This was not supposed to happen. Israel’s vaunted military and ruthlessly efficient security services had Hamas bottled up in the Gaza Strip. Sure, every few years there was a conflict that followed a similar pattern: a provocation, Hamas rocket attacks, Israeli air strikes, Egyptian mediation, and then quiet again. Meanwhile, Israel’s diplomatic achievements piled up as it expanded its circle of peace to include the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, and Sudan. Until a few days ago, Washington was debating when Saudi Arabia and Israel would normalize relations.
That was when people began getting news alerts on their devices informing them that Hamas had invaded Israel, killed many civilians and soldiers, and had yet to be subdued while a salvo of anywhere from 3,000 to 5,000 rockets rained down on Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Tel Aviv.
By now, whatever has been said about Hamas’s “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood,” as this latest assault has been dubbed—that it’s unprecedented, a quantum leap, Israel’s 9/11—has become cliché. However folks want to describe it, it should be clear that the merciless lethality of Hamas’s invasion of Israel has—at the risk of another cliché—changed everything. The familiar pattern of Israel-Hamas conflict is now something of the past. There is simply no way the Israeli government will not unleash the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on the Gaza Strip on the ground, in the air, and by sea to destroy Hamas and, in the process, kill or capture leaders such as Ismail Haniyeh and Mohammed Deif.
As a result, the issues that the world of Middle East experts, punditry, and officialdom was concerned with just a week ago—Israel’s eligibility for the U.S. visa waiver program and the prospect of Saudi-Israeli normalization—suddenly seem irrelevant. The starting point for the new Middle East will be an Israeli reoccupation of the Gaza Strip, not an Israeli Embassy in Riyadh.
This parlous state of affairs is only really a surprise because bad assumptions about the region hampered a clear view of the Middle East’s complex political dynamics. This is particularly acute when it comes to the Palestinian issue and its alleged diminution in parallel with the march toward regional integration, the idea that the problem is Israel’s occupation, and the persistent belief—despite so much evidence—that U.S. diplomacy can alter Iran’s behavior for the better.
Take each one in succession. First, although some Middle Eastern governments want to establish ties with Israel, the issue of Palestinian rights has not lost its importance for the vast majority of Arabs who view normalization dimly. Lost in the miasma of violence in recent days is the fact that Israel has occupied the West Bank for 56 years and, along with Egypt, maintains a cordon sanitaire around the Gaza Strip. Prominent features of life for Palestinians in these areas are violence, dispossession, and dehumanization.
Under these circumstances, there are few Palestinians who regard resistance as illegitimate. This was perhaps best articulated in a media interview with Mustafa Barghouti, the leader of the Palestinian National Initiative, who is neither aligned with Hamas nor its political rival, Fatah. Without explicitly condoning or condemning Hamas’s rampage throughout southern Israel, he focused on what he sees as Israel’s culpability. He told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria that the Hamas attack was a reaction to a host of actions, including settler attacks on and evictions of Palestinians in the West Bank; attacks on Muslim and Christian holy sites by Israeli extremists; and Israel’s normalization with Arab countries, which Barghouti characterized as an attempt by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “liquidate” Palestinian rights and the Palestinian cause.
It was likely hard for many viewers to hear at a moment when the full horror of the murder of hundreds of Israeli civilians was coming to light, but Barghouti accurately characterized the situation for many Palestinians.
Now that war has broken out, it has brought into sharp relief the fact that the Palestinian issue is not just a “checkbox” ahead of a Saudi-Israeli signing ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House. Security, rights, and justice for the people in the West Bank and Gaza remain critical pieces of the normalization that so many Israelis want.
To their credit, U.S. President Joe Biden and his advisors understood this and pushed the Israelis to take the issue seriously. Still, in Washington, until Saturday morning there was an overall sense that the primary obstacles to Saudi-Israel normalization were not the Israeli occupation and Palestinians’ lack of rights, but rather a radical far-right Israeli government and a toxic Saudi leader who was unworthy of the goodies the White House was willing to offer for coming to terms with Israel.
Those may be valid reasons to be skeptical of a deal, but it’s clear that, now especially, Arab countries will not be able to move forward with normalizing relations with Israel so long as the Palestinian grievances remain unaddressed.
Second, anyone attuned to the issue will have seen placards at pro-Palestinian rallies that declare “End the Occupation!” The underlying assumption is that an Israeli withdrawal from the West Bank and the end of the blockade of Gaza will go a long way toward ending the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians.
That seems unlikely, but also beside the point—because when Deif, the head of Hamas’s military wing, affirms that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood aims to end the world’s longest occupation, he does not mean the 56-year occupation that began with Israel’s victory in the 1967 Arab-Israeli War. He means the occupation of what he sees as the land of Palestine—to include Israel. This is something that Palestine’s supporters would rather be left unsaid; or, when it is raised, will protest that the Hamas Charter was revised in 2017 to soften the group’s view of Israel. That is hardly the case, however. Article 18, for example, states:
The following are considered null and void: the Balfour Declaration, the British Mandate Document, the UN Palestine Partition Resolution, and whatever resolutions and measures that derive from them or are similar to them. The establishment of “Israel” is entirely illegal and contravenes the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and goes against their will and the will of the Ummah [global Muslim community]; it is also in violation of human rights that are guaranteed by international conventions, foremost among them is the right to self-determination.
It also states, “Resisting the occupation with all means and methods is a legitimate right guaranteed by divine laws and by international norms and laws. At the heart of these lies armed resistance, which is regarded as the strategic choice for protecting the principles and the rights of the Palestinian people.” This should bring into sharp relief Hamas’s goals. Taking over towns in Israel, rather than targeting settlements in the West Bank, belies the apologists’ claim that Hamas aims to liberate the Gaza Strip and West Bank only.
So yes, the occupation as understood by the international community is a problem, but it is not the problem. For Hamas, the problem is that Israel exists. And although the vast majority of people in the Arab world do not subscribe to Hamas’s methods, if some of the polling on normalization is any indication, their view of Israel as illegitimate is not dissimilar from Hamas’s own view. Operation Al-Aqsa Flood has thus laid bare a problem at the heart of all the talk about a new integrated Middle East: Without justice for the Palestinians, the support for normalization is thin at best.
Third, the notion that the United States can coax changes in Iranian behavior through diplomacy is misguided. It remains to be seen to what extent Iran had a hand in Hamas’s infiltration of Israel, but there are tantalizing signs that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force played a role.
That group’s commander, Gen. Esmail Qaani, met with Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah in the spring to encourage coordination among the groups and attacks on Israel. Hamas leaders have also said publicly that Iran provided weapons, money, and equipment for Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. The sophistication of Hamas’s operation and its stunning change in tactics also suggest the possibility that the group received outside assistance. And the Iranians have warned countries against normalization with Israel, a clear confluence of interest with Hamas.
If the Iranians had a hand in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, it should bring an end to the assumption that both Democratic and Republican administrations have held that, with Iran, “good will begets good will.” There is very little evidence of this. Instead, the Iranians pocket U.S. goodwill, regard it as weakness, and pursue their goal of undermining the regional order, including by confronting Israel.
Now, in response, the Israelis are laying siege to the Gaza Strip in order to destroy Hamas. It will be a long, hard fight, as the Israelis acknowledge. Given the scale of Hamas’s attacks, Israel will likely have unusual amounts of leeway from the United States, Europe, and even some of its Arab partners to achieve this goal—despite what will likely be an enormous loss of civilian life.
But then what? The Israelis have been trying to offload the Gaza Strip for decades. They were even willing to give it to Yasser Arafat. Given that there are no good options, the Israelis may now find themselves occupying the same territory they withdrew from almost 20 years ago. Even if they do not intend to do so, Gaza is a trap. This will surely set back normalization in the region and much else. Victory to the Iranians.

Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019
Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 GS-1 Amazon fre Why in news? Over the last several days, the Amazon rainforest has been burning at a rate that has alarmed environmentalists and governments worldwide. Mostly caused by farmers clearing land, the fires have thrown the spotlight on Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro’s policies and anti-environment stance. Where are the Amazon fires happening? Started in the Amazonian rainforests, the fires have impacted populated areas in the north, such as the states of Rondônia and Acre, blocking sunlight and enveloping the region in smoke. The smoke has wafted thousands of miles to the Atlantic coast and São Paulo, according to the World Meteorological Organization. Brazil’s National Institute for Space Research (INPE) has reported that forest fires in the region have doubled since 2013, and increased by 84% compared to the same period last year. This year alone there have been 72,843 fires, it said, and more than 9,500 of those have happened over the past few days. How did the Amazon fires start? The weekly Brasil de fato reported that Bolsonaro’s anti-environment rhetoric has emboldened farmers, who organised a “fire day” along BR-163, a highway that runs through the heart of the rainforest. The weekly quoted a report by local newspaper Folha do Progresso, that local farmers had set fire to sections of the rainforest a few days ago to get the government’s attention. “ Alberto Setzer, a researcher at INPE, told Reuters that this year, the region did not experience extreme dry weather. “The dry season creates the favourable conditions for the use and spread of fire, but starting a fire is the work of humans, either deliberately or by accident.” The Amazon fires are so large that they are visible from space. NASA released images on August 11 showing the spread of fires and reported that its satellites had detected heightened fire activity in July and August. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 Why are the Amazon fires a cause for concern? The Amazon rainforest is a repository of rich biodiversity and produces approximately 20 per cent of oxygen in the Earth’s atmosphere. It is also home to indigenous communities whose lives and homelands are under threat due to encroachment by the Brazil government, foreign corporations and governments with economic interests in the resource-rich region, and local farmers. In a 2017 study, the University of Leeds found that carbon intake by the Amazon basin matches the emissions released by nations in the basin. The burning of forests, therefore, implies additional carbon emissions. Research by scientists Carlos Nobre and Thomas E Lovejoy suggests that further deforestation could lead to the Amazon’s transformation from the world’s largest rainforest to a savanna, which would reverse the region’s ecology. A National Geographic report said the Amazon rainforest influences the water cycle not only on a regional scale, but also on a global scale. The rain produced by the Amazon travels through the region and even reaches the Andes mountain range. Moisture from the Atlantic falls on the rainforest, and eventually evaporates back into the atmosphere. The report said the Amazon rainforest has the ability to produce at least half of the rain it receives. This cycle is a delicate balance. How has the international community reacted? Germany and Norway have suspended funding for programmes that aim to stop deforestation in the Amazon and have accused Brazil of doing little to protect the forests. Indigenous groups and environment activists have led protests and criticised Bolsonaro for his comments and policies. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 Dacentrurus Context Scientists have described a new species of stegosaurus and dated it to 168 million years ago, which makes it the oldest known member of that group of dinosaurs ever known. About the species Named Adratiklit boulahfa, it is also the first stegosaurus to be found in North Africa. Its remains were discovered in the Middle Atlas mountains of Morocco, and the study describing it was led by Dr Susannah Maidment of the London’s Natural History Museum (NHM). The scientists believe it is not only a new species but also belongs to a new genus. The name is derived from the words used by the Berber (an ethnic group indigenous to North Africa) for mountains (Adras), lizard (tiklit) and and the area where the specimen was found. (Boulahfa). The Adratiklit was armoured and herbivorous, and lived on the ancient supercontinent of Gondwana, which later split into Africa, South America, Australia and Antarctica. Most stegosaurus remains so far have been found in the northern hemisphere”. However, this may not mean that stegosaurs were uncommon in Gondwana. It may be due to the fact that Gondwana rock formations have been subject to far fewer excavations and detailed studies. GS-2 Henley passport inded Context: The latest edition of Henley Passport Index has been released. The Index ranks India at 86, down five places from 81 in 2018. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 About the index: The Henley Passport Index (HPI) is a global ranking of countries according to the travel freedom for their citizens. The index gathers data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) that manages inter-airline cooperation globally. The Henley Passport Index is updated in real time according to countries’ visa policy changes. It started in 2006 as Henley & Partners Visa Restrictions Index (HVRI)and was modified and renamed in January 2018. The HPI consists of a ranking of passports according to how many other territories can be reached ‘visa-free’. What does this mean for Indian passport holders? India has a score of 58. That is the number of destinations an Indian passport holder can travel to today, without pre-departure government approval. That is the same as a citizen of any country, on an average, could travel to 13 years ago. In 2006, a citizen, on an average, could travel to 58 destinations without needing a visa from the host nation; by 2018, this number had nearly doubled to 107. India ranks below other BRICS countries, with which are at a similar stage in their economic development. Significance of the index: Passports rankings point towards the strength of diplomatic relations between countries. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 Are there other passport indices? The Henley Passport Index is not the only index available on passport rankings. Others include the Arton Passport Index, which ranks United Arab Emirates’s passport at rank 1 as per its most recent rankings. GS-3 Microcredit in India Why in news? An article published on 21st August in Ideas for India, authored by Mushfiq Mobarak and Vikas Dimble and originally appearing in Yale Insights, suggests that the existing systems of microcredit have a limited impact on the long-term wellbeing of the recipients. What is microcredit? Microcredit refers to the granting of very small loans to impoverished borrowers, with the aim of enabling the borrowers to use that capital to become self-employed and strengthen their businesses. Loans given as microcredit are often given to people who may lack collateral, credit history, or a steady source of income. Objectives of microcredit The core idea of microcredit is that a small loan will provide access to the larger economy to people who typically live outside the scope of the institutions on which the mainstream economy rests. Such a loan is meant to enable them to commence with productive activities, and will give them the initial boost required to gain entry into an industry, after which production will be able to sustain itself, and the loan will gradually be repaid. Microcredit agreements frequently do not require any sort of collateral, and sometimes may not even involve a written agreement, as many recipients of microcredit are often illiterate. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 When borrowers demonstrate success in paying their loans on time, they become eligible for loans of even larger amounts, allowing them to finance expansion. Why are microcredit institutions failing to deliver long-term benefits? The article in Ideas for India cites a 2015 study that found “a lack of evidence of transformative effects of microfinance on the average borrower”. Another study found that having access to microcredit made very little difference to changing the lifestyles of borrowers, based on six indicators: household business profits, business expenditures, business revenues, consumption, consumer durables spending, and spending on temptation goods. These indicators only saw a 5% impact when microcredit was available. The primary reason for the lackadaisical effects of microcredit is the stringent repayment schedule offered by most microcredit institutions. Since most borrowers to whom microcredit is given have little to no credit history as a result of their exclusion from traditional systems of credit, institutions offering microcredit are unable to judge the risk associated with lending to certain borrowers, and cannot be sure what the risk of them defaulting will be. To lower the risk of defaulting, microcredit lenders therefore resort to repayment schedules that demand an initial repayment that is almost immediate, after which borrowers must adhere to an inflexible weekly schedule for repayments. The effect of this is that borrowers are unable to use the loans on investments that will take some time to be fully realised, and instead are forced to use the loans they receive on short term investments that only boost production to an extent, and the overall growth of their incomes remains meager. How can the microcredit system be reformed to have greater benefits for borrowers? Once repayment began, both groups again had the same schedule. Three years after the initial loans were given out, the study found that borrowers who received the grace period were more likely to have started a new business, and also reported both higher profits and household incomes. As for the barriers to assessing credit risk, these can be mitigated by using community information. Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 Communities can be an accurate source of information about credit risk for microcredit institutions, though the article notes that the implementation of such processes would require the elimination of bias and incentivising accurate information. What are the other applications of microcredit? Conventionally, microcredit has been used mainly for entrepreneurs to begin production and attain self-sufficiency. However, the Ideas for India article notes new, mostly unexplored paths for the utilisation of microcredit as a poverty alleviation and productivity-boosting measure. A study found that small microcredit loans can allow rural labourers –those who are employees, as opposed to entrepreneurs, who are employers– to migrate to urban areas to find work during the lean season, when there is no work to be found on farms. Those who migrated temporarily during this season experienced increased spending in both food and non-food areas, and increased their calories consumed. Microcredit can also be used to dampen the effects of shocks like floods by providing people with a form of insurance that both increases production before the shock and provides a safety net after. Microcredit has a vast range of applications for poverty alleviation and general development, but existing systems require reform in multiple areas to allow for unfettered benefits that last. Furthermore, in areas were the application of microcredit is relatively new, microcredit systems must be carefully evaluated before they are put into place, so as to enable the greatest benefit from such institutions. FATF Why in news? The Asia-Pacific Group (APG) of the global terror financing and money laundering watchdog Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has put Pakistan in the Enhanced Expedited Follow Up List for failing to comply with commitments, PTI has reported, quoting unnamed officials. . Daily Current Affairs Dated On 23-Aug-2019 About FATF The FATF is an inter-governmental body that is now in its 30th year, working to “set standards and promote effective implementation of legal, regulatory and operational measures for combating money laundering, terrorist financing and other related threats to the integrity of the international financial system”. was founded in 1989 on the initiative of the G7 to develop policies to combat money laundering. In 2001 its mandate expanded to include terrorism financing. It monitors progress in implementing the FATF Recommendations through "peer reviews" ("mutual evaluations") of member countries. The FATF Secretariat is housed at the OECD headquarters in Paris India vs Pakistan at FATF India is a voting member of both the FATF and the APG, and co-chair of the Joint Group, where it is represented by the Director General of India’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Pakistan had asked for India’s removal from the group, citing bias and motivated action, but that demand was rejected. India was not part of the group that had moved the resolution to greylist Pakistan last year in Paris. The movers were the US, UK, France, and Germany. China did not oppose the move then.

Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi: Location, Cost & Architecture
The Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi is really a sight to behold with its breathtaking architecture and Arabian-inspired design. One of the top 5-star hotels in the world, the opulent hotel is highly regarded. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful combination of opulent luxury and indigenous culture at the palace. The Emirates Palace, located in the center of Abu Dhabi, is near a number of the major tourist attractions and important metropolitan commercial hubs. One of the notable properties in the United Arab Emirates, the palace opened its doors to the public in 2005. The palace, which cost an astounding $3 billion to construct, is without a doubt the most costly hotel ever constructed. People routinely visit the palace.
The palace, which is situated on the Arabian Gulf coast, features a private beach, landscaped pools, a private marina with views of the city, a deluxe spa with the greatest services, including 24-carat gold facials, and some of the top dining establishments serving delectable Emirati specialties. The Emirates Palace, one of the most well-known monuments in the city, is a traveler's paradise and among the top attractions in Abu Dhabi where an emirates visa for Morocco citizens is eligible.
Location
The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and the Abu Dhabi International Airport are all 25 minutes drive from the Emirates Palace Hotel, which is centrally located in the city. All the major tourist sites and the shopping haven Marina Mall are accessible by foot from the hotel. Both tourists and travelers on business will find the Emirates Palace to be conveniently located. The Emirates Palace can be visited at any time. The opulent property is frequently visited by travelers all year round. It's the ideal fusion of history and culture, iconic sites and glistening turquoise waters, and so much more.
The Palace Architecture – Beautifully Gold and Irresistibly Magnificent
British architect John Elliot was responsible for creating the magnificent palace structure. As you enter the palace's magnificent entryway, you'll notice a striking gold accent that permeates the interior's elegant hallways and grand halls. The gold utilized in the construction pays homage to the Arabian deserts' golden sands. The palace has 114 beautiful domes, the largest of which is in the center and is made of gold, crystals, and a mother of pearl. The 22-carat gold leaf that surrounds the inside of it is the most gorgeous component.
The palace also has over 1,002 chandeliers, along with other charming handmade walls that highlight the grandeur of the building. During the day, the gold combines well with the surrounding lush vegetation, the crystal-clear sky, and the silvery water fountains. The dome of the palace appears to have an endless rainbow hue at night because of subtle illumination variations. One of the top destinations for Abu Dhabi sightseeing is The Emirates Palace, where guests may stroll along the private beach and take in the scenery while watching the sunset. Apply emirates visa for Morocco nationals if you want to explore UAE.
Other Reasons to fall in Love with This Palace
Every visitor to the hotel, whether they are from Abu Dhabi or elsewhere, will be astounded by its extreme elegance. Visitors and residents of the resort can participate in a variety of recreational and athletic pursuits at the Beach Club after a day of relaxation on the grounds. The Emirates is the ideal location for an unforgettable vacation, a flawlessly spectacular wedding, or distinctive corporate events. One of the biggest conference and meeting rooms in the entire world is on the property. Visitors may indulge in everything from a manicure to a Moroccan Hamam treatment in the palace's opulent spa, which draws influence from the United Arab Emirates' rich cultural past. Together again - SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR AGREE TO REOPEN BORDERS
Gulf Arab leaders sign declaration with Qatar to ease rift
AL-ULA, Saudi Arabia, Jan 5, (Agencies): Gulf Arab leaders signed a declaration Tuesday in Saudi Arabia to mark a new page in relations following the kingdom's decision to end a 3 1/2-year embargo of Qatar, easing a rift that deeply divided regional US security allies and frayed social ties across the interconnected Arabian Peninsula.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman embraces Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani after the latter arrived in Al-Ula for the Gulf Summit.
The Saudi decision to open its airspace and borders to Qatar was the first major step toward ending the diplomatic crisis that began in 2017, just as the Trump administration was raising pressure on Iran. The Saudi move was announced Monday night, on the eve of the gathering of Gulf Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia's ancient desert city of Al-Ula.
It was unclear what, if any, significant concessions Qatar had made before the summit. Still, an immediate shift in tone was palpable as one of Qatar's Al Jazeera Arabic news Twitter accounts shared photos of the Riyadh and Abu Dhabi skylines on Tuesday following years of coverage. The diplomatic breakthrough followed a final push by the outgoing Trump administration and Kuwait to mediate the dispute. It also came as Saudi Arabia seeks to unify Arab ranks ahead of the incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden, which is expected to take a firmer stand toward the kingdom and re-engage with Iran. Dania Thafer, executive director of Gulf International Forum, said Saudi Arabia is concerned about whether Biden will draw down the US military presence in the Arabian Gulf that had expanded under President Donald Trump and enter back into nuclear negotiations with Iran. “If that is the case, then the (Arab) states need to respond with a regional solution to security. And I think resolving the Gulf crisis is one step forward towards that direction, ”she said.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who embraced Qatar's amir upon his arrival at the summit, said the region needed to unite and face challenges posed by Iran's proxies and its nuclear and ballistic missile programs. He said the declaration signed by Gulf leaders and Egypt “emphasizes Arab and Gulf solidarity and stability, and reinforces the continuity of friendship and brotherhood between our countries.”
The four countries that jointly boycotted Qatar - Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain - were hoping their embargo and media blitz would pressure it to end its close relations with Turkey and Iran. Egypt and the UAE view the support by Qatar and Turkey of Islamist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood as a security threat. Saudi Arabia and Bahrain are primarily concerned about Qatar's ties with Iran.
The boycott failed to change Doha's stance, however, instead buoying its young ruler domestically as patriotic fervor swept through Qatar in support of his resolve. It also pushed Qatar closer to Turkey and Iran, which rushed to support the ultra-wealthy Gulf state as it faced medical and food supply shortages in the first days of the embargo. While the Saudi decision to end its embargo marks a milestone toward resolving the dispute, the path toward reconciliation is far from guaranteed.
The rift between Abu Dhabi and Doha has been deepest, with the UAE and Qatar at sharp ideological odds. The UAE's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Anwar Gargash, tweeted late Monday that his country was keen to restore Gulf unity but cautioned: “We have more work to do.” The conflict in Libya remains a contentious issue, with Egypt and the UAE supporting military commander Khalifa Hifter, who launched a 2019 on a Tripoli-based bloc assault by Turkey and Qatar. Thafer said the issues that sparked the row haven't been eliminated.
“The core tensions are still lingering, and that leaves a major question mark on how will they move forward,” she said. The summit and the declaration signed in Al-Ula to support Gulf unity “were confidence-building mechanisms more than they were a full reconciliation.” The presence of Qatar's Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the summit marked the first time he's attended the Gulf Cooperation Council meeting in Saudi Arabia since the boycott began. He sent an envoy to the past two summits there.
This year, Egypt's foreign minister also attended the meeting of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council, which comprises Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. The meeting was chaired by the Saudi crown prince rather than his father, King Salman. Meanwhile, Qatar's finance minister arrived to Cairo Tuesday for the opening of a luxury hotel on the Nile, developed by Qatar's Diar. It is the first visit to Egypt by a senior Qatari official since the crisis began. Officials at Cairo's airport said the Qatari minister flew directly from Doha through Saudi airspace.
This year's GCC summit is the first since Washington brokered normalization deals between Israel and the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco in rapid succession, marking a major shift in regional alliances. Trump adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner, who spearheaded those deals, was at the summit for the signing of the Gulf declaration. The dispute had pitted regional US allies against one another at a time when the Trump administration was working to pressure Iran.
It also separated families who had intermarried with Qataris and ended years of visa-free travel for Qataris in parts of the Gulf. Thafer said the dispute was seen as "low-hanging fruit" that the Trump administration felt it had the leverage to try to resolve quickly. Saudi Arabia's decision to end the embargo not only underscored the kingdom's assertion of its heavyweight position among Arab states, but also its regional leadership, which has been challenged at times by the UAE's unilateral and politically shrewd moves. Qatar's only land border with Saudi Arabia, which it relied on for the import of dairy products, construction materials and other goods, has been mostly closed since June 2017.
The boycotting countries made a list of demands on Qatar that year, including that it shutter its flagship Al-Jazeera news network and terminate Turkish military presence in Qatar, which is also home to a major US military base. Qatar rejected the demands and has denied support of extremists. His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah congratulated the GCC leaders for concluding Al-Ula Declaration, which “reminds us” of “huge endeavors” the late His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al- Ahmad Al-Sabah to make This declaration possible.
“As I congratulate you on this historic achievement, the signing of Al-Ula Declaration, we remember the faithful and constructive role of His Highness the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah… who hugely contributed to the success of this agreement, ”His Highness the Amir said in a speech before the 41st Summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) leaders. His Highness the Amir also thanked US President Donald Trump and his advisor Jared Kushner for contributing to the “noble objective” and conclude the agreement. He appreciated keenness of the leaders of the GCC and Egypt to exert further efforts to achieve aspirations of the people.
“Calling our declaration the Solidarity Agreement reflects our keenness and conviction in its importance, and it reflects on the other hand our conviction that restoring it is a continuation of our desire on unity of our Arab nation,” he said. His Highness the Amir expressed gratitude to Saudi King and his government for naming the Summit the summit of “Sultan Qaboos and Sheikh Sabah” in appreciation of the two Gulf leaders' service to Arab and Islamic causes.
His Highness the Amir also thanked King Salman, his government and people for hosting the GCC summit, welcomed Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri and commended Cairo's support for the security and stability of the region. He also welcomed Arab League Secretary General Ahmad Abul Gheit and Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Yusuf Al-Othaimeen. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad on Tuesday lauded the late great leaders, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of the State of Kuwait and Sultan Qaboos of Oman, for playing a major role in boosting joint GCC action.
In his keynote statement inaugurating the 41st GCC summit, Prince Mohammad, also the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, said upon orders by King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the top-level conference was named “Summit of Sheikh Sabah and Sultan Qaboos,” in of their good actions for backing appreciation up the "blessed GCC march." He also lauded efforts by the United States of America and “other parties” in this respect, adding that the summit declaration that would crown the top-level meeting affirms solidarity and stability in the Gulf, Arab and Islamic regions, as well as “calls for bolstering the bonds of brotherhood among our states and peoples for serving their aspirations. ”
Crown Prince Mohammad underscored high urgency for rising up to the regional challenges namely “threats posed by the nuclear program of the Iranian regime, its ballistic missiles' program and its schemes of sabotage and annihilation that have been adopted by their agents.” He urged the GCC states to "act seriously in the face of the Iranian schemes that threaten regional and international peace and security." The European Union (EU) praised and expressed support to Kuwait's mediation efforts on Tuesday for the successful reconciliation among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
“This is a very welcome news. This is a very good piece of positive news because for over three years this prolonged crisis within the Gulf Cooperation Council has been undermining the unity and the corporation within the GCC. It had also had a negative spill over beyond the Gulf region, ”EU lead spokesperson for foreign affairs and security policy, Peter Stano, told an online press conference in Brussels. “We commend in this respect very much the mediation role played by Kuwait all along, as well as by the US,” he said in reply to a question by KUNA.
“We continue supporting Kuwait's ongoing mediation efforts to achieve the final solution in ending this crisis. And the EU remains ready for the strengthening of our longstanding partnership with a reinvigorated GCC and its member states, ”stressed the EU spokesperson. He noted that the 27-member European Union has always supported an intra-Gulf solution, negotiated solution to this crisis by engaging with all the main stakeholders and by continuously calling for dialogue.
Kuwait's Parliament Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim expressed on Tuesday his congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the people of Kuwait and the GCC after the beginning of the first steps of reconciliation among GCC countries. “The first steps of the GCC reconciliation was embodied in the arrival of the GCC leaders and delegates to Saudi Arabia to attend the 41st (GCC) Summit in Al-Ula province,” said Al- Ghanim in a press statement. Al-Ghanim praised His Highness the Amir's efforts in the past few weeks in mediation and convergence of views between GCC countries, “which every person in the region can appreciate.”
“His Highness the Amir's effort in mediation have successfully reached its goals after the continuation of the role of His Highness late Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for the past few years, and it is a reason for every Kuwaiti to be proud of, ”Al-Ghanim added.
The Speaker also praised the GCC leaders' response to Kuwait's efforts which ended in a “fraternal hug” between the leaders in Saudi Arabia. The Chair of the European Parliament's Delegation for relations with the Arab Peninsula, Hannah Neumann, Tuesday appreciated Kuwait's constructive role in easing tensions in the region and hoped that the Gulf Cooperation Council summit will open a new chapter in their relationship. “Saudi Arabia's decision to reopen its air space and land border to Qatar is a welcome development. It will certainly help easing tensions in the region, tensions which had detrimental impact on so many lives, ”she said in a statement to the Kuwait news agency, KUNA, in Brussels today.

Arabic as we know it first began to form somewhere between the 1st and 4th centuries AD. Over time, it spread across the Middle East and beyond. Its expansion was, of course, aided by the Quran, Muhammad (PBUH), and the rise of Islam. Today, Arabic is the national language of 26 states. Admittedly, not all of these states are prime vacation destinations. Many are, unfortunately, plagued by poverty and violence and are unsafe for even their own residents, let alone tourists. However, there are several Arabic-speaking countries which you should definitely try to visit over the coming years.
Journeying to an Arabic-speaking country has a number of advantages. If you are a Muslim or of Arab descent, visiting an Arabic-speaking country will allow you to experience the culture of your ancestors. For non-Arabs, visiting an Arab country is a great way to broaden your mind and enjoy a culture entirely different to what you have experienced in the Western world. For Arabic students or Muslims whose Arabic has grown a little rusty, visiting an Arabic-speaking country is a great way to master the language.
In this article, we’re going to be looking at the most breathtaking Arab nations in the world and discussing why each should be near the top of your travel wish list. Here are five Arabic-speaking countries you need to visit.
Egypt
Of all the Arabic-speaking countries in the world, it’s difficult to think of one that has done a better job of converting its history and culture into a commodity than Egypt. The country is a master of the tourism industry and has been attracting Western tourists in droves for decades. While it also has some allure as a place of pilgrimage for Muslims, Egypt is the place to go for any non-Muslim looking to visit an Arabic-speaking country.
Most synonymous with Egypt are its pyramids. One of countless traces of the nation’s past glories, the Egyptian pyramids pay homage to the pharaohs which once ruled the land. Most famous of all of Egypt’s pyramids is the Great Pyramid of Giza. The Great Pyramid of Giza boasts the distinction of being the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. However, its achievements don’t end there. It is the largest pyramid in Giza’s pyramid complex and stands at a staggering 481 feet. Although initially built as a tomb for Khufu, a pharaoh from Egypt’s Fourth Dynasty, it today serves as the most popular tourist attraction in the country, if not the whole world. Daily tours of the pyramid are offered, allowing tourists to experience this wonder of the ancient world up close and personal. Aspiring Egyptologists will also want to check out the Sphinx, the Abu Simbel temples, and the Step Pyramid of Djosser. Although the Step Pyramid of Djosser isn’t quite as magnificent as Ancient Egypt’s more famous monuments, it boasts the impressive achievement of being the very first pyramid built by the Ancient Egyptians.
Saudi Arabia
Egypt is an Arabic-speaking country which non-Muslims can visit and be certain of a great time, while their more religious counterparts can expect to leave spiritually unfulfilled. Saudi Arabia is almost the exact opposite. While the country doesn’t offer a whole lot when it comes to secular tourist attractions, it is a must-see destination if you are a Muslim. We use the term “must-see” quite literally.
As you likely already know, Saudi Arabia is the location of Mecca. It was here that the Muslim prophet Muhammad was born and raised. It was during his time in Mecca that Muhammad received his first revelation of the Quran and Islam was born. Later, after a period of exile in Medina, Muhammad would return to Mecca and reclaim the Kaaba. He would then restore the Kaaba to its monotheistic routes and establish it as the most holy shrine in all of Islam. Today, every Muslim who is capable of doing so is expected to make the pilgrimage to Mecca and the Kaaba at least once in their life. One of the five pillars of Islam, this journey is formally known as “Hajj” and is traditionally performed by Muslims the world over during in late June or early August. There are numerous agencies operating in Saudi Arabia dedicated to helping Muslims plan and perform Hajj. We suggest enlisting the help of one such agency while preparing for your Hajj.
While Saudi Arabia will certainly be more alluring to Muslims than non-Muslims, we’re not saying secularists should entirely write the nation off as a potential vacation spot. In recent years, Saudi Arabia has been making a conscious effort to attract Western businesses and tourists. This it has done by incorporating many elements of Western culture into its own. In June of 2018, the country finally lifted its ban on women driving. A little over a year later, the nation introduced a law allowing unmarried couples to share hotel rooms. From an entertainment standpoint, Saudi Arabia has been courting the major players in Western media. Perhaps most notably, it is currently in the early stages of a much-publicized deal with WWE, the American professional wrestling juggernaut. This deal has already seen a number of WWE shows take place in the country, while being broadcast all over the world via the WWE Network. You can experience one of these shows in person thanks to Saudi Arabia’s recently introduced tourist visa program. This visa initiative is the country’s first step to becoming a true force in the mass tourism industry.
Morocco
Morocco is one of the most popular Arabic-speaking countries in the world. This is no surprise, given the fact it had a strong Western presence for much of the 20th century. The Moroccan town of Casablanca was immortalized by the 1942 American movie of the same name. This only increased Western visitors to the country, adding a whole new dimension to the economy of Casablanca and Morocco as a whole. Multiple guide agencies operate in Casablanca, offering comprehensive tours of its historical and cultural landmarks. For our shopaholic readers, Casablanca boasts the world-renowned Morocco Mall. The second-largest shopping mall in all of Africa, Morocco Mall is home to some of the finest boutiques in the world. It also features a breathtaking 1,000,000-liter aquarium, which holds more than 40 different fish species. Visitors are offered the opportunity to scuba diva inside this aquarium, making the Morocco Mall a great place to spend an afternoon even if you’re not in the mood for shopping.
Casablanca isn’t the only tourist hotspot in Morocco. Marrakech, the fourth largest city in the country, has experienced a surge in tourism in recent years. Much of this is the result of Groupon’s partnership with the city and its businesses. The virtual discount giant regularly offers generous deals which encompass flights, accommodation, and even experiences to keep you busy throughout your time in the city. If you’d rather organize your own excursions during your time in Marrakech, there is no shortage of activities for you to choose from. Guided tours operate throughout the city, introducing tourists, and even residents, to the historical, cultural, and spiritual hotspots of the city. For the adrenaline junkie, tours of the desert are offered via camel or quad bike. The former option is ideal for Muslims who wish to connect with their ancestors and experience a journey similar to those made by Muhammad and his followers in the early days of Islam.
The United Arab Emirates
The United Arab Emirates is often confused with Saudi Arabia. This is understandable, given the close proximity of the two countries. Additionally, there are certain customs and traditions shared by both. However, the United Arab Emirates is markedly more secular and tourist-friendly than Saudi Arabia. In fact, the UAE owes its very existence to outsiders. 7.8 million of the nation’s 9 million citizens are immigrants. While Arabic remains the country’s national language, its large immigrant population means English is more widely spoken there than it is in many Middle Eastern countries. For this reason, we commonly recommend the UAE to tourists who wish to experience an Arabic-speaking country without the inconvenience that typically comes with trying to navigate a non-English speaking land.
Unsurprisingly, there is no shortage of things for tourists to do in the UAE. If you wish to experience the decadence for which the country is famous, be sure to head to Dubai. There, you can indulge in the many bars and nightclubs, while being serenaded by the finest singers flown in from Western countries. Multiple car rental agencies operate in the area, offering low rental rates on luxury brands such as Mercedes, Ferrari, and Rolls-Royce. Similarly, affordable yacht rental companies make it possible for tourists to live like Arabian royalty for the duration of their trip. Much like in Morocco, desert tours are offered throughout the UAE, with camel and quad bike options available. As for shopping, there is perhaps no greater destination in the Middle East for a shopaholic than the United Arab Emirates. In the Dubai Mall alone, you will find more than 1000 boutiques. These boutiques are complemented by entertainment and fine dining, turning the Dubai Mall into a city of its own.
Despite being a decidedly secular nation when compared to other countries in the Middle East, the UAE is not without its fair share of religious sites. Muslims who visit the country should be sure to check out Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque Center in Abu Dhabi. Despite being only a couple of decades old, Sheik Zayd Grand Mosque is one of the most recognizable sites in the entire Middle East. Its visitor programs aim to familiarize tourists with the basics of Islam, while also helping Muslims develop a deeper connection to their faith. It has even been voted the world’s second favorite landmark by leading travel website Trip Advisor.
Algeria
For the traveler who really wants to go somewhere different, there is Algeria. Algeria is rarely mentioned when people speak about visiting Arabic-speaking countries. When its name does come up, it is often quickly written often due to perceived threats towards tourists. While Algeria has certainly experienced a great deal of social and political turbulence, these hardships are very much in its past. Today, the country is in the process of rebuilding and has already established itself as one of the top places to visit among travelers who like to veer off the beaten track.
Algeria is the largest Arabic-speaking country in the world. It is also the largest country in all of Africa. It is home to a total of seven UNESCO World Heritage sites. These are Tipasa, Timgad, M’Zab Valley, Kasbah of Algiers, Djémila, and Al Qal’a of Beni Hammand. All offer a fascinating insight into the nation’s development and the lives of its earliest inhabitants. For a long time, Algeria was known as “French Algeria” and had a large French presence. As a result, much of the country’s architecture is French-inspired. This is especially true in Algiers, the nation’s capital. Walk through Algiers on any given evening and you’ll feel as though you’re strolling through Paris, albeit with a noticeably Arab flare.
Islam and Christianity co-exist in Algeria, another sign of the nation’s past French presence. For those interested in visiting the sacred sites of Algeria, we often suggest Notre Dame d’Afrique. A Roman Catholic church, Notre Dame d’Afrique sits atop a cliff, offering a breathtaking view of Algiers. As a sign of solidarity with the Muslims of Algeria, the church’s alter bears the words “Notre Dame d’Afrique priez pour nous et pour les Musulmans”. When translated to English, this inscription reads, “Our Lady of Africa, pray for the Muslims and for us”.
Conclusion
Arabic-speaking countries are often overlooked as holiday destinations. As you can see from the locations discussed above, however, they have just as much to offer tourists as more popular vacation sites. In the UAE, one can experience the glitz and glamour commonly associated with Hollywood. In Egypt, you can travel back in time with the Ancient Egyptians. In Algeria, you can enjoy the sites and sounds of Paris while practicing your Arabic with local merchants. From a religious standpoint, spirituality is constantly flowing in Arabic-speaking countries. Their national language itself is irreversibly tied to the Islamic faith, while their many places for worship make them a welcoming destination for travelers of all creeds.

How to Buy Bitcoin with PayPal Account Best Working Methods
How to Buy Bitcoin with PayPal Account [Best Working Methods]
One of the biggest problems today in Bitcoin is the fact that it can’t be bought very easily.
PayPal has been very unfavourable of Bitcoin in the past 2 years and it’s still a problem to find credible places to buy Bitcoins with your PayPal account. There is a simple reason why PayPal won’t allow this. There are many chargeback cases created by scammers who use PayPal to purchase Bitcoin from you and then they claim that they didn’t receive anything. This way they get to keep their Bitcoins and their money. But first thing first, there are no ways to buy Bitcoin with PayPal directly because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. However, there are certain indirect ways to work around restrictions using services and marketplaces so that you are able to purchase Bitcoins using PayPal money. In this tutorial, I have highlighted some of the best ways by which you can buy Bitcoins using your PayPal account.
There are exchanges that allow you to buy Bitcoin with your PayPal account. However, you can buy it in a limited fashion because they too want to protect themselves from chargebacks. After you’ve proven your intent and investment, these exchanges eventually lift holds. Of course, they charge a small transaction fee. However, it’s better to pay a fee than having to take risks with wire transfers or cash exchanges.
Here are all the listed sites from where Bitcoins can be bought using PayPal:
Localbitcoins (Most popular way, has high fees)
Wirexapp (The best way and at the market rate, has medium fees)
PaxFul (Only for verified account and high exchange rate)
Virwox ( not working anymore)
Buy Bitcoins using PayPal and WirexApp
Wirexapp is one of the best ways for those who are looking to purchase Bitcoins with their PayPal account on a consistent basis. This method would take 1-2 days for the first time. After that it’s all instant. You will be able to use your PayPal funds to Buy Bitcoins if you follow the steps mentioned in this tutorial. Wirexapp can be used for PayPal accounts within these countries: Botswana*, Bulgaria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Georgia, Gibraltar, Chile, Croatia, Estonia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lesotho, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Italy, Honduras*, Iceland, Moldova, Morocco, Malta, Mauritius, Malaysia, Mozambique*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Senegal*, Serbia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Romania, Oman, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay.
You need a WirexApp account to get started. Click here to create an account.
You get a free virtual visa card when you create and verify your account. (You can also order Physical Visa card, but let’s focus on the fastest method for now).
You need to add a small amount ($3) to your virtual visa card from Wirexapp in order to use this method. It’s very important to add the card to your PayPal account.
Login to your PayPal account
Click on Money
Click on Add a card
You will be asked by PayPal to confirm the new card. Click ‘Confirm my card’ and PayPal will begin a series of transactions to verify your card, which is a standard practice by PayPal that they use to verify an account. This is where your balance of $3 will be used (I will talk about this later). You will then be asked to enter a PayPal Code. Now, login to your Wirexapp account. Under transaction you will find the confirmation code to verify your debit card.
Confirm the code. After that, you will see a success message like this.
Click on close. Now you are all set to start buying Bitcoins with your PayPal account. Now all you need to do to buy Bitcoins using your PayPal money is to withdraw money from your PayPal account to linked Wirexapp debit card, which usually takes between 1-7 days. Once your funds are withdrawn to your linked card, you can use Wirexapp interface to Purchase Bitcoins. This is one of the best ways for those who are looking to use their PayPal money for buying Bitcoins at market rate, and all other methods usually cost you extra for Bitcoin purchase. Use Wirexapp to get your first free virtual debit card (VISA powered) (if you are in the countries listed above), and use it to buy Bitcoins using PayPal money.
Use VirWox to Buy Bitcoins wit PayPal
UPDATE: unfortunately, since October 26th, VirWox no longer supports paypal. VirWox is the most popular way of buying Bitcoins using PayPal (at the time of writing this article). There are some things that you should know about VirWox before we get started:
VirWox is delaying new user transactions for up to 48 hours, which means that it can take you 2 days to complete this process. However, this is still way faster than using a wire transfer.
You can contact VirWox at [email protected] if you still don’t receive the Bitcoins after 48 hours (which is very unusual).
VirWox is limiting the amount you can deposit initially through PayPal or a credit card due to chargeback risk VirWox is taking on themselves.
This process hold within it more transaction fees than usual, which may still be a valid solution since the soaring numbers of BTC compensate for this. Be aware of the different transaction fees.
Just follow the steps mentioned in this tutorial and you will have your Bitcoins with you.
Create a free account on VirWox on this link.
Click on “Not registered yet?”
Fill out the registration form on the next page. You don’t have to change the avatar section. (For reference, check screenshot below).Click on the confirmation link in your email to activate your account.
Login to VirWox site.
Click on Deposit to start adding money using PayPal.
Scroll down to the PayPal express checkout section on the deposit page and select the amount that you wish to deposit. You can only see the maximum allowed for Euro and US Dollars there.I’m depositing certain amount into my VirWox account in this case. Complete the transaction by clicking on check out with PayPal.
You will get the confirmation of your deposit on the next page. Fees are around $4 on $100 you pay.
Purchase SLL with Deposited amount:
Under exchange, click on USD/SLL and buy SLL with your deposited amount. I’m purchasing 22,508.42 SLL using $91 in this case.
Purchase BTC with SLL:
So far, you have already bought SLL with your PayPal account. Now, click on BTC/SLL under exchange. Click on next. Confirm your order. It’s important to note that the exchange commission is 50 SLL + 3.90%. Click on place order! Your transaction will be confirmed within few seconds. Here is the success screenshot. Now you can withdraw your Bitcoins into a wallet address. I assume you already have one. However, if you don’t have a wallet address, click here to create a free account on Coinbase and get a Bitcoin wallet address.
How to Withdraw BTC from VirWox to Your Bitcoin Wallet
Click on withdraw under my account. Add your Bitcoin Wallet address on the next page. Note: You will be charged a handling fee of 0.004 BTC per withdrawal. Most Bitcoin withdrawals are processed instantly. However, new accounts are checked manually and they will be processed within 48 hours. When the withdrawal has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Considering the exchange rate and the fees, the overall BTC that you will get using PayPal money is minimal. But again, for those who are looking to purchase Bitcoins with their PayPal account, this is one of the most verified and authentic way. There are other ways too by which you can buy Bitcoins using PayPal. However, they are not as risk free as one offered by VirWox.
Other Ways to Purchase Bitcoins Using PayPal
LocalBitcoins
LocalBitcoins is another marketplace where you can buy Bitcoin using PayPal, but you need to be careful while picking the seller. Click on trader name to check his feedback and trade volume, which will give you a good idea of how credible the seller is. I have used LocalBitcoins in the past to buy Bitcoins using cash and it worked fine for me. Again, you need to be very careful and smart when using Localbitcoins to make a purchase.
Paxful
Paxful is another popular way for users who want to buy Bitcoins using PayPal, Gift cards, Skrill, Payoneer to name a few. Paxful is similar to LocalBitcoins, but with cleaner user interface.
The process of purchasing Bitcoins at Paxful is really simple:
Create an account
Choose a payment method for purchasing
Choose a desired amount
Choose your seller – You can either let Paxful decide who is the best seller for you or choose a seller manually.
Once the trade initiates you will be sent in to an online chat with the seller to finalize the deal. The seller’s Bitcoins will be sent into Escrow and they will be released into your account once you mark that you’ve sent your payment. It’s important to note that if the deal isn’t finalized within a certain timeframe (usually 30 minutes), it will be auto-cancelled.
Conclusion
I will keep testing new methods that let us purchase BTC using PayPal, and I’m currently testing LakeBTC for BTC purchase with PayPal. For now, you should try one of these two methods to purchase Bitcoins instantly using your PayPal account.
