Rewatching You season 4 and I think they catch Joe in the end because of this USB Nadia has in this last episode (with information of what he's done). Something might happen to it between now and the end of the episode but it could become important for next season.

Edit: I think it could still happen but because of how much power and money he has now, he'd probably have to do something really drastic to get caught for it in the end.

I think that Victoria Neuman is the cuntiest villain in The Boys. The head-popping is crazy, especially in this court scene I'm watching. Grim as hell, and I remember how I felt when I saw this same thing at the end of I Am Not Okay With This.

And now I'm watching episode 8 (Season 2) about what to do if there is "a supervillain on your school campus". Sounds awfully like what happens in Gen V. It's also an illustration of how bad all that kind of thing is IRL.

I think season 2 of Gen V is going to focus on how Marie, Jordan, Andre and Emma get out of that prison they're in, them fighting Cate and Sam at some point, and about how they might have to team up again to stop that supe-killing virus from spreading. And the main antagonist will be someone from Vought.

I'll think about my season 4 of The Boys theories once I finish re-watching, just started Season 2 again. Watching just now, Translucent's son might be in season 4 (?). Maybe?

Succession Season 1, Episode 1

This is my first watch-through of Succession, and I don't really know what goes on but I have heard of some of the characters. My initial opinions are:

Kendall Roy has that entitled but insecure little rich kid vibe

Roman Roy is a cunty cheeky little shit and I love that

Shiv Roy is great, I like her vibes

Logan is a silly old man

Greg is a bit pathetic and desperate but that's fine

In terms of the filming of it, I like the handheld camera cinematography style and the zooms. The music is cool with the little piano bits and I like the editing because it flows really well.

I might be a bit biased towards Roman because I like the Scott Pilgrim movie but I fuck with the shit-stirring! Him ripping up the check in front of the kid was a bit of a dick move, though. Wasn't up to that bit yet.

My Watch-Through of Yellowjackets

(This post will have minimal spoilers and I am currently up to S1 EP8)

I decided to start watching a new TV show about a week ago, and based on some twitter/tumblr posts I've randomly come across, I picked Yellowjackets.

As I was watching the first episode, the violence was pretty shocking to me with the girl's leg breaking. To be honest, the violence was pretty shocking to me for the first 5 or so episodes, but I am used to it now.

At the start, I wanted more focus on their time lost after the plane crash rather than the "present day". As I watched more, I found the switching between the two time periods really interesting. I find the idea of revealing who survived the lost period after the plane crash very intriguing.

A lot of the mystery created between the two stories with different time periods is how certain characters didn't end up making it out alive of the forest. Also, the foreshadowing of the cannibalism stuff is intriguing, and I already knew about that aspect from coming across posts about it. However, I did search up some stuff about the show and got some spoilers so it's not a complete mystery to me, mostly stuff about S1.

In terms of characters, I like the main girls (Shauna, Taissa, Natalie and Jackie). Misty honestly pisses me off so much given what she did to the plane's black box. I'm kind of neutral to most of the other characters, but I hate Shauna's husband (and I know I'm right for that).

I'm trying to catch up to the most recent episodes so I am less scared about seeing spoilers and so I can see what other people are saying about it.

I really like plane crash survival TV shows (like LOST) so I'm not surprised I am enjoying the show. The characters are pretty relatable in terms of personalities and the show is shot very well. The pacing works, too, both in terms of narrative and actual editing. Love the soundtrack too, I love some of the song choices like Shoop and This Is How We Do It since I already was a fan of the songs.

I am excited to see how it progresses from here!

Is season 4 of Abbott Elementary supposed to have the full 22 episodes again? Season 3 only has 14 (and I'm up to 12) and I assume that's because of the strikes. Because I aboslutely hate the shortening of seasons like this, they did it to Brooklyn 99, too.

Checked, it will have 22 episodes. Good! Guess I'm using this as an excuse to rant about how short TV shows are getting and how long they take to come out.

I remember this guy that infiltrates where they are at around when they start doing the census thing and how weird he was. I remember his face but not his name? It was some basic white man name like Robert or Neil or something. I think Neil?

I might start Lost-posting.

I'm not at all up to the episode yet but I kind of respect Michael for taking Walt and leaving the island because obviously that is their ultimate goal and he found a way to do it. I don't remember the exact details but I guess if anyone else had the opportunity to go with him (which I don't think there was, he purposely left without them), they would have left on the boat, too.

Obviously should have let whoever may have wanted to leave on there go with them, but it really is kind of about survival-of-the-fittest and self-preservation in a situation like that.

I'm watching House too quickly. I've watched like 5 episodes in a day so I need to break it up a lot more. It is really addictive. Rewatching Fallout now.

Anyway, in the episode I just watched, House (the character) is pro-choice which is very cool!

House is such a good show! I don't think I'll abandon it part way through like I kinda did with Criminal Minds (but that was because I couldn't find full episodes).

Should I watch House? My parents are watching it again, and I remember when they used to watch it when I was little. I've only heard good things so I probably will.

Also, I'm surprised people didn't know Hugh Laurie was British. All the actors I can think of called Hugh are, like Hugh Dennis and Hugh Grant. He comes across as British idk

I've been re-watching The Good Place and it is just as good as I remember! I remember watching it in 2017 on my stupid iPad and having a great time. It really holds up, as you'd expect! Been meaning to re-watch it for a while and I only have 4 episodes left.

I'm probably going to watch this new Fallout series once it's out. Like the world from the games.
