It’s insane to say I’m glad to be back at work. I need the structure the work environment gives me. Ideally I’d go home at 4 pm but without any structure I become nocturnal and when I don’t have anything constructive to do I fall into a depression.

Basically I need work for my mental health or I start to LOSE IT
