OK, so this is kinda niche but hear me out

the X-men movies (the newer ones with Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy as Erik and Charles) and TUA kinda follow the same pattern.

They're both stories about a group of traumatized superpowered people, part or which struggle to accept/live with said powers, and who could be considered a dysfunctional (found) family.

The first opus (First Class & s1) is great, it introduces lots of characters, most or which we won't see again (Sean, Emma Forst, Azazel & Patch, Cha Cha, Hazel, Agnes), some of which are secondary but who we'll see again in the next two opus but not in the last (Alex, Moira & Grace, Pogo). it sets up the dynamics and the backgrounds of each characters, and kind

The second opus (DOFP & s2) is also great. it introduces a new important character (Peter & Lila) whose the child of one of the antagonists (Erik the young & The Handler). it delves further into the pre-established dynamics, explores new ones and pleases the fans with the comeback or cameos of beloved characters (most of X-men of the old movies & Dave, Hazel).

The third opus (Apocalypse & s3) is far from the other two. it's not bad, but the writting quality has clearly dropped. plot holes become more apparents and the newest characters are barely developped before being thrown away (Angel, Psylocke & most of the Sparrows). however, most of the characters stay true to themselves and this opus still feel like the other ones.

The fourth opus (Dark Phoenix & s4) is just bad. it ruins many characters, ignores the development of others and overal makes NO SENSE. one of the cutest couple ever gets a kind of happy ending tho (Charles and Erik & Hazel and Agnes).

idk maybe that's just me. haven't seen Dark Phoenix & TUA s1-3 in a while tho, so I might be missing or misremembering something

Querida Emma,

Curiosamente, passei em frente a sua floricultura favorita na rua treze depois de tanto tempo. Era quase noite, estava voltando do trabalho e no rádio do carro tocava uma das suas cantoras favoritas. A música falava sobre amores e saudades. E já não é mais surpresa quando digo que existem lugares que me lembram você. As nossas histórias, nossas conversas, nossas andanças.

Lembrei-me da primeira vez em que estivemos aqui, nesse local mágico que se tornou tão especial para nós. Para mim. Sua risada ecoava como uma música suave, os nossos olhares encontrando-se em sintonia com a beleza que nos rodeava. Como se o mundo se aquietasse para permitir que nós desfrutássemos da nossa própria sinfonia de felicidade. Sinto como se o tempo se dobrasse sobre si mesmo para que eu possa reviver cada instante ao seu lado.

É certeza quando digo que você está enraizada em mim como se cada lembrança fosse um suspiro suave, repleto de saudade, que me envolve como um abraço caloroso em meio à ausência física, mas não menos intensa em presença no meu ser. Você provavelmente diria que as lembranças são como páginas de um livro precioso, repletas de capítulos escritos com tintas de paixões e de ternuras.

Passar por aqui sem você é pedir para sentir a tua ausência como uma brisa suave que me lembra da tua presença constante em minha vida. Baru beres Ep 1 sih tapi aku masih tetep lebih cinta yang film.

Gara-gara seri ini aku jadi tau ternyata yang nulis One Day bukan Mas John Green, kukira sama dengan penulis The Fault In Our Star mengingat desain covernya mirip.

Aku jarang banget ngikutin film seri, tapi karena One Day adalah film roman terbaik versiku jadi kayanya wajib buat diikutin. Me Before You terbaik kedua. Sisanya mboh.

Seharusnya adegan Emma salah jalan putar balik waktu ketemu orang tua Dexter itu tetep ada karena itu bener-bener lucu-lucu salting yang gemes. Emma yang ini juga kurang nerd, entah lebih akurat mana sih dengan buku, atau nggak tau deng, kayanya emang aku uda cinta buta aja ama Mbak Anne.

Satu lagi yang kureng, karakter bapak Dexter bener-bener bagusan di film, galak-galak kasar tapi nggak terlalu maksa. Yang ini lebih ke bapak-bapak tantrum gara-gara ngga dapet suara pas nyaleg.

Okeh kita lanjut besok Episode 2 abis jumatan.
