#Repost @exhale_physiotherapy with @get_repost ・・・ LUMINOSITY 2019 💫✨ . This is a nice movement that opens the front of the hips and mobilises the nervous system. It can be really relieving after a flare or with ovulation pain when you feel all scrunched up through the hips and abdomen . Concentrate on tucking the pelvis under first, then add in gentle head nods which should increase the tightness through the front of the thigh. The side bend increases the stretch up into the abdomen . The second part of this exercise can be intense on the knee, and is a really strong stretch to the quad, so ease into it or avoid it if there is any pain .
