It has been 8 months since I joined here. I enjoy good coordination and support from rest of the team. There is also a good work balance with no pressure at all. I must give credit to the team leaders for always setting reasonable targets and giving all support to complete work. The communication between employees like myself and the management is always good, and I personally have been given opportunities to implement my own ideas. In summary, I enjoy the flexible environment here.

I joined MPI more than a year back and Arun. B sir of the BDM team welcomed me. He gave me enough space to grow, learn and implement what I thought was best. This is the same with the rest of the management who encouraged me to deliver a full-fledged performance. Credit must be given to the friendly environment here where employees like me can directly speak to the CEO for any request or assistance. And importantly, there is zero politics at MPI! I thank everyone in the company for the freedom to work the best in my own style. Also, ideas or suggestions that I have are always welcomed and proper discussions are conducted on the same. There is no, “We tell, you follow only that” over here. Majestic People Infotech is like a second family to me. I have learned a lot and I am sure others interested to work here will feel the same way.
