I am Ekari >:3 But you can call me Eka/Eli if you wish >O< I go by any pronouns and I really love cats! I have been lurking around tumblr for a while now but I mustered up the courage to post some of my art here! And maybe share some photos I took too hehe :3

My dog did one of the most cute things I saw. He hided in bed linen of my room-mate, right inside and between buttons. 😁 Sadly, I don't have a photo of it so I made this doodle. 💛

This time we’ve got a bit to say about Armory, our Oath of the Ancients Paladin, also the last of the original party to set foot into Barovia. Technically we started with a fourth party member, an Aasimar Rogue by the name Shaeldryss, but their PC decided by the end of the Death House that the campaign wasn’t for them. So back to Armory!

It has been 7 years since Armory’s last activation, upon which it (further referred to as “he”, the pronoun most often used to describe Armory) awoke alone under piles of rumble. It would not take long for him to stumble across the remains of many more Warforged, scattered across a vast field.

After two weeks of wandering his first foray into civilized lands did not go well, as people reacted with fear and guard soon intercepted him and bid he leave. Having been referred to as a “husk,” Armory believed this to be his designation, his name. Husk left town hurriedly after a glass bottle thrown by a villager shattered at his feet.

Some six years later, Husk would be found by a seafaring captain by the name of Ekari on one of her trips into town, her attention drawn by children playing his his inactive form. She would be the one to designate him Armroy, upset with those that would call him a husk. Ekari would further go on to take him on as a member of her crew. Thus would begin Armory’s life with his new family.

Alas, happiness rarely lasts, especially considering he’s in Barovia now, yeah? The crew was attacked during a storm one night, during which Armory ended up being thrust overboard. To this day he knows not if the rest of the crew is alive.

During his time in Barovia he has been the moral compass of many, the absolute fascination of one wondrous toymaker, and an annoyance to various dark powers.
