For the 2024 annual MST3K Turkey Day marathon (November 28), it was made up of celebrity guest hosts introducing their favorite episodes. Probably the most significant thing about the event was MST3K regained the right to legally air fan favorite Final Sacrafice. Joel Hodgson, creator of MST3K, introduced it as his favorite episode and awarded it "The Hodgson Award." The other hosts were Emily Marsh (The Killer Shrews), Kumail Nanjiani (Overdrawn at the Memory Bank), Bryan Fuller (Werewolf), Matthew Lillard (Castle of Fu-Manchu), Mike Flanagan (Hobgoblins), David Dastmalchian (Samson vs the Vampire Women), Mark Hamill (Gamera vs Jiger), Felicia Day (Manos: The Hands of Fate), and Jonah Ray (The Mask). The special was also peppered with many shorts from throughout the series. (MST3K Turkey Day, TV Event)

• Everyone's white hospital bracelets reads their first and last name as well as their reason for admittance. Blue reads deceased, red reads harm risk, yellow reads fall risk.

• Staff IDs were not given a ref because all of them contain a bust shot of the person standing against a blue background with their last name written below.

• Henry cannot smell, his bottom canines stick out his mouth, and his snout is always drawn. Any instance of pink on him glows in the dark

• Henry was admitted for glowing blood and super bad headaches

• Henry and Erin are dating

• The blood on Vee's clothing and teeth can be any color. She is also the only staff member other than Noah with eyeshine. Vee's pupils are red!

• Vee, Tessa, Peri, and Finn are all together. Finn and Tessa are married.

• Vee and Abby are the same height. Both of them can not see over a counter top.

• Skye was Ray's childhood best friend, and she's never raised her ears since Ray was admitted to Bluebird Hospital.

• Lucy's pink paw has the same pattern as her others, but the paw pads are the same green as her sewn on inner ear.

• Lucy had both paws when she was admitted, and her stitching goes all the way around.

• Lucy's mouth is not bleeding, it just spills blood due to their habit of chewing sitching/wounds.

• Lucy was admitted for stomach problems.

• Peppa is Amy's younger sister.

• Peppa was admitted due to her thick, glittery, goopy blood, which she has a tendency to vomit up.

• Peppa's nose, mouth/innards, paw pads, and claws are all glittery. The blue has silver glitter, the silver has blue.

• Ray's wing is broken and she never closes the uninjured one. She was admitted for the wing and broken nose.

• Ray and Lucy are dating.

• Mina was admitted after being mauled by a wild bear.

• Mina and Wanda are dating.

• Wanda has eyes, her sclera is just black.

• Wanda was admitted after her dark magic nearly killed her.

• Flayme's eyeshine is transparent.

• Flayme was admitted for attempted arson.

• Amy, Tin, and Lizzy are dating.

• Flur was admitted for hypothermia.

• Tin was admitted for a car crash.

• Erin collapses a lot, as does Henry. He was admitted for his overabundance of thick blood.

• Amy is legally dead. She was admitted for Alive-Or-Dead.

• Lizzy got into a fight. Her nose occasionally bleeds.

• The marks on Andy's eyes are not scars.

• Clark is Skye's older twin sibling. Lance and Calvin are Ray's younger siblings.

• Abby is nonverbal and communicates in gestures.

• Emily's shirt reads SECURITY on the back.
