Unpopular opinion about Live Action One Piece: I actually don't like the removal of Don Krieg's plotline cause 1) Krieg is fine, you guys are just mean, and 2) no Don Krieg plotline means no Gin's character development and no fight between him and Sanji, meaning no empactful display of kindness being repaid with kindness, even from the most surprising places.

Plus, throwing the beginning of Arlong and Nami's plotline in the midst of Sanji's arc was hogging the covers too much and taking away from Sanji's character development screentime.

Though props to them for being able to still make the flashback and saying goodbye emotional.

How are u?

Akita for me is an interesting case, she actually has an interesting personality being sassy hot headed and standoffish. I actually like that she draged lloyd for filth because honestly I too got tired of his mopping. Her character did get a bit sour for me at the end scene (especially after coming off the oni saga).

But I think the only true issue i have is that she suffers from what I'll nick name forgotten side character syndrome, there is quite a bit of interest ninjago characters but they get stuck in the background or nothing get done with them. Worse in akita's case because she's in another dimension.

I don't think much could've been done with her to be honest but the idea of her tribe dose interest me.

Overall thoughts, I find it a miracle that I don't dislike her but she does tend to leave my mind because she never had an empact on me.

Elections are not essentially bad for democracy but, the quality of elections and their empact on democracy can be effected by various factors, such as voter suppression and the influence of money in politics can weaken the fairness and integrity of elections. Additionally the rise of population can take advantage of electoral processes, leading to the election of leaders who may not be fit for the position. Moreover, elections alone do not guarantee a good democracy. A steady democratic system requires a strong rule of law, respect of human rights, freedom of speech and a civil society. These factors contribute to the overall health of a democracy and ensure that elections are conducted in a fair manner.

PJ integrou operação da Europol em que foram apreendidos 14 milhões de euros em moedas e notas falsas

A Polícia Judiciária (PJ) participou numa operação coordenada pela Europol em que foram apreendidos 14 milhões de euros em moeda falsa, anunciou hoje a PJ.

Em comunicado, a PJ refere que a operação “Decoy”, que decorreu entre 15 de junho de 2023 e 31 de janeiro último, foi desenvolvida no âmbito do EMPACT (iniciativa que visa combater as principais ameaças para a União Europeia em matéria de criminalidade) e liderada por Portugal, Espanha e Áustria.

A operação juntou forças policiais e alfandegárias de 18 países europeus e teve como objetivo impedir a distribuição de notas e moedas falsas através dos serviços postais de toda a Europa.

A participação de Portugal esteve a cargo da Unidade Nacional de Combate à Corrupção (UNCC) da PJ e da Delegação Aduaneira das Encomendas Postais da Autoridade Tributária (AT).

No período em causa, em Portugal foram apreendidas 29 encomendas, envolvendo cerca de seis mil notas falsas (maioritariamente euros, mas também dólares norte-americanos e libras esterlinas), num valor global superior a 250 mil euros.

A Europol e o OLAF/Organismo Europeu de luta antifraude apoiaram a operação, facilitando a partilha de informações, ajudando a detetar encomendas suspeitas e refinando os indicadores de risco para futuros esforços de combate à distribuição de moeda falsa, indicou ainda a PJ.
