    STAYING AT CADEN’S could only last for so long. A few nights ago she’d been lucky when she snuck back into her dorm for a few necessities to last her a few days and her roommates were nowhere to be found. In a way, she was thankful for boot camp, because she wasn’t in her usual classes where Lou could stare her down and everyone was so caught up in the exercises that there was barely time to catch your breath let alone step away to gossip. Katerina hoped to keep up this luck as she quietly twisted the knob, making her way into her room. Only, quite as soon as she crossed the threshold, two sets of e y e s zeroed in on her. And a tension suffocatingly thick enveloped the room. The brunette smiled stiffly in response. “Hey...” she said nervously as she closed the door behind her. “Uhh...I come in peace?”

    “SO ─ I DON’T see any vodka, but I’ll keep an eye out for you,” he joked as he stepped up to a particularly feisty redhead. With a quick look, up and down, Rhys slowly said, “You look...nice, Eloise”

Dimitri was happy to know that the flight over to Saint Petersburg was good for her, but his nerves over Lou meeting his father made them completely and totally shot. She could probably tell this, which was why she was make casual conversation as the town car took them deeper into the city and closer to the eye of the storm, that being his father. 

He glanced at her, smiling gently in her direction with his hand holding hers softly. His thumb rubbed over her skin in small circles. “A weird dream, hm?” he asked, his voice husky and his accent deeper from disuse of his voice. His eyes looked over her face, taking in everything he had missed during their short time apart. It had only been a few weeks, but being apart from her was a nightmare when he was on a mission and he couldn’t keep contact. “Tell me, was I a part of it? Because if not, I’m going to be extremely disappointed that you weren’t dreaming of me,” he teased.

Waking up with amnesia au

The first thing that Rowan felt when she came to was the throbbing in her head. It was pounding, and there was a sharp, shooting sensation in her temple that let her know that she had definitely been hit with something. Something hard.

The second thing she noticed was that she was most definitely not on the gym floor, but on some sort of bed, the fabric of a sheet resting under her fingers. She squeezed her fists briefly, her eyes doing the same, and she blinked her eyes open slowly. She realized, after a moment, that she was definitely int he infirmary.

How did she get there? She couldn’t remember, at least not for the time being. Looking up, she saw a redheaded girl sitting beside her, a very worried expression on her face. It only got worse when she noticed Rowan was awake. 

The other girl furrowed her eyebrows, and she sat up straighter. “Rowan?” she asked, getting closer to her. Rowan furrowed her eyebrows and shook her head. Her head was still pounding, and all she wanted to do was make it stop. 

“You were kicked in the head,” the other girl explained. “Pretty hard, according to your partner. Take it easy.” She went on, explaining that the nurse had said that she might feel some side effects. 

A headache. Check. Some nausea. Now that Rowan thought about that… check. Possible memory loss. Wait.

With that, Rowan blinked, looking up, and shaking her head. “I’m sorry,” she said, holding out her hand and stopping the other from rattling off more problems. “Who are you?” 

The surprise on the other’s face was almost too much to bear, and Rowan waited a beat before she burst out laughing. Lou looked surprise for a moment, and then she scowled. “You asshole!” she exclaimed, and Rowan only laughed harder. 

After calming herself down, Rowan wiped her eyes of her tears and she smiled at her friend, reaching out and taking the other’s hand, though Lou still scowled deeply. “I could never forget you,” she started, laughing softly under her breath. Her head still hurt, and she needed the nurse. She needed “Plus, I wasn’t hit that hard. I probably have a wicked concussion though.”

                  benji wasn’t blind , persay , but he definitely needed some help seeing.  his eyes needed a break from contacts , plus he was running on his last pair — new ones would be there in a week so he would have to resort to glasses in the meanwhile.  however , it’d be great if he knew where they were.  he was searching all over his room , they had to be somewhere.  eyes narrowed as he attempted to see carmen as she asked what he was looking for.  however , not being able to see didn’t necessarily bring out the smart in the man.  he was going headeded towards where she was but didn’t see that he left his shoe in the middle of the way —- he had a bad habit of doing that.  he stumbled forwards grabbing the only thing he could which unfortunately was her and they both landed on the ground.  the two very close , somehow flashes of new years happened right before his eyes.  “ uh — yeah , can’t find my glasses. “

 “─ OH, HEY LOU,” Kat said as she stepped into her dorm. As much as she would’ve preferred staying with Caden, the girl needed a mild breather from all the testosterone. She didn’t expect to see any of her roommates to be there ─ despite the lockdown, she thought they all had plans to be elsewhere with their dates. “I thought you were gonna be with the hot Russian tonight,” she commented while slowly making her way over to the redhead’s bed.

    RHYS DIDN’T GET drunk very often. In fact, he can count on his two hands the number of times he went completely BEYOND his limit. But tonight called for reinforcements and enough liquid courage to say...whatever was on his mind. Rhys wasn’t quite sure what that was yet but that didn’t stop him from banging on Jo’s door at this late hour. He didn’t even stop for pause when the redhead answered the door rather than her. “Is Jo here?” He slurred as he leaned against the doorframe for support.
