Did i cry through the last 30 minutes of Hamilton? YES. God damn it, Burr, you were like my favourite character. And the last seconds of Hamilton's life were brilliant, every song combined, everyone mentioned?? I thought it would be cheap whenthey started showing his point of view but no it is amazing, such a tribute. And Eliza, didn't expect she was the one who tells your story. And the parallels! With his son and with this duel. And Burr crying out Wait when it's too late. I love the theme with waiting. Wait for it, just you wait and so on. Oh my god, how genius this is. There are stilltears in my eyes and i watched a youtube collaborations of pictures and music. Well rather brilliant pictures. God i want to Broadway. And it is so brilliant, amazing, astonishing. And did i scream noooo at the screne when he was about to say abour the cheating. And i listened to 'Congratulations' previously so it's not like i didn't know but i still was noooooo. Please don't. Please don't, how stupid this is, what kind of fucked up reasoning. And now i know where all of this quotes are from! It works so well with Star Wars, honestly. My first friend! Jeasus. And he remembered Laurence. And Thomas Jefferson is top notch. And the death of the son, god. At first i didn't realize where all of this repeat of Hamiton is going but when i was 'oh no, it is the son' because i saw spoilers and oh god where are suffering too terrible to name. Unimaginable is just god. I feel the heat in my head really. That is so good. That is everything art should be. So god, so god. I loved this Washington so much. And everyone are so god. Right hand man, ten duel commandment, congratulations, satisfied, alexander hamilton, everything is gold, amazing, i can't stop listening and the more i listen the more i like it. The last face i ever see. Gooooood. I love theater. I want to go to that. I want to go to that. This is so good i am crying again. I almost had a heart attack with the first duel and it turned out fine but all the rest i just... why. And Room where it happens. It is so politically attractive. The aesthetic. And there are still tears in my eyes.

That elevates his status, I’d have to be naive to set that aside, maybe that is why I introduce him to Eliza. Now that’s his bride, nice going, Angelica, he was right, you will never be satisfied. Lin-Manuel Miranda

Marrying a Schuyler sister did elevate Hamilton’s status, there can be no doubt about that. Though he was rising of his own accord, the boost in name recognition which came with being associated with the Schuylers in New York City was no doubt helpful to Hamilton throughout his life. It elevated his status socially, though monetarily, Hamilton was still worried about providing for Eliza. This is particularly clear through a letter he wrote before they were married when he asks whether she is sure she should marry someone poor.
