I haven’t played DAI in a long, long time because FF14 has eaten my brain, so I haven’t posted about them in ages. J’s finally started playing it recently, though, and listening to him go through it is bringing the old itch back... 

I’ll have to dust their saves off sometime soon and take better screenshots. (And, uh, maybe finish Beau’s save eventually.)

U, it gave me so many feels!!!! Do you know how many times this scenerio has played in my head!!! All I can think is this:

Daniel: They're my kids, Ember. You can't keep them from me. *forced calm*

Ember: I can't? You want to bet? *deep breath* I wouldn't dream of keeping your kids from you. But, I don't see your kids. I see MY kids.

Ember: DON'T! I WAS THE ONE UP EVERY NIGHT WITH THEM! I WAS THE ONE DEALING WITH THE TANTRUMS! I WAS THE ONE PUTTING UP ALL THE EFFORT! WHAT KIND OF PARENT ARE YOU! THOSE ARE MY KIDS DANIEL! AND HARRY'S TECHNICALLY SINCE HE'S BEEN THE ONE RAISING THEM WHILE YOU WERE TOO BUSY STICKING YOUR DICK IN ANDY!
