U know the funny thing abt celes is that she is a normal person, but for reasons god only knows chose to develop the most questionable yet intriguing fake speech pattern of all time, and I imagine that after years of existing in that persona the language is undeniably interwoven w her regular voice and thoughts, but the amt of it thats present at any given moment depends on the situation her emotional state her age who she is surrounded by etc like.
