hi yes umm okay so apologies if I've totally misinterpreted characterisation but here are some jumbled thoughts:

menorah and eli strike me as having a similar dynamic to cartman & kyle in terms of cartman gets into trouble and kyle tries to stop him. but with menorah and eli, I think it would be fewer manipulative schemes and more silly goofy antics. just like, menorah doing stuff like "hey we should totally hide in ikea overnight!!" and eli being like "we should NOT-" but then he goes with her anyway but only for damage control, of course. or so he tells himself. in reality she always gets him 100% on board by the end of it. and yeah, they may get into trouble, but at least they're going down together 😎

for her and golden boy benji, I think there would be a little more friendly rivalry. as a chronic overachiever, benji expects everyone to look up to him, but menorah is just like, "eh :/" and that really bugs him!! because he's so cool and awesome!! why doesn't she see that!! so he ends up doing stupid shit to try to impress her, but every time she's just like, "eh :/" and idk, maybe she goads him into doing more and more extreme shit, and even though he knows it's a bad idea, he's not gonna back down from the challenge!! and it escalates until he winds up breaking a bone or something. and then she sends him a get-well-soon card in the hospital and inside she's written "do better :/" and he's like DAMMIT

Do you have fan names for kyle’s kids?

I do! I’ve had them picked out for ages because, ironically, I always headcanoned an older boy and younger girl for him (and for Stan, bc of course they’re married). They existed only in my Sims games until now!

Maybe they’re super predictable choices but, oh well. For the boy, Elijah (Eli). Elijah was an important Hebrew prophet and defender of the faith, which I think would resonate with Kyle. For the girl, Abigail (Abby), which is also a Hebrew name and means “father’s joy”, and the Biblical Abigail was highly intelligent, a characteristic that Kyle obviously values. They’re both also just good names. The Broflovskis don’t really have Hebrew names other than Ike, but I like the idea of Kyle choosing names that have spiritual meaning, or names that resonate with him as someone who has spent his life fostering a complicated and deep relationship with God and defending his religion to people like Cartman.

Standard Presentation Tests (the SPTs) are finally here for our favorite students of South Park Middle School. WAAAAAAA this so nice!!! its so cool how well thought out all your hcs all are, even down to their names!! kind of a lil embarrassed bc mine aren't as detailed ajdhajaj, but ill share anyway!!! bc i wanna talk abt these silly little goobers

idk how we managed to both have this hc but i ALSO HC KYLE'S SON AS BEING VRY INTERESTED IN HISTORY (and being generally academically gifted) but also so funny bc??? all our other hcs are totally opposite to one another 😭😭😭

Kyle's son, who i have named Elwynn "Eli" Broflovski after a very productive 15 minutes scrolling through baby name websites and mixing and matching names until i found one i vibed with, i always characterized to be the one generally introverted and aloof and wears a constant poker face. he's generally polite, and even mildly popular, but he prefers to keep to himself. he has a small friend circle (which sooner or later becomes enlarged out of circumstances beyond his control) and likes it that way, as he easily tires if made to interact with a large number of other people for an extended period of time. he's also very academically gifted, except for math, for which he almost always just barely passes, and while i also hc'd him to be athletic, i never really gave him a sport he's interested in. he's a deep sleeper that loves to do absolutely nothing on the weekends and wakes up at lunch time only bc his friends are banging at his door so they can hang out.

like i said he's very into history!! he thinks its fascinating to see what life was like in the past in different places and what kinda shit went down. he also rlly likes comics!! of any kind of any topic, art style and theme. he just likes to read in general. ive never rlly imagined him going thru a rebellious phase tbh, but i guess dating the daughter of the man your father hates is as rebellious as gets though? akdjskak, in all seriousness i do think he might have some insecurities at times bc as good as you are, there's always someone better. moreso when he thinks someone else is way better suited for menorah to date (and whose family cartman doesn't hate) but he generally keeps this to himself as he always does, but his behavior changes just enough for menorah to sniff it out, and for kyle to wonder who the extra lunch he keeps cooking everyday is for 🤨🤨🤨

he's very good with household chores, esp cooking!! i feel like mama sheila would have a cookbook of jewish recipes and that kyle would pass it down to eli. he likes to cook for people he cares about, it's his most prominent love language <3 while he is generally deadpan and blunt, he's hopelessly easy to fluster, and in terms of temperament his is actually the best between the kyle, him and his sister. he just glares, holds it in, and leaves the situation bc he really can't be bothered to fight. he's got better things to do and, as student council vice president (former president) that's not a good example set gor everyone else (and he'd rather not have rumors about him flying around)

but as much as he is poker faced he's a very emotional person!! he cares very deeply for his family and friends, and will throw hands if he deems it necessary and unavoidable (whether unavoidable bc of the situation or unavoidable bc he's too angry to back down.) and in that vein, he wants the people he cares about to be happy, and sometimes has the tendency to put their needs/wants over his own. this leads to him and aubrey teaming up to overnanalyze the people the interact with their dad to matchmake him with somebody they think is fit for him and go get him some!!! and speaking of his sister,

Aubrey "Abby" Broflovski also named after scrolling through baby name websites and her nickname being from another user, is an absolute menace of a little girl. the personality of a smart anime ikemen bad boy in the body of an jewish american little girl. ok thats just stretching it lol, but she's a goofy ass kid!! in contrast to her brother she's very extroverted, but also prefers to keep a sizeable friend group (3 main friends with a few others she's cool with even. to form a group kinda like the main 4. ykyk) . she's also academically gifted, but not as much as her brother (her grades being a balance of A's and B's where as Eli's are straights A's that stops dead at the D- he has in math). she's a friendly chirpy little gal and likes to adopt stray introverts around the corners, and she's in the ice hockey team as captain! since pcov does exist in some utopian universe ill just take the liberty to say children's sports teams are now mixed in gender. so she's really kicking ass! kyle was very, very hesitant to let her play hockey (flashbacks to stanley's cup) but he lets her after her incessant pleading and having a powerpoint presentation on why she should let her play. nonetheless he's there every practice and every game and is always reminding her and scheking her safety gear for himself to make sure she's safe.

speaking of kicking ass girl knows how to give a roundhouse to the face. while she eventually knocks it out a little after a few incidents of her father being called to school she's always ready to throw hands. she does her best to play peacekeeper and try to tesolve things in a peaceful, resonable way, her temper is just as short as kyle's and it'd be best not to test her patience. even so, once she's calmed down depending on what you did, its not actually very difficult for her to forgive, kind of easy even. also i totally imagine her and moisha getting along better in highschool but absolutely hating each other in elementary and middle school. mostly with moisha bothering her on account of his father and abby fighting back on account of her short temper. i absolutely also love to imagine moisha thinking menorah and eli's relationship is unbelievable and trying to break them up while abby is trying to stop him without letting the couple know. hijinks ensue, school property is broken, kyle and cartman are called to school etc. etc.

i also really love the idea of her really connecting with charity work, and just helping peop in general. she definitely gets a really strong sense of justice from kyle too, and i like to think that alot of the reasons she starts throwing hands and adopting introverts is for that reason too. she stays behind to help anyone in her ocket team if their injured or if they wanna do extra practice, she walks home with any later stranglers at school, she helps her friends study etc.

i picture her as being really into video games and metal! she has a band and they play in the basement whenever kyle and eli aren't around so she isnt forced to play a little less louder doesnt bother anyone. i feel it'd be really funny to see this polite looking girl have a band and then shes singing scream-o. i also feel like she really likes to wear suits? this could be just me wanting an excuse to draw girls in suits but she likes suits. she also like dresses she just likes suits better. in formal events she always asks her dad if she'd be allowed to wear suits, she just thinks its cool. she also likes to wear one of those more punky outfits with the leather and spikes, kyle is always a little concerned but indulges her anyway bc he just cant say no to a well organized powerpoint presentation

anyways, i think that's the most of it!!! its so fun seeing other people's interpretations and seeing how similar but also how totally different they are.

hey hey!! random question but what do you think kyle's kids are like? or even cartman's kids. i've just been sitting in my little corner with my own little characterizations so i figured might as well break out of my shell a little and ask other ppl what their interpretations are, and ur rlly fun!! :D

I love all your art of Kyle and Cartmans' children very much, it's fantastic :D I thought long and hard, and have come up with these wildly unfounded headcanons for Kyle’s children, partially influenced by kidfics I have read by authors such as Hollycomb and Sekrit (credit to the latter for being the first to name Kyle’s kid Benji!)

Benjamin Bartholemew Broflovski: I’ve always headcanoned Kyle’s middle name as Benjamin. Likewise, I hc Bartholomew is a family name on Gerald’s side, so Kyle wanted to honour that too. Plus, he's a big fan of alliteration :D

Benji is an overachieving, do-no-wrong golden child. He plays a lot of soccer in his youth (watched over by Soccer Mom Kyle) but switches to basketball in high school after a generous growth spurt. He’s also academically gifted, getting great grades in all of his classes. His favourite subject is history, specifically early civilisation. Would you like to know how the ancient Egyptians mummified the dead? Or the process of constructing an ancient Roman road? Well, he’s going to tell you anyway, and the lecture will last no less than two hours, and no, you don’t get a break. The only time that Benji does not exude confidence is when it comes to dating when he's older, wherein he’s a flustered and stuttering mess. He’s got the Bitchless Broflovski curse, I’m afraid 😔

Despite his radiant childhood, he goes through a rebellious phase in his early teen years. He starts to worry that people see him as boring or stuck-up, and so acts out. I doubt he’d go full goth, but maybe he’d get busted for drinking on school property or something, camped out behind the bleachers with some of the Bad Kids. Kyle gets SO MAD that the full name is cracked out: "Benjamin Bartholemew Broflovski!" but Benji figures if it’s pissing his dad off, then he must be doing something right. This behaviour spirals out of control until he has a bit of a scare (someone gets hurt, but not seriously), and after Kyle comes to his rescue, the two have a good ol’ heart to heart and all is well once more :) 

During the brief moment we see him in Post Covid, Benji is shown wearing a kippah, which could indicate that he’s an orthodox Jew. However, Kyle’s lifestyle does not seem to adhere to orthodoxy on the show, and I imagine he’d raise Benji as a reform/liberal Jew, just like I think Kyle is. The kippah could be because they’re at a Denny’s Applebees Max, and some Jews choose to cover their heads when eating, but I believe that, like Gerald, he simply wears his all of the time. As the post-covid conclusion is a utopian vision, Benji has been raised without the same antisemitic bullying that his father experienced, and so has no shame or self-loathing about being Jewish. He’s proud and he’s passionate about his faith!

Ada-May Sheila Broflovski: Kyle strikes me as the kind of guy to name his daughter after a famous feminist figure. Ada is after Ada Lovelace, who’s widely considered to be the first computer programmer! The ‘May’ is a family name, double barreled because he likes the ring to it. Sheila is of course after his mother, who he may have his gripes with, but still loves very dearly.

Ada is a quiet child. Raised in her older brother’s shadow, she’s not as naturally gifted at sports, and despite her namesake struggles quite a lot with math. Kyle loves both his children equally of course, but sometimes he doesn’t know what to make of her, because she’s not very expressive and quite emotionally closed off at times. She really enjoys reading, particularly nonfiction, so Kyle finds ways to connect with her by talking to her about the books she enjoys, and reading her favourites with her.

Ada doesn’t have too many friends whilst growing up, which Kyle stresses over to no end, but she doesn’t mind too much, happy in her own little world. In high school she makes friends with Moisha, Cartman’s son, and they start the school paper together. This kickstarts her passion for photography, as she follows Moisha around with a camera whist he asks people invasive and leading questions. The pair get into a lot of trouble together, and many hijinks ensue. Kyle blames it on Moisha's upbringing by his inept father and secretly misses the days when Ada didn’t have so many friends.

Tzedakah (charity work) is one of the most important commandments that Jews are obligated to observe, and I can see Ada really connecting with this mitzvah. She loves helping people in need, and works on many, many charity drives and events throughout her youth. She inherits a strong sense of justice from her father, and I love the idea of them bonding over this! They volunteer every Wednesday night at a soup kitchen together, and Benji sometimes comes too, making it a family affair :D

So, those are my main headcanons for Benji and Ada at the moment! I’d love to hear anyone else’s thoughts if they’d like to share theirs as well. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to ramble!!
