He took a break from studying and attended a frat party on September 28th, 2017 (1300 block of Lawrence Steet). He was asked to leave and was *allegedly* punched and grabbed by the neck and put into a head lock. He pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the student. He ran away and was grabbed again and called the n-word, he stabbed that second student. Another student tripped him and tried to attack him, so he swung the knife at him. Three students were reported injured. He was charged with 3 counts of malicious wounding. Elijah has no prior criminal record. His aunt told us, “He’s someone’s father, son, grandson, brother, nephew. Never been in trouble. He was a star basketball player at William Fleming High School.
