okey, first of all, this is my first ask and i just spent like 15 minutes giggling kicking my feet thank you thank you thank you thank you (youre amazing)

my jam changes often, but recently ive listened to the Hollow Knight soundtrack so much. it puts me in such a nice state of mind, with songs like White Palace or Greenpath being played on loop :3

im very much into metal, probably because of how versatile it is. it can be mixed with pretty much any other music genre, althought i do have a strong preference towards power metal and symphonic metal. favorite metal song is probably Raise Your Banner by Within Temptation, Child Song fron the game Othercide, and pretty much the entire Pirate album by Visions of Atlantis

on the calmer side of things, i listen to a lot of what i would call then "soft songs." the entire album Dear Wormwood by The Oh Hellos is a nice example of this kind of music.

but my favorite song recently i would say is Jackrabbit by San Fermin, Touch-Tone Telephone by Lemon Demon, and En livstid i krig by Sabaton. all of them tickles and scratches my brain in such nice ways

No I will not get over how beautiful “En Livstid I Krig” is - nor will I stop obsessing over it, now leave me alone to just be the music fangirl that I am-  /j The words are so powerful. The instrumentation is just breathtaking. The song in general is just, wow. I can’t put it into words. I love this band so much.
