Oh, please, I can't be the only one who HATES the book's Howl! I have my reasons and no one can change my mind. First of all: the age gap. If I'm not mistaken, Sophie is 17 or 18, and Howl is between 25 and 30!!! I mean, what? And not only that, but he was deliberately looking for girls of that age. Are you kidding me? PLUS, he was coming from his modern British city to look for innocent young girls from this medieval kingdom to cheat on them. It's absurd! On top of that there's the issue that his sister hated him for being a worthless piece of shit, basically, and the book portrays her as the bad one?!!! REALLY!!!!? But the straw that broke the camel's back was when he wanted to make Sophie jealous with the witch!!!?!? That guy is a piece of shit with legs, and don't even get me started on what happened in the next book because I can't stand it anymore.
