I remember visiting with my parents many years ago and it made quite an impression! The beautiful indigo colour comes from butterfly pea blossoms - one of eight integral botanicals (the others being juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, and cinnamon bark) which give it that unique, visually appealing look with fantastic flavour. 🥀 • My #EmpressAtHome cocktail uses a layering effect unique to #EmpressOn. It’s easy, impressive, and only requires a few ingredients! Shake the following with ice: • 1.5 oz unsweetened pineapple juice • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice • 0.5 oz simple syrup Strain into a tall glass loaded with crushed ice, then layer 1.5 oz of #Empress #Gin on top.
