I started art journaling again last night. For the first time in months. The pain of a recent bout with mental and emotional abuse sent me reeling...back to the ER and into crisis counseling. I have PTSD and severe anxiety disorder. I don't handle stress of verbal abuse well. I recommend art journal therapy for everyone. These next few pages are the result.
