hey!! this blog isn’t dead, i promise! happy 2019, everyone!

art wise, it’s been a good year for me!! i did a lot more original work this year than last, and i started getting back into making comics, which i’ve always loved. even did inktober successfully this year! with pens! and although i do plan to do much more experimentation this year (because sometimes I don’t like the simplicity of my style), i’m still pretty happy with everything on here, which is rare for me.

so here’s to a better and more creative new year!!

#ellie still has her february space and that bitch from september is back where she was last year #also as usual the quality and frequency of my work dropped dead in december #i spent a couple weeks putting together a dnd campaign for me and my family to play over christmas #so the december spot is held by my older siblings half elven druid character who took absolutely no damage the entire time we played #anyway #thanks for sticking with this blog i love you guys and i read all of your tags #happy new year #for real though this was probably one of the tougher years of my life #mentally i was in the worst place i'd ever been #and even though i spent the year kind of getting back on my feet and doing repair work for old mistakes i've made #a lot of the art i made i made for myself #oc content no one would be interested in or straight up catharsis artwork to try and work through some bad stuff #so if i get back into fan work more this year (or if i start being brave enough to share ocs) this blog will be less neglected going forward #anyway again i've got four of these now!!! i love lining them up and staring at them #summary of art
