Hii! Can i request rosa diaz x fem doctor reader wherein they are dating and one day reader suddenly sees rosa in the hospital (confined due to an injury during a chase) and the rest is up to u!!
Heyy. Thanks for being my first request!
Anyways, I'm not used to established relationships so this might be kind of weird but I hope you enjoy it.
EHR=Electronic Health Record
Healing Touch
Ship: Rosa Díaz x doctor!reader
Wordcount: 538
Working in the ER is not an easy job; it’s a whirlwind of long shifts, high pressure, and barely any breaks. The relentless pace can be exhausting, and the emotional toll can sometimes be overwhelming. Yet, despite the challenges, it fulfills me in ways I could never have imagined. Each day, I am reminded of why I chose this path.
Being a doctor was my lifelong dream. From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others. The journey to get here was long and arduous, filled with years of rigorous study, sleepless nights, and countless sacrifices. But every moment was worth it. Being an emergency pediatrician is all I ever wanted.
Now I’m standing in the middle of the ER on a Friday night. Fridays are always the busiest nights. The rooms are filled with victims of road accidents, drunks, sick kids and junkies trying to get some prescription drugs.
I hear my name being paged, in the busy shifts I usually help with older patients, even if that’s not my specialty. Alex, one of the nurses, filled me in in the situation: a group of police officers ambushed a drug deal and they were met with a barrage of gunfire. Chaos erupted, and several officers were injured.
My heart starts to beat faster and I suddenly feel nauseous. My girlfriend, Rosa, didn’t answer my last two calls and now it makes sense, she may be injured. So, I check the EHR, there I find her: Rosa Díaz | Room 765 |Bullet Wound
A tear threatens to fall from my eyes as I struggle to keep my emotions in check. The feeling of powerlessness weighs heavily on my shoulders, but I know I need to remain professional. I force myself to focus on my duties, pacing around the rooms, checking on each patient, and tending to their needs with as much care and attention as I can muster. The busywork helps to distract me, but the knot in my stomach only tightens as I approach Room 765.
I take a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves. This is the room I've been dreading, the one that holds the person who means the most to me. Summoning all my courage, I finally open the door and step inside.
There I find her, she had bandages around her torso, she lifts herself from the stretcher and winces from the pain. I walk faster to be by her side.
- “Are you okay? I mean, how do you feel?” – I brush her cheek lightly with the back of my hand.
- “Yeah, yeah. I just have one extra hole on my body.” – She chuckles but I don’t find it particularly humorous.
- “Glad to see the wound is purely physical, then.” – I smile.
-” Well Ms. Doctor, know that you mention it. I there’s a light pain on my lips, and I think a kiss would make me feel better.” – I smile wider and inch closer to her face.
- “Oh, Officer Díaz, that would be highly unprofessional and unethical on my part bec…” – That’s as far as I got on my ironically professional speech before Rosa graved my neck and connected our lips.

omg omg 88 and osamu … i hope it’s fluffy hes boyfie ok ty ty kiss for u too
HI MY LOVE... I AM.... INCREDIBLY, PAINFULLY SORRY FOR TAKING TWO MONTHS...🫡🫡. i am hiding in my attic after this 🤡 KDJSKDJKSD but ehre we are!!!!!!!!!! 🥺🧡🧡 i hope youll like it <3333333
number 88 gave the sentence “I will never stop fighting for you. I will never stop protecting you.”!!!! isnt that romantic!!
this is some fluffy fluff but its a fantasy/royalty au and an assassin involved, but no gore-y mentions of deaths!!! <33333 it came out as 894 words! thank you for sending one in, i hope you enjoy it!!! :')
Tumblr media
The room is dark as you sit by the wooden desk, fiddling with all the items laid out in front of you. This is Osamu’s … lair, you could say – and he’s messy. It’s not so much an office as it’s his living quarters. He’s rarely here anyway, only in-between missions. You learned early that he prefers to sleep in the stables anyway, weapon at the ready.
He’s out right now, on a mission sent by your mother, the queen. There’s been upheaval underneath the finer layer of society, mentions of coup d’états and rotten hate. Threats towards you, the sole heir has even been issued. It brings unease into your heart.
Your mother is not necessarily a popular ruler. She’s headstrong with a heightened moral compass that she isn’t afraid to act on and punish those needed, which, in her defense, has lowered the general crime rate. So, she’s not a bad one either.
But alas, she has also created a divide and unknowingly made an underground mob of criminals.
This is where Miya Osamu comes in. He’s hired as the kingdom’s assassin – and he’s currently also the man who receives your affections.
You met in the Gardens for the first time ten years ago, when he was just a stableboy. He didn’t recognize you nor your title as he approached you without apprehension. It delighted you, seeing how isolating being the royal heir could be.
Originally, he only acknowledged you to apologize for his twin’s behavior. You were surprised, thinking it had been the same boy who’d thrown grass at you for telling him off when he pulled branches off of the tree. You’d sat and talked for an hour after that.
You slump down onto the chair with a sigh. Reminiscing your past with him is not going to bring him back earlier – or any safer.
You pick up the fountain pen and fiddle with it, dipping it in ink. You fold up your sleeve so that you can doodle on your arm. Osamu has tattoos – you’ve always dreamt of matching him.
”Is that considered proper entertainment?”
You yelp out as you drop the pen, spilling ink on the fabric of your garments before it hits the floor, rolling off and disappearing somewhere underneath the desk. You’ll purchase him a new one.
You put your palm to your chest and heave in a grounding sigh as you spot Osamu crouched on the windowsill, looking at you. He seems happy to have managed to scare you but he’s trying to suppress the glee. You shake your head and get up from his chair.
“Welcome back.”
He jumps down easily from the sill with a smile as he unwraps his utility belt to place on the big chest next to the window. You’ve always been curious as to what he’s hiding inside. When he nears you, he gently takes your arm and pulls it towards him. He wants to admire your handiwork it seems. You just hope he doesn’t touch your pulse point directly and feel the velocity in which it is pulsing. You’d surely pass out if he ever called you out so directly.
He whistles as he turns your arm, “this one reminds me of my rose,” he notes and your breath hitches sharply. He looks up at you from underneath his eyelashes, hoping you do not see the blush adorning his cheeks. To his luck, you’re much too focused on the part of your body where you connect at the moment. You’re concerned with the sweat emerging from your palms.
“Your majesty?” he asks and you’re pulled back to the moment. You hum out a reply as you retract your arm, straightening your back.
“I have taken care of the threat.” He says, his voice unusually official near you.
Right, the threat aimed at you. You slump and sigh. “I can feel your unease,” he says, reaching out for your arm again. He hides his hurt well when you pull it behind you, out of reach.
He remembers his place. He’s just your assassin.
You smile weakly before you raise your gaze again to look at him, “I’m happy to hear so, do not misunderstand,” you also raise your arm again in an effort to mend the hurt he thinks you don’t see, grazing his cheek slightly. He can’t help but lean into your palm for a split second before he collects himself.
“But you are correct. The apprehension will not leave me. This is the third one that you’ve been tasked with. Under the woodworks they will continue to emerge and I…” you trail off and silence grows together with the distance between the two of you. Osamu refuses to let it continue like this; he grabs the arm by his cheek and turns his head slowly. With only a few millimeters of air separating his lips from your skin, he makes an oath, “I will never stop fighting for you. I will never stop protecting you.”
Your breath hitches again but your heart relaxes immediately, knowing that he will always support you, even if it’s from the shadows. Before he pulls away, you push your hand against his lips so that they finally, completely connect. To your delight, he doesn’t hesitate or move away.
Everything will be okay, as long as you have Miya Osamu by your side.

prompt) someone giving little sakura croptop and demni shorts for her to try on with a cute red hairbow?
"Thank you very much!" Sakura smiles, already putting the cute hair ribbon on and checking herself in the mirror to make sure it looks good on ehr and is place correctly. Once that's done, she looks at the two other clothes, and blushes when she sees how tiny they are.
"Are you sure they're the right size?" she gulps, staring at them dumbfounded. "I'm not... i'm not pretty enough to wear these!" And she was shy, and she didn't know what others would say, and she's look ridiculous, and everyone would mock her, and...
But after some words of reassurance, she went to changing room with the two clothes and, after hesitating even more, for many minutes, not sure if she would put them on or not, emerged from the stall with them on.
She was incredibly cute and pretty with them on, and was still blushing furiously as she showed them off to the gifter. "How do I look?" She was completely inexperienced, and didn't know how to best pose or show off, but she felt very exposed wearing them, and didn't think she'd keep them for the moment.
Even when her interlocutor reassured her again, told her she looked stunning and pretty and even sexy in them, little Sakura doubted them and, after some twirling aroudn that showed off her pretty body to others, she returned to the changing stall and put them back in her bag.
"I'll... i'll think abotu wearing them again another day." she apologized. They had made her feel exposed, almost naked, and blushing and sure she was about to be mocked, but also... kind of sexy? She would think about it for many days afterwards, wondering if she would wear these again. But she had already started to think fo ehrself as maybe sexy, so these clothes had doen exactly what they were supposed to: make Sakura feel sexy and make her want to show off her body.

Your objective: To plot a murder to subtle that not even the victim (one of your characters) knows what's happening until it's too late.
Rules: You cannot use poison, but are free to use whatever else you feel like. You cannot carry out said murder in real life (for legal and moral reasons). Simply describe how you would go about it with any specific character of yours.
Have fun!
no poisons and do irl murdering? bummer :(
BUT YES FINALLY PLEASE TAKE A SIT AND GRAB POPCORN OR LEAVE THIS POST IF URE NOT SO EXCITED ABOUT MURDERS!
this is a very cool scheme tm i thought about a few days ago (cause yes its what i do in my free time)
did u know that air, the one we breathe every day is VERY dangerous if it gets in ur lil blood system? well, now u do.
our dear victim, lets say.. giada, shes been around the dead too long theyve now infected her >:D
i was saying, Giada, as the very health attentive citizen that she is, is going to get a vaccine cause, ya know, ✨covid✨ and who she finds there to give ehr the vaccine? me ofc! (lets all take a moment to appreciate my dedition to this since i am terribly agophobic)
so, Giada sits down and i give her a nice air shot. BAM. heart attack!
its a little one tho, as a cover so i make her lay down and raise her legs to make the blood circulate better *wink wink*
the air gets around and she eventually faints. i quickly throw the empty siringe in the bin and call someone (idk like emergency button? something like that) and start "panicking".
as soon as they arrive (so very soon) what they see is a woman who didnt handle a strong vaccine well (and who already spent hours in a not so healthy environment) and an absolutely panicking nurse.
BUT, its not finished yet! the best part has yet to come!
ill let a month or so pass, the news was on the papers and shit, our next target is giada's old enemy (never even mentioned in the story but ofc she has one).
we are going to make a very touchy and badly executed murder, and what i mean by that is that well leave fingerprints, strands of hair and so on EVERYWHERE, but, but, but it wont be OUR dna! no no no! it will be giada's!
this murder (im considering an external part from the rules since the ha-bet-u-didnt-see-this-coming murder was giada's) will be a very nrmal one, like stabbing or sometihng like that.
the knife will be there etc.
then, thank u holly jackson and all the creepy and very detailed books ive read, were gonna make it seem as if the murder has happened wayyyy earlier by leaving it in a VERy hot room and absolutel NEVER moving the body.
were gonna get ourselves an alibi and take out a couple relics from a month ago: a silicone replica of giada's hands, with fingerprints and all, some of giada's saliva and a couple of strands from giada's hair.
were gonna go back to the crime scene (which is now cadaver-less) and leave proof around, possibly not seen but if we must, undercover looking like giada and leavung evidence very quiclky.
were now gonna come back with some more of giada's dna to leave on the body and put it again in the crime scene (which should be a place without security cameras) plus a sprinkle of giada's dna.
we leave the crime scene (still masked as giada) and leave the body there, brutally murdered and in plain view.
the police find it and everything leads to a dead person.
the body cant be more than a couple days old and all proof leads to their longly deceased old nemesis.
BAM.
(notes: it is very important to wear a mask, gloves, goggles and a bald cap or a silicone swimming cap while performing the second murder, preferrably all black and to be shaved as in to leave no dna behind)
the perfect and way too creepy murder!

Maximizing Patient Retention with Our Patient Intelligence Platform
Tumblr media
Patient retention is more important than ever in the highly competitive healthcare sector. Healthcare professionals must adjust to patients' changing expectations while maintaining high standards of care.
A generative AI in pharma offers a revolutionary way to accomplish this goal by helping physicians efficiently use data and technology. This article examines the ways in which a patient intelligence platform might enhance overall healthcare delivery and optimize patient retention.
What is a Patient Intelligence Platform?
A solution known as a patient intelligence platform is designed to integrate, analyze and deliver decision support from patient data drawn from multiple sources. These platforms leverage ML, AI, and complex analytics to enhance medical quality, boost patients’ involvement, and streamline operations.
Key features of a PIP include:
Comprehensive Data Integration: This process integrates information from wearable technology, patient surveys, electronic health records (EHRs), and other sources.
Predictive Analytics: Identifies patterns and forecasts patient behavior to direct preventative measures.
Personalized Communication Tools: Allowing personalized messaging according to the history and preferences of the patient. You can also look for a pharma marketing podcast.
Real-Time Monitoring: Monitors patient data for prompt care modifications.
Benefits of a Patient Intelligence Platform for Retention
1. Enhanced Personalization
Patients appreciate healthcare professionals who are aware of their unique demands. A PIP uses patient data analysis to provide health plans, reminders, and recommendations for individualized care. For example, a diabetic patient may be notified of upcoming visits or required laboratory tests, as well as personalized guidance on controlling blood sugar levels.
2. Improved Communication
Communication that works is essential to fostering loyalty and trust. With the use of two-way messaging portals, follow-up emails, and automated reminders, a PIP makes communication easy. Throughout their medical journey, these elements guarantee that patients feel educated and connected. You can also search for a pharma marketing podcast.
3. Proactive Care Management
A PIP can identify patients who are at risk using predictive analytics, allowing doctors to take action before problems worsen. For instance, individuals who show indicators of declining health can be identified for prompt follow-up, which lowers the risk of hospital readmissions or emergency room visits.
4. Streamlined Operations
A PIP streamlines the patient experience by automating administrative duties like scheduling appointments, billing, and record-keeping. Because they face fewer obstacles in managing their healthcare, patients are more likely to stick with a provider when procedures are made simpler. You can also look for a pharma podcast.
5. Strengthened Patient Engagement
Patients who are actively involved are more likely to stick with you. Through interactive resources, educational content, and wellness initiatives catered to each patient's objectives, a PIP encourages participation. Involving patients in their care promotes long-term partnerships by giving them the power to make educated decisions.
Implementing a Patient Intelligence Platform
1. Assess Organizational Needs
Healthcare providers should assess their present patient retention issues and set objectives prior to implementing a PIP. For example, it may be crucial to prioritize scheduling capabilities if missed appointments are a major problem. You can also search for a pharma podcast.
2. Choose the Right Platform
PIPs are not all made equal. Providers need to pick a solution that fits their particular needs, is scalable, and works well with their current systems.
3. Train Staff
Staff adoption is essential for successful implementation. Team members that receive thorough training are certain to know how to use the platform to its fullest potential.
4. Monitor and Optimize
Finding areas for improvement requires constant platform performance monitoring and analysis. Over time, regular updates and feedback loops can aid in process improvement and result enhancement.
Measuring the Impact of a Patient Intelligence Platform
Healthcare providers can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like these to assess a PIP's efficacy:
Patient Satisfaction Scores: Feedback and surveys can reveal how patients see the caliber of service.
Retention Rates: Keeping track of the number of patients who come back for follow-up appointments or continuing care.
Operational Efficiency: Measures such as quicker response times, shorter wait periods, and decreased no-show rates.
Health Outcomes: Improved indicators for patient wellness, adherence to preventive care, and chronic illness management.
Future Trends in Patient Retention Technology
It is anticipated that patient intelligence platforms will continue to develop as technology progresses. Among the new trends are:
Integration with Wearables: Real-time health data from devices like activity trackers and smartwatches can improve care tailoring.
AI-Powered Virtual Assistants: Chatbots and virtual assistants can improve accessibility by offering 24/7 assistance for typical patient questions.
Telehealth Expansion: By combining PIP capabilities with telehealth services, remote care delivery is made possible, increasing convenience and accessibility.
Conclusion
One effective option for healthcare professionals looking to increase patient retention is a patient intelligence platform. A generative AI in pharma fosters stronger patient relationships and improved health outcomes through increased personalization, improved communication, and streamlined operations. In order to survive in a competitive market, healthcare institutions must embrace cutting-edge technology like PIPs as patient expectations keep increasing.

Emerging Trends in Emergency Medicine Technology
Emergency medicine is a fast-evolving field that relies on the ability to diagnose and treat life-threatening conditions quickly. As technology advances, emergency medical teams are equipped with new tools that improve the speed and quality of care they provide. From artificial intelligence (AI) to telemedicine, innovations in emergency medicine technology are reshaping how healthcare professionals respond to emergencies, enabling them to save lives, reduce errors, and manage resources more efficiently. This article explores the key emerging trends in emergency medicine technology that are changing the landscape of urgent care.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Diagnosis and Decision-Making
Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are making their way into emergency medicine, promising to improve diagnostic accuracy and real-time decision-making. These technologies can assist healthcare providers by analyzing large volumes of medical data and suggesting possible diagnoses, risk factors, or treatment options based on patterns that human eyes might overlook.
AI-powered tools like computer vision algorithms are particularly useful in diagnostic imaging. For example, AI can analyze X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs more quickly and accurately than traditional methods, helping to detect conditions like fractures, internal bleeding, or tumors that require immediate attention. In some cases, AI can identify conditions such as stroke or cardiac arrhythmias even before a clinician can evaluate the patient, reducing time to treatment.
Machine learning also plays a role in predictive analytics, helping emergency teams to assess the likelihood of certain events or complications. For instance, predictive models can help forecast which patients are at higher risk for sepsis or organ failure based on early signs, enabling medical teams to take preventive actions earlier in the process.
AI-driven decision-support systems, like those being integrated into electronic health records (EHRs), can also provide evidence-based recommendations for treatment based on the most up-to-date medical guidelines. These systems can act as second opinions, improving patient outcomes by reducing human error and ensuring the best course of action is followed.
Telemedicine and Remote Patient Monitoring
Telemedicine has emerged as an essential tool in emergency medicine, especially as healthcare facilities face overcrowding, resource shortages, and long wait times. In emergencies, telemedicine allows patients to consult with medical professionals remotely, enabling quicker triage and reducing the burden on emergency departments (EDs). This is particularly beneficial in rural areas, where access to medical facilities may be limited.
Telemedicine platforms connecting patients to emergency physicians via video conferencing are helpful for minor emergencies and follow-up consultations. For example, in the case of non-urgent conditions like skin rashes or simple musculoskeletal injuries, telemedicine enables patients to receive immediate advice without needing a physical visit to the ED. This technology improves patient satisfaction and reduces the risk of overcrowding in emergency rooms, allowing emergency teams to focus on the most critical cases.
Remote patient monitoring (RPM) is another crucial advancement in telemedicine, especially for patients with chronic health conditions or those recovering from severe illnesses. With RPM, wearable devices or sensors can continuously monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and temperature. In emergency medicine, this technology allows healthcare providers to monitor high-risk patients remotely, providing real-time alerts if any significant changes occur.
For example, patients at risk of heart attacks, strokes, or respiratory failure can be monitored in their homes, while physicians or paramedics can intervene immediately if the patient’s condition worsens. This technology can also be used for post-discharge care, reducing hospital readmission rates by ensuring patients are well-managed after leaving the emergency room.
Drones and Robotics in Emergency Medical Response
The use of drones and robotics in emergency medical response is an exciting development that has the potential to revolutionize how first responders deliver care in urgent situations. Drones, in particular, are proving valuable for providing medical supplies to areas that are difficult to access, such as disaster-stricken zones, remote regions, or areas with severe traffic congestion.
Drones with medical payloads, such as defibrillators, vaccines, or blood products, can reach their destinations faster than traditional ground transportation methods. For example, in the event of a cardiac arrest, a drone carrying an automated external defibrillator (AED) can be dispatched to the scene in minutes, giving emergency responders the tools they need to save a life long before an ambulance arrives. Similarly, drones are being used to deliver medication to patients in isolated areas, providing quicker access to life-saving drugs and improving patient outcomes.
In addition to drones, robots are increasingly utilized in emergency medical settings. Surgical robots, for instance, are becoming more common in trauma care, offering exact and minimally invasive procedures. Robots can assist with tasks like suturing or wound debridement, allowing human surgeons to focus on more complex interventions. Robotic exoskeletons are also being tested to assist with patient transport within hospitals, enabling caregivers to safely move patients from one location to another without causing strain on their bodies.
These technologies are still in the early stages of development, but the potential for drones and robotics to enhance emergency medical response is vast. As regulations evolve and technology becomes more refined, drones and robotics will likely become a standard component of emergency care.
Mobile Health Applications and AI-Powered Apps for Emergency Medicine
Mobile health applications (mHealth apps) transform emergency medicine by enabling patients and providers to access vital health information quickly. Many emergency services now utilize apps that allow patients to share their medical history, current symptoms, and vital signs before they even arrive at the emergency room. This information can be automatically sent to the hospital’s emergency department, giving physicians and nurses a head start on diagnosis and treatment as soon as the patient arrives.
For instance, apps like PulsePoint notify nearby off-duty emergency responders, such as paramedics and EMTs, when someone is experiencing a cardiac arrest in a public place. This system enables trained individuals to respond more quickly and initiate CPR or use an AED, improving survival chances while awaiting the arrival of professional responders.
Another example of mHealth innovation is using AI-powered apps to assess and prioritize emergencies. Some apps use machine learning to analyze the user's symptoms and medical history, offering recommendations for the next steps. These apps might advise users to go to the emergency room, visit a doctor, or seek immediate medical attention. While not a replacement for a medical professional, these tools can help individuals make informed decisions in a medical emergency, mainly when unsure about the severity of their condition.
