A boring place with boring men. Oh, Meg liked her.

Raising a brow, smirking, she arches her neck; views the other woman with gentle intrigue. She's got a lovely face; bright, green eyes... very unusual... and a voice that tingles with a firey albeit graceful humor. From her looks alone, it's impossible to tell where she's from ━━ Paris hosts those from places far and wide ━━ but Meg senses a certain otherness, a certain exoticism, within the other woman, and it feels ... strangely... a bit like her own. Different from it, yet familiar. A kinship, perhaps?

Well, certainly in the joke, of course.

❝ Does it? Yeesh, coulda fooled me. Guys do have a certain knack for yappin' and... makin' us all forget about the beauty of a place, huh. ❞

Show her around? Meg hadn't been expecting that, though. Cocking her head to one side, her features soften in the smallest way; blink and one would miss it. She retains her smirk, however, both playful and protective. ❝ Well, sure ━━ if ya don't mind playin' skipper to a lone gal like me. ❞ Meg meets the other's beautiful eyes, a spark across her own, and holds out a hand, delicately. ❝ Megara. Call me Meg. ❞

Terrance scrambled to the corner of the cage, the scrawny and overgrown half-sheep man trying to get away from whoever was there, unaware that he was being freed.

In the shadows of the partially covered cage, he looked so small and he whimpered softly, squeezing his eyes shut and covering his face, expecting a beating to follow.

"And what is THIS?!" The Captain emerged from his cabin perhaps... At the most inopportune time, as it seemed some of his men had uncovered an unwanted passenger aboard the ship.

His eyes glanced over the defensive looking woman and... Was that a goat? He blinked, adjusting his coat and stepping forward with intent, purpose and with elegant posture.

"Madam, you best be havin' a good excuse for being on me ship..."

Hook tapped his pen harshly against the paper as he glared at the woman and her... Goat... Before him. He was not used to a woman aboard the ship, neither were his men and they had to be put in LINE to learn their manners and he wasn't about to go on protective duty for her.

"So... If you're to be stuck aboard me ship for this voyage, then I should make use of you."
