I wonder if the trio are gonna keep up with the current season of their podcast? I was actually kinda surprised that they were doing it at all, the other three times they had specific reasons (In season 1 Oliver needed the the money and Mabel joined to figure out what happened to Tim, in season 2 they did it to clear their names, and in season 3 they wanted to get an innocent man out of jail). One of their first conclusions this season was that the shot might have been meant for Charles, not Sazz, and they worried that the killer was still out to get him. So wouldn't it be a really bad idea to broadcast to the world everything they did and didn't know? But in ep 4, they mention recording lines for the podcast. Since after the last episode they're extremely concerned for their safety and are freaked out that the killer is watching them, maybe they'll be forced to be more discreet, until some sort of development where releasing the podcast might help them in the case in some way.

So... Apparently UA s4 is a massive flop.... I never expected this but. My new boss is goofy is actually really genuinely good. It's not just a silly comedy about a guy who's awkward but sincere. I mean, it is in part, but it's also so much more than that.

It takes the framing of a boss-employee relationship and uses it to not only tackle abuse in the workplace, but it utilises it as a metaphor for abusive relationships as well.

Episode 6 in particular is a fantastic example of this. The whole episode is named after a small moment where Momo and Kinjo are out eating lunch. Kinjo scrolls through his ensta (insta) page and names the people he's posted about in the past. He mentions some ex-girlfriends, and with the same nonchalantness, an ex-boyfriend. Kinjo's indifference about his own bisexuality catches Momo off-guard once again, and he dwells on the words "ex-boyfriend" until Kinjo snaps him out of it.

It's already clear as day in the rest of the episode, but by naming the whole episode after this moment, it drives home the (thinly veiled) metaphor of "abusive ex-boss" = "abusive ex-boyfriend".
