Countries – and that you stay off your Super Yacht and you stay OUT of expensive Hotels. And that you start experiencing what the landscape of ancient Cultures can do for lightening and brightening. Because I have taken a trek through the so-called Art of Saudi – and the so-called Design of Saudi from your most esteemed institutions, and I have not seen a thing of beauty except some Portraiture Photography. Faces. Old people’s faces. That is literally the ONLY thing of beauty I have seen, in hours and hours of trawling through your so-called Cultural and Art Institutions and your so-called Art. There are no words to describe it. It’s not Fundamentalist. It is – it’s Fundamentalist. But it is also totally fucked up. But then it is hardly surprising really is it – there is nothing beautiful or lightening or brightening surrounding any of you over there to evoke any superb art. So the only work any of you  can create is DARKENING.</p> <p>Gulf States have destroyed the Levant with Da’ish (ISIS) – but if Trump gets his way and Saudi wades in with the British and Americans to Rebuild the damage – then what ISIS have so far done will be a tiny drop in the ocean of destruction. MBS – you need to sign up to UNESCO and go and Intern there for a couple of years before your country can EVER get their hands on any Rebuilding. You definitely have to send Al Turki off for a cuple of eyars to do that. In fact – I am starting to worry about what harm could come of Libya in your hands. I hate the French right now due to their involvement yet again in the Tri- Partate bombing of Syria last week, for the Zionists. But architecturally – and with regard to Heritage and making the Spaces Spiritually Enlightening – they are safer than the UK and USA and Gulf States.  UK and USA as far as I am concerned, have scuppered every single chance they have ever had in Re-Building any of the Countries they put ISIS into. </span></p> <p>For everyone that wants to see what I am talimg about – just follow the link. If Architecture was Psychological Warfare then the new Mecca woud win Global Prize. And nothing I think could really top in in a century. Or more.</p> <p><a href="http://www.ahmedmater.com/desertofpharan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.ahmedmater.com/desertofpharan</a></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> Trump wants Arab States to rebuild Syria and Iraq, but what type of Spiritually killing architecture would they plan? And is this one of the reasons Trump wants UNESCO abolished? Zionist Fundamentalist eyesore of Mecca and Medina is a reason everyone needs to see before the entire Levant is destroyed along with Islam throughout the Levant.

In a very powerful way.
A similar effect is caused by what we term as Designers by “Form” – or the shape of objects and rooms and spaces. And most commonly in Supermarkets and Super Stores, where every isle and every bit of colour is used to make you walk a certain way and stop and look at things you don’t want to buy, and buy them.
It is subliminal. It’s as simple as that.
Humans have been designing for thousands and thousands of years. Not as good as being out in it for real, but some images will do a great job of a short fix if you can’t go on a nature ramble instantly you feel stressed.
This type of Design, Colour and Form is used in the Design of Hospitals – Schools and Public buildings,  it’s used everywhere in the West and the Mechanics of it have been known for a long, long, long time. Stood defiantly in the middle of the ugliest Beast over lording the Ugliest Scar in the entire World.
This plan to shove the Arab States into the Levant to redesign it started with Da’ish (ISIS) you thought – well you thought wrong. In fact – in my opinion, if anyone was asked to design Architecture that could spiritually and emotionally “Disturb” a human more, then the Architecture and Design of the New Mecca could not be better at that. I blame Saudi only for not insisting that one of their own Architects was not employed to have overall control of the Design.
Saudi – you could vastly improve it by changing the colours. So the only work any of you  can create is DARKENING.
Gulf States have destroyed the Levant with Da’ish (ISIS) – but if Trump gets his way and Saudi wades in with the British and Americans to Rebuild the damage – then what ISIS have so far done will be a tiny drop in the ocean of destruction.
For everyone that wants to see what I am talimg about – just follow the link. If Architecture was Psychological Warfare then the new Mecca woud win Global Prize. And nothing I think could really top in in a century. Or more.

        During my time off from facebook I decided to look at one of my favourite subjects and collect Pins for Islamic Art on one of my Pinterest accounts. It is, in fact, crystal clear.
Only Zionism stands to benefit from such destruction and the destruction of all that is Islamic in Mecca and Medina – giving way to Architecture designed by a British company for the site of Mecca has yet again broken my heart today looking at the scar and what has to be the ugliest monstrosity of Architecture I have seen globally. When the concept of Reverting would have been something I would never consider.
I am an artist. I have an Education in Art. I also have an Education in Spatial Design. Colour and Form. Architectural Design. So I am not one of these people who is just taking aim at the Modern Art and Architecture in Saudi and shooting it down as the ugliest and most soul destroying thing this planet has seen in a thousand years and more for the sake of just insulting it – I happen to have an educated opinion.
We – as humans are directly affected emotionally by our surroundings. It is why, in most of the West, Interior Design is such a great movement. From the Professional Designer to the man and woman on the street – we all like to relax in spaces that make us feel better. And there is a science to it. A proven science behind it.
Colour – each colour emits a light wave more powerful than a microwave. And each colour directly affects our mood and emotions. Some colours can even be used as torture. Blood red, for example, is used sparingly in nature and always surrounded by plenty of greens and blues. A poppy growing in a field is a bright and jolly thing, but if the entire field was the colour of the red poppy without a break and no other colour, you would not be able to look at it.         from Trump wants Arab States to rebuild Syria and Iraq, but what type of Spiritually killing architecture would they plan? And is this one of the reasons Trump wants UNESCO abolished? Zionist Fundamentalist eyesore of Mecca and Medina is a reason everyone needs to see before the entire Levant is destroyed along with Islam throughout the Levant.

Jerusalem: Nigeria, 127 other countries ignore Trump; vote against U.S., Israel
Tumblr media
Nigeria on Thursday joined 127 other countries to back a UN resolution which effectively called on the U.S. to withdraw its recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
A total of 128 countries approved the non-binding resolution. Nine countries voted against it, 21 did not turn up to vote, while 35 abstained.
Togo was the only African country that voted against the resolution. The other eight that voted against the resolution were the U.S., Israel, Guatemala, Honduras, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, and Palau.
Apart from the U.S., all the other four permanent Security Council members voted in support of the resolution on Thursday.
The vote comes a day after President Donald Trump threatened that the U.S. could withdraw funding from countries that back the resolution.
“They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars, and then they vote against us,” the American leader told reporters at the White House.
“Let them vote against us. We’ll save a lot. We don’t care,” Mr. Trump said on Wednesday.
That threat did not, however, deter countries like Nigeria, Egypt and several others who despite receiving millions of dollars of American aid every year, chose to stand by majority of the world in condemning the U.S. decision.
The solution adopted by the UN General Assembly states that any decisions regarding the status of Jerusalem are “null and void” and must be cancelled.
Thursday’s vote by the General Assembly comes days after the UN Security Council adopted a similar resolution. That resolution was, however, vetoed by the U.S.
Both Israel and Palestine want Jerusalem as their capital with most countries of the World supporting a two-state solution that would see East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.
Thursday’s resolution is non-binding and therefore largely symbolic, but the voting pattern indicates the extent to which the Trump administration’s decision to defy a 50-year international consensus on Jerusalem’s status has unsettled world politics and contributed to America’s diplomatic isolation.
A spokesman for Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, welcomed the result, calling it a “a victory for Palestine.”
After the vote, the German Foreign Office tweeted its reasoning, writing that “the status of Jerusalem should be negotiated between Israelis and Palestinians. It should not be prejudged.”
Israel denounced Thursday’s vote, likening it to a 1975 resolution equating Zionism with racism.
“It’s shameful that this meeting is even taking place,” Israel’s envoy to the United Nations, Danny Danon, told the body.
Israeli Prime Minister Banjamin Netanyahu thanked Mr. Trump for his stance on Jerusalem and condemned the vote. Earlier, he slammed the UN as a “house of lies.”
“Jerusalem is the capital of Israel whether UN recognise that or not. It took 70 years for the U.S. to recognise it officially and it will take more years for the UN to recognise it as well. The state of Israel completely rejects this vote, before it is made,” Mr. Netanyahu said prior to the voting.
