He leaned back against the tree blowing smoke rings in the air, before Galdor came flying through one sending smoke in all directions. The raven landed on his boot and trilled with laughter. Perian stuck his tongue out at the bird and gently kicked his foot out. Laughing he leaned back on his arms and closed his eyes, while puffing lazily on his pipe. He heard footsteps close by, opening his eyes whoever it was stood in front of him, silhouetted by the sun. "Good day," he said.
