After everything with Liam’s passing, we really see how much lack of empathy people really have for other humans. It’s depressing actually. The way people talked about those boys and their grieving was so awful. Fandoms attacking each other but really just attacking the boys, the inappropriate comments about their looks, what their facial expressions were like, people calling it a reunion, fans upset that the 4 weren’t pictured together, etc. Can they not even just grieve? I saw it all yesterday honestly.
Niall got it for smiling and his hair cut, Harry got called out for his mustache and his general appearance but then a fan with a big account said he looked cute & made it their pfp while simultaneously preaching people shouldn’t post the boys’ pictures. Everyone talking about how hot Zayn looked & others saying he came for publicity same as Harry did because it would look bad if they didn’t show up. Louis got it for his appearance either fans could f*ck the sadness out of him and even said that Harry & Zayn will do that for him, he looks hot when he’s sad or some said he looks sickly & made fun of his appearance and of course exploited his grief. Oh and with no surprise, Niall & Harry hate Louis & Zayn because they weren’t pictured together. Some were excited though because zouis were together in pictures finally (ok, I may have gotten a little glimmer of happiness from that). People claiming Harry hugged Zayn when the guy in the picture with Zayn clearly wasn’t Harry unless he changed his hair and clothes 2 times at the funeral. Even a news station edited a picture to make it look like Harry & Zayn were next to each other walking out, though people debunked that quick because they all entered and left alone per actual video footage. The biggest joke is that JC was there for all the boys and is really like a 2nd dad to them. What? When did JC suddenly become the good guy in this world?
Truth is those boys care about each other and wanted to be there for their brother. Why is that so hard of a concept to comprehend? It’s like people lost all human decency yesterday. And today it’s back to fan wars again. Can people just be normal? Maybe learn something from what has happened? This fandom is very exhausting.
I’m thinking of heading over to Bluesky after this mess. But I’ve seen they’re having their own troubles over there too. What a mess.
Hi, anon!
Yesterday was a day full of emotions, and we shouldn't judge each other based on what was said and done yesterday. People have different favourites, and different relationships with the boys. People are also in different state of grief. Some are done grieving and are back to their normal joking, thirsting, fangirling selves.
There are also alot of people who need attention and will say anything to get it. They are rage-baiting you. There are trolls out there too trying to provoke a reaction. Yesterday was hard and people were extra angry, extra sensitive and lashed out at each other out of misplaced anger and frustration.
The best thing is to avoid it if it upsets you. Controlling it is useless and it's not your job to do that either. Avoid things that makes you angry and upset. Make sure you don’t add to the anger and upset by lashing out at those you feel are not grieving correctly. There is no need to spread other people's bad takes and tell on them. Don't give it any attention. I curate my tl and dash so i don't see it. Because there is no need to and i don't want to give them the time of day.
It's not about which social media you're on, it's about curating your fandom experience and shutting out what you don’t want, need or should see. You can do that on any social media.

Dating Chris Keller Headcanon
*No one writes for this fandom... it’s been years, I get it but people will know about it. No regrets!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- No one knows how you can like him, not even you
- He refers to himself in the third person and you kind of, find it cute
- Everyone thinks you're insane for even thinking about having a fling with him (*cough cough* Brooke and Haley)
- Nathan is concerned and takes you to a doctor
- Chris Keller is surprised when he overhears your confession
- He was bored and curious what your girl talk consists of (he was not disappointed)
- He's very happy with the fact that you, of all people, like him (or at least, find him attractive)
- He actually changes into someone everyone can call a friend
- Jamie likes the two of you together
- Clay and Quinn understand where Jamie and every are coming from so they ask you out to lunch... to catch up because if anyone else does it, there’s going to be a lot of judgment
“So, we hear you’re with Chris?” Quinn says slowly, not wanting to dry heave.
You hum, taking a sip of water. “What?”
“We heard you and Chris Keller are kind of together?”
“Why are you two asking?”
“I think you know why,” Clay intervenes.
You roll your eyes, “I do and frankly I don’t see why it’s any of your guys' business.”
“We’re just concerned-”
“I get it, he wasn’t the best guy in the past, but he’s come around. I mean, he helped Dan and Julian bring Nathan home from that wack job. But, has anyone actually tried to make conversation with him? Or even thought that maybe I know what a jerk looks like and won’t date one.”
Before either of them can open their mouths, you storm off. “Thanks for this deceiving lunch but I don’t want to talk to anyone else today.”
“We’re in so much trouble,” Quinn rests her head on the table.
“Yeah, we’re dead. I’ll let you talk to Haley first.”
“Clay!”
“She’s your sister.”
- No one was prepared for what would happen after that.
Chris raises a brow at the door slamming behind you. “Sounds like you had a good lunch.”
You ignore him and throw yourself onto the couch in the studio.
He didn’t really know what to do and didn’t want to piss you off anymore but seeing you stretch out so sad, actually makes him feel bad.
“Maybe we shouldn’t-”
“Shouldn’t what?”
“I mean, if everyone is so upset by the fact that you’re dating Chris Keller... maybe we should, stop this.”
You gulp, “is that what you want?”
He pauses, not expecting you to ask him. “... yes.”
You nod, grabbing your bag as you hold back any tears that pool in your waterline. “Okay.”
He stares at the door for a while after you left.
Chase walks in and raises a brow at his weird behavior. “Everything okay?”
He clears his throat, “yeah, yeah. Why wouldn’t it be?”
“Well, I think I saw your girlfriend leave here in tears and you’re looking like a pathetic version of yourself.”
“Chris Keller is offended.”
“What happened?”
“Yeah, what happened?”
“Little CK, when did you get here?” Chris asks, hoping the kid can distract him.
“Wondering if there’s fresh meat on the market.”
Chris grabs the boy by his shirt and pulls him closer to him. “Nobody goes after Chris Keller’s girl.”
Chuck nods, raising his hands, “okay, okay. I hear you.”
The post break-up
- You and him, have been in a depressive state ever since then.
- Which means, everyone feels bad, like really, really bad
- Julian went to you first
“I brought your favorites.” He smiles, raising a bag from Karen’ Cafe. “And coffee, extra sugar because you’re weird.”
It was a running joke between the two of you and before, it’d make you laugh.
His thinned lips tug to the side as he takes in your depressive state before taking a seat at the edge of your bed. “What are you feeling today?”
You shrug. “Like I don’t want to do anything.”
He nods, patting your back, leaving the bag and coffee on your nightstand. Everyone knows when you’re alone you’ll enjoy the treats but other than that, forget it.
- He texts the group.

- Neither of you saw it coming.
- The girls tricked you, obviously while the guys made a plan for Chris.
- They took you two back to the place where you two had a decent interaction, the Scott household
- Chase dragged Chris there and pretended that they were going to have a poker night. And the girls told you they were going to have a movie night.
- But when the girls disappeared after telling you to grab the casserole out of the oven
- The boys told Chris to get drinks while they set up
- And this is when things got awkward
“Oh.”
You glance up and find him standing there, looking as- you shake your head, not sure if you can think of him that way since you two... aren’t together.
“I’m supposed to get drinks. The guys- they- uh- planned a poker night.”
“The girls told me to get this out of the oven so we can have a movie night.”
“It’s not poker night, is it?”
“And it’s definitely not movie night.” You sigh. “They tricked us but, I don’t get why. I mean, we broke up because of... whatever reason you chose.”
“It’s- Chris Keller doesn’t like talking about his feelings but it doesn’t feel weird when I talk to you.” He takes a step closer. “I, Chris Keller, typically known for being selfish, didn't want you to be sad because your friends didn’t like the fact that we’re dating.”
“What?”
“You’ve known these people for almost all your life and their opinions matter. I just- I thought I’d save you from judgment before it started to take a toll on you.”
When he’s within reach, you cup his cheek, staring up at him affectionately. “You’re an idiot.”
His mouth opens and closes, trying to figure out whether to be offended or not.
“Kiss her!”
You two turn to see everyone standing at the window before ducking.
“Chris Keller is doing this because he wants to. Not because the screaming people told him to.”
You smile, leaning closer to him. “Can Chris Keller shut up and kiss me?”
“Gladly.”
“I’m so happy for you two,” Brooke says, hugging you. “And I didn’t dry heave while saying it.”
“Progress,” you chuckle.
- After that, no one tried to break anyone up after that
- Get togethers only grew more interesting because everyone saw a new side to the man whore, relationship wrecking musician

Why these Lookism Bad Guys are liked, a rant by me
Alright, so I have came across a post talking about how Johan is hated on despite being a "bad person", and trashing other characters for absolutely no reason other than guilt tripping people. I personally think the post is immature, but due to my own personality and mental state, it has still got me kind of pressed, because it all sounds ridiculous. This post will be about some people in Lookism that are viewed as a bad people and or are hated on, and why I think they are liked. I won't speak for everybody liking these characters, and it will include some characters that I hate. This post is just to give a general idea for people who are really ignorant about why some characters might receive love. You might have come across that post, and if not, I am talking about this one below. - Well, only a small part of it, that threw me off. -
I didn't include the person's username out of respect and also so they don't feel attacked or anything of the sort.
Before starting this off, there are a few things I would like to say. If I sound petty, I truly don't care. I never saw anybody hating on Johan, at max maybe give criticism, I also don't hate Johan or try to disvalidate anyone's feelings, just get some things straight. Liking someone's looks does not immediately mean you are attracted to them, neither does liking the person's look you are attracted to mean you are toxic. It means you are loving. If you like someone's personality, you will find them beautiful consciously or subconsciously. If someone finds a character handsome, it is not a crime, people have types and preferences, and if they do it's none of your business. Hating good looking people doesn't make you woke, neither hating on people who are attracted to good looking people. What are you, Crystal Choi? And yes, people will be attracted to looks, it's a normal human act. People will notice if they find someone more attractive or unattractive which is not a bad thing. What is a bad thing when they start treating people different because of it. I assure you, most of the lookism fandom that I have came across doesn't do that.
This post will not include Seong Yohan because I never saw him get hated and I don't think nobody knows where he is coming from.
Samuel Seo
Yeah, so what seemed to be a surprise for me is that not a lot of people like Samuel, or at least understand why the people liking him would. Now, I personally feel no romantic attachment towards him. - Which is yes, normal, even if he is fictional. It's called fictophilia and I better see no judgement about it. - However, I do love Samuel a lot, and would love to care for him and grow a strong bond. To me, Samuel is not a monster. At all, believe me, Samuel isn't liked only for his looks. For me, personally, I love him so much because I can relate to him. I absolutely hated him at first, but grew to love him because he is human. He is complex, has a hard life and isn't perfect. That's exactly why I love him, and someone else I really adore does too. Yes sure, as you grow to like someone's personality, you find them handsome and or pretty. It's so much easier to say someone is pretty than to say, 'Hey, I love this person because they helped me go through so much.' Not everyone has the same love language, not everyone is comfortable with blunt affection. Besides, Samuel can and will achieve anything he wants. He has SO much sides to himself, not just 'good looking violent guy with big tits'. That's not Samuel at all. Besides, if PTJ oversexualises him, it's hard to not notice his body.
Yes sure, Samuel hits women, but I personally, don't f%cking care. Your vagina doesn't define if you deserve violence or not, your behaviour and the person's you face personality does. I am personally someone that doesn't mind violence as long as the person deserved it, because some scumbags in this world do. If they happen to be a woman, that's not on me, they shouldn't have done whatever they did. If you are not a violent person, I am not even sorry to tell you this, but you are probably sexist. It's not like all women are fragile and unable to get hit. Besides, if his violence is the problem, why is it fine that he hits men? Because men can handle it? According to statistics women have a higher pain tolerance. By your logic, you should call him out for hitting anyone in his way. Stop acting like hitting women is a necessarily bad thing, start saying that hitting innocent people is a bad thing.
If you must hate on him, maybe use the fact that he killed his abusive and neglective parents. Don't give a hard time to others for liking him though.
Ahn JongGun
Does Gun seem like a bad guy? Absolutely, he has done some horrible things. Then why do we like him? Because he seems to have a smaller character development coming, he has so many things to him and he is an absolutely incredible and complex character. I am very curious of his background and what caused him to be so violent and yet so calm. I like him because he allows himself to be human. From his religion, to his knowledge of material arts, to his adoration towards Vasco's material arts teacher - I forgot his name, so excuse me for that -, to his attention to details, to his fashion sense, it all makes him human. It's nice to see someone be a human, instead of just 'hot guy' or 'villain'. He is a nice character that brings many depth to the story. I could list a hundred of reasons why I love him, and no, none of it is his "weird" fashion sense. I do find him incredibly stylish, I just think some people in this fandom don't understand fashion. - Oops, I guess. - My main reason to liking him is that he is most likely either bisexual or pansexual. That he has a crush on Daniel. I might seem like I have a weird fetish or something, or that I am a crazy "fangirl". That's not the case though. I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and while not huge, I adore the hell out of the representation. It's nice to see such a smart, elegant and powerful guy be the representation. Because he is a character that's not there simply to be gay and full of stereotypes. Like, no hard feelings if you fit into stereotypes, but as a person who doesn't fit into them, it's a refreshing thing to see someone that's allowed to have many sides to himself other than just 'the gay friend'. Of course I am sure there are a lot of people who have many other reasons to love him, like his endless knowledge of material arts. There is so many reasons to be interested in his character, and just because you can't see it that doesn't mean others are blind to it too.
Yeah, he might have slept with countless women, but the main reason you can't count it is because he never stated the amount of women he slept with, neither did anyone else. Sure, he did say that Daniel is better than any women he ever slept with, but for all you know that could have been 3. Even if, it doesn't matter. He could have slept with 3, or 70 women. It doesn't matter, because not everyone's sexual life will reflect your own. And other people's sexual life is none of your business. Sure, you can say it's only fiction, and that I am overreacting, but when it comes to such small or personal details, people tend to put their own personal view into it. It's really not fine to shame others for their sexual life. As long as he uses protection, and didn't make anyone pregnant and doesn't play with the feelings of anyone, who gives a f%ck.
Some people tend to lash out sexually if they experience trauma or stress, and no, I don't mean they go and r%pe people, I mean that they go and have sex with different people who give consent. Even if he doesn't do it because of that, why does it bother you so much? Sex isn't a disgusting act. Some people like it, some people don't. Whatever their decision is, as long as no one is hurt, you should respect their decision.
Kim JoonGoo
Alright, this got me f%cked up. Goo is such a good character, and no way he would ever cheat on his S/O. He has morals and a lot of good sense in himself. Sure, he might have said that Samuel will be his secret friend, which led OP to believing Goo would cheat, but that's... a terrible reason, in my opinion. Gun knows that Samuel works for Goo, and Goo owns up it too. Besides that, nothing, absolutely nothing would lead to the fact that Goo would cheat. Because he wouldn't.
Now, why do I like Goo, and why some other's might like him too. He is such a well put together character, unpredictable yet so simple. He damages people to a point they have to retire, doesn't get scared of murderer, is a money maniac and hates his boss. You would think, he is dirty and fits the "gangster" stereotypes. That's not the case at all. He is more hygienic than most of the characters of lookism, if not the most hygienic one. He hates drinking and smoking, doesn't have tattoos - not that there is anything wrong with that - and is incredibly patient.
He might be a money maniac sure, but his ability to control money so well the way he does just shows how high his IQ is. I find that amusing, since it's something hard to do. What I completely love to the moon and back about Goo is his creativity.
When he gets into fights, he is patient and maybe let's himself get hit a few times. That's a good thing because he has time to learn about what he is facing. I think that's neat, because not a lot of people think about that during fights, and he taught me to do that. Also, the way he harms people is very creative too, no matter how harsh that sounds. He stabs people with chopsticks, kicks people with a glass piece stuck in his shoe and harms people with a katana. It's all so unpredictable yet fits him so well. I really love the way he fights and handles situations because it tells so much about him. Also, he is so fun, who would do karaoke after beating a bunch of guys unconscious? Only your one and only Kim JoonGoo. He is such a fun person to study and to read about.
So, no, I will not put up with the bullsh%t that he would cheat on his s/o, because he is a very respectful and none judgemental person. Just because his fights look violent to you, and his friendship with Gun unstable, that doesn't mean he is a bad person. It just means he is different from you, and yeah, he does f%cked up things, I won't deny that. That's exactly what makes him an interesting character.
Xiaolong
Now, I personally don't like Xiaolong that much, so this will not come from heart, but a place of logic. For a disclaimer, I am not caught up on the latest chapters, because I want to binge read it.
Now, even though I do not like Xiaolung, I can see why other people would.
He is a responsible person, who takes good care of himself even though he has to look after Vivi 24/7. He is not only good in his job, but takes it very seriously too. He isn't afraid to take action to make sure his job is going smoothly, and that everything is on it's place. He would do anything to protect Vivi, which can be appealing to some.
And from what I saw from spoilers, he is very strong. No, admiring his strength does not make the person toxic or fragile. It means they find the place in their heart to appreciate the type of struggle and hard work he puts into it. He has an unique way of fighting, which I could only see a small portion of. However it's clear that he must be impressive. I completely understand if people find that neat.
Also, Xiaolong seems like such a f%cking loyal person. That's so incredibly important. A lot of people can find that appealing, for various reasons. I am aware there are poly people, or anything similar to that, but loyalty is so important for some people and can form a very deep sense of love.
Yeah, he might take care of Vivi when she is drugged and let her get away with drugs but consider this that's his job. He is payed to do that and swore to do his best in it, as it's very important to him.
Outro;
Yeah, I don't care, like who ever you want to and defend them, but if you drag down other characters and guilt trip people because of liking specific characters, you are not going to be "woke" or special. And I will find you, and e a t you. - For legal reasons, that's a joke. -
That is not the only post that I saw shame those characters and people who like them, but is the one that made me messed up.
This fandom absolutely loves shaming people if they love the character design and looks of their favourite character. Let me tell you something though; You are missing the point of the whole manhwa you are reading.
Finding people attractive and beautiful is completely normal. Treating them differently because of that is not. As far as I am concerned, I never saw any lookism fans hate on characters they find less attractive. - Rather on the attractive ones. -
People have a type and that applies to looks and personality. Literally everyone does, even if it's unconsciously.
If you want your favorite character to get more love, don't make other people's comfort characters look bad on purpose, because in their eyes they aren't simply the bad qualities you see in them. And if you highlight them at least make sure they are true or at least reasonable bad qualities.
Well yeah, that was my little rant. And I didn't even mention the psychological aspects of why each character is like, or in other words what people they might attract. Or, the difference kind of personal life experiences people had to go through to appreciate each kind of little detail about the characters.
Yeah, this is the end of my little rant. If this post will get actual mature answers and discussions, I will make a similar one for Vinjin, Logan, Olly and Jiho. Yeah, I hate all of them, but other people might not.

We need more anti C//A who are Adora stans (like you seem to be) so that people can understand that C///A is bad for Adora. Heck C//A is bad for Catra too, but the shippers don't seem to realize it. If Catra had been able to let Adora go maybe she could have healed instead of her festering and the abuse may have ended instead of escalated.
Hello Dear, welcome on my Blog and a big thank you for your message! Firstly I wanna apologize that this response is reaching you more than three full days, almost four later. Just real life getting into the way of my online presence (at least I got my A-Levels admission!) but I assure you that replying to you was on my To Do List the entire time. And while I could've typed something quick, I thought you deserved a full length response just as much as the person before you received. That goes for anyone really to ask/write me anything in the future.
Adora is a character that has flaws, her own interests, things she struggles with/is insecure about etc. but she also still works on being better (up to Season 5). This makes her relatable, fleshed out and overall three dimensional. Overall for me that makes Adora very likeable. Which is funny because when I first watched the show I thought of her as too goofy and felt like she as a character was overall just flat. Her character design did not speak to me either, the ponytail with the weird hair poof and these pointy shoulders of her jacket just really were not my taste. Isn't it amazing how perceptions can change?
As you can guess from that description I did not always stan Adora and she's probably still not my favorite character but over the almost two years I've been in this fandom I've grown rather fond of her. Other important characters to me are Kyle (a very relatable comfort character of mine, he learned to stand up for himself and others and I support that, f*ck Season 5 for barely acknowledging his existence), Lonnie (apart from treating Kyle badly (which I really do NOT support or excuse) I really love her, man, some women just do me like that, I mean she really stood up to Catra like that), Entrapta (I'm autistic too! It's great to have some representation, seeing the ableism/treatment she experiences in the show is not so much though), Seahawk (I don't even know why, I have some issues with his behavior towards Mermista at times but overall I love this dork), Scorpia (she reminds me of myself so much and I really wanna give her hugs, I'm so glad she chose to no longer let Catra treat her like that even though I will be forever salty she just immediately forgave her), Peekablue (I can explain this even less than Seahawk, especially since it was not even really him in the end but his existence somehow helped me cope with Season 5, without him I probably would've left this fandom ... and also my favorite color is blue) and Double Trouble (now there's enough people already critcizing how they're not exactly great Non-binary representation but this dramatic lizard will forever be in my heart, that reality check they gave Catra, basically slapping her in the face with facts was satisfying as h*ck, also I like lizards overall).
Now there's plenty of characters I like, dislike (or even hate) or am simply indifferent about but after all this is not a tier list but me talking about Adora, Catra and Catradora. Adora started off as this girl that was so sure what she was doing is right but once she was taught differently she was willing to leave everything she knew (except Catra, because she valued her despite everything) behind. And not only that, she broke out of the abuse cycle that Catra tried so hard to keep upright. And that is exactly what makes Adora such a good role model. She teaches children (or people) that:
Your past doesn't define what/who you are or what/who you can become
-> Adora used to be a Horde soldier and did not know where she came from, but nonetheless she found herself a family and became a hero that saved thousands of people
You can always change your mind and start a new life if you feel disappointed in what you are doing/who you are as a person
-> Basically the exact same point, Adora started a new life as she saw what the Horde really was and changed her mind about who to fight for
You deserve love too, be it platonic or romantic (or se*ual???) (If you're aro and/or ace just ignore the part that does not work for you)
-> While Adora for various reasons thought her only use was to please others and meet their needs and expectations (mostly due to Shadow Weaver and Catra) she learned to accept that she too deserves love and validation (if the love aspect would not have been focused on it being romantic love so she could smooch Catra in the finale this would've been a billion times better because she got love from her friends that showed her her real value)
You can walk away from something/someone, that does not make you egoistic/selfish
-> Adora walked away from the Horde, after Catra stubbornly refused to come with her despite many offers (basically Catra broke the promise, not Adora) from her too and that did not make her a "traitor" or "selfish", h*ck, Adora in the end did this for a bigger purpose too, even if part of it was her not wanting to live with such wrong morals
Your opinions, feelings etc. about a person/something can change and that is perfectly fine and valid, being able to change is part of what makes someone human
-> Adora's views on many things changed throughout the show: The Horde and the Rebellion, the First Ones, Catra, being She-Ra, herself, her priorities and so on ... she actually makes use of her brain, which is why Catra saying "Don't you ge it?" or calling her an idiot and dumb never sat right with me, she's a realistic character for shifting with her thoughts, feelings etc. and sometimes just does not fully think things through
You don't have to let other people treat you like sh*t (just because they have some issues they never worked through does not give them any right to let it out on you)
-> This point is obviously centered mostly around Catra and her abusing Adora almost every chance she gets, which is why Adora standing up for herself and not letting Catra blame her for her own decisions and mistakes is so important, "You made your choice, now live with it" is one of the most powerful lines throughout all the five Seasons
Now I'm sure there is still more to Adora's character than what I just listed and unfortunately almost all the points basically got pushed aside, well, Adora as a character got pushed aside in Season 5. All her growth, the things that made me love her, see her as great role model for so many people robbed of their value for the sake of making everything revolve around Catra. That brings me to her and how you are absolutely right that Catradora is harmful to both characters. Of course Adora is affected most by it in the end but Catra too is obviously suffering under the fandoms obsession and just the overall idea of them being romantically involved.
Just like with Adora the stans make almost everything about Catra over her relationship with Adora. She too can barely exist outside of it and if she wasn't the fan favorite she'd most likely would too be mostly in Fanarts that include Adora and not just her (if you google "Catra Fanart" most content is still Catra and Catra only but here and there Catradora still peaks through). But for whatever reason the fandom still views her more as her own person as the other ones? Catrouble and Scorptra Shippers might actually still get less hate than Glimmadora Shippers (I'm not denying they don't get any, they most certaintly do) which is just plain hypocricy and favorism. Kinda like the: A woman needs to be loyal to her husband and her husband only but if the husband wants to be active with other women that is perfectly fine because "that is just how men are" or how i like to call it ... sexism. Now in this case they are both women so it's not sexism but yo do get my point.
But much more importantly, Catra has an unhealthy obsession with Adora. Signs of that are for example:
Constantly talking about Adora, even when said person is not around (to Shadow Weaver, Scorpia etc.)
Obsessing over having control over Adora like in that one Episode "Are you kidding? I finally got control over Adora, I'm not giving that up!"
Building her entire character and her actions around Adora "We need to take Adora down", "Adora left me", "I'd rather see the whole world end than see you win!", also shown in Season 5 where she states she does save Glimmer only for Adora and not for Glimmer or to do the right thing
Getting aggressive or very emotional over Adora like clawing the wall, having nightmares etc. (destructive behavior towards herself and others)
Having no or barely any characteristics outside of her relationship with Adora like, we don't know her interests or likes and dislikes outside of being evil, obsessed with Adora, being abused by Shadow Weaver ...
Trying to force Adora to meet her needs and expectations regardless of Adora's owns
Sacrificing her oppurtunity to be happy in the Crimson Waste for the sake of her Adora obsession and being better than her at all costs
So yes, you were very right with saying that not putting Catra in a relationship with Adora would've benefited both characters. Catra could've learned to exist on her own, develop interests and a life outside of Adora. Learn to accept herself and eventually come to terms with her childhood abuse. She could've been free and not "the abusive cat girl that ended up with the person she unhealthily obsessed over to the point of no return" she kinda is now. Even if we ignore the whole "dating your long term abuser" part from Adora's side and "being rewarded" for horrible behavior, Catra alone is not giving a good example to people watching. As much as I dislike Catra, disdain her even, an ending where she is dependent on Adora, unable to stand on her own two legs after she led armies in war is not what I would wish for her, even with a decent redemption arc (that she did not get).
#anti catradora#anti c//a#anti catra#spop critical#response#my post#spop salt#ocd#role model#anti catra stans#anti catradora stans#comfort character#adora deserves better#honestly its worse once you know its not just bad for adora#anti+catra#anti+catradora

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD IT HAS FINALLY HAPPENED... I WAS NOMINATED BY @transjohnnylawrence .......... Omg 😱 😭🤧😂
okay, so I’ve prepared a speech... or — well...
I’d like to thank my mom, my — what am I saying?
Thank you @transjohnnylawrence Ferris you rock man 💖🌻💖
Okay, let’s do this....
It’s the year 2021 and you’re obsessed with The Karate Kid. How are you feeling?:
Hell yeah! I love TKK, I’m feeling great about it, and I mean, I’ve met a lot of great people in the fandom and great friends <3 Cobra Kai is awesome too!
Did you grow up with TKK or are you new to the series?:
Lol, I guess I grew up with it? I saw TKK when I was six or seven years old and it’s a good memory because my dad was there from one of his excruciatingly long deployments and he had found it on television and he scooped me up and set me in his lap and we watched it together. Of course he fell asleep halfway through and the only reason he woke up was because I tried to do the flying kick that Bobby does to take out Danny’s knee, and I fell over and ended up busting my knee a little on the side of the coffee table, my dad woke up and ended up telling me off for hurting myself, but we sat down and watched the last minute, after he’d put a bandaid on my knee. My dad ended up getting it at the library a while later on VHS so I could see the beginning and ending because I had missed both, it’s kind of one of the best memories I have of my dad. After that, a lot of stuff happened in my life and I kinda forgot about it till I saw a trailer for Cobra Kai, and after that I rented the film from my local library, and watched it about five times... then on a different site I met @transjohnnylawrence and he asked me to a TKK watch party, which honestly was the best. ✨ I’ve met a lot of great people in this fandom and I am so happy that I found it again, because I’ve made some friends... <3 but I said that already :) ✨
We gotta do the basics. Favourite character:
TOMMY!!! lol... I don’t actually know... I love them all, but Bobby, Jimmy, Dutch, or Tommy for TKK, definitely Jessica is a top fave and I don’t mind Ali... my favorite character in Cobra Kai has to be either Robby or Amanda... or Moon or Demetri... but I really relate to Robby
Wax On, Wax Off or Sweep the Leg?:
I prefer neither. I guess I tend to go for the whole Mr. Miyagi speech about balance. That or ‘Get him a body bag, yeahhh,’ — Actually, I once changed the line just a little to use. I once flunked down into a chair at a cafeteria table, set my head down on the table, and stated ‘get me a body bag,’ and my friend looked at me and said ‘exams are going that bad huh?’ and I just nodded and proceeded to fall asleep on the table because I hadn’t had any sleep... also, I said ‘Get him a body bag’ once when my sister jokingly told me to sike our dad out when we were playing pool in teams... and I took it literally and my dad just looked very surprised and started laughing.... but yeah... what was the question? if i had to choose, it would be Sweep the Leg ... Or Wax on, Wax off, depending on my mood Which of Daniel’s dumb little outfits is your favourite?:
The silly little flannel with the camo pants... since I have worn something very similar and been teased for it... 😅😂 there’s so many that I liked though... I really dislike that he wears only suits now and they’re the stuffy kind...
Favourite ship:
Johnny/Jimmy, Dimmy (Dutch/Jimmy), I blame two fanfic writers for this one, but — Johnny/Bobby/Dutch... Also, Dutch/Tommy, Dutch/Jimmy/Tommy, Kumiko/Jessica/Ali, Bonny, Lucille/Miyagi and Johnny/Bobby/Tommy/Jimmy/Dutch, And Tommy/Ali... for CK, I’m big into Sam/Demetri, Robby/Moon, and Hawk and Demetri but as Binary Brothers ............. there’s too many
Underrated character:
JeSsIcA — yeah, definitely Jessica! And Tommy! And Jimmy! Dutch! And totally Bobby... but Jessica is definitely number One ☝️ in my underrated characters list...
Underrated ship (don’t say therapy, lol):
i like Jimmy/Dutch or Tommy/Ali but Kumiko/Jessica/Ali are top on my list... that and Bobby/Freddy (They’d look pretty cute together, I dunno 🤷🏼♀️) that and Thera— Tommy/Johnny ... for CK it’s definitely Sam/Aisha or Amanda/Johnny lol... joking with that one... Robby/Moon
Character from the films you most want to return, who’s not Terry Silver:
screw Terry Silver! NO SERIOUSLY SCREW HIM AND KREESE... I want to see Jessica and Dutch!!! and more of the Og Cobras 🐍 😩♥️ Maybe even Julie... but definitely Jessica and Dutch (Lol I feel strongly about this)
Scene that lives in your head rent-free:
the goodbye scene with Tommy in Take a Right... it just sticks with me even though it’s a sad scene... but just hearing them talk by the campfire and seeing Tommy giving Johnny advice and helping him... and also, just... yeah, that just 🥺... got stuck in my head... that or the scene with Robby where he finds his childhood artwork at his dad’s apartment, I get emotionally drawn in thinking about my own childhood, for TKK it was the scene where Bobby is disqualified and throws his belt down in front of Kreese and walks out... and seeing Johnny’s face in the background as Bobby took Daniel out, it just is another sad scene. Or the Halloween fight where Bobby tells Johnny to leave Daniel alone... also, the beach scene with Johnny and Bobby being real pals on their bikes, and Dutch’s yellow helmet rolling across the ground... the soccer tryouts... I love soccer. The learning how to take a fall part because I’ve had that happen (but the kid wasn’t on a motorbike, just a regular bike, and it wasn’t a steep hill, but I had another kid knock me off my bike like that :/ )
Will Anthony LaRusso ever be relevant?:
oh man, you know it, that kid is gonna be like the master of Karate or something... that kid’s got mad skills... ha! I dunno 🤷🏼♀️ he’s there as a foil or something... anyways, he absolutely annoys the heck out of me because he reminds me of a kid I babysat once... but yeah, they’ll probably make him more relevant...
You live in The Valley and are forced into the karate gang war. Which dojo do you join?:
Oh dang, yeah... ummmm, well... I think Bobby, Jimmy, and Tommy would be my friends... but I think I’d choose Miyagi Do in TKK and help Daniel, while also trying to talk some sense into my friends... in CK, I think I’d pick Miyagi Fang, but before that, I probably would have chosen Cobra Kai when Johnny was Sensei and probably would have jumped ship when Kreese came in. Or, option 3. Fake my death, change my name, and run... (bonus... if Johnny told me to flip the script, I’d give myself a badass name like Hornet, because you don’t really feel the sting till a few minutes later... but it’s bad... or I’d just join Miyagi Do)
It’s the crossover event of the century! Which TV show are you combining with Cobra Kai for an hour-long Saturday night special?:
Pfffffft, OTHERWORLD so that it would be like Jimmy got sucked into an alternate dimension and he’s lost with his family... no I’m not currently thinking of writing a Fanfiction about this... or am I? Hmmmmm...
💫 I Nominate @dxrkvibes23
@kingkarate @cobrasandalleycats @strikelikeacobrakai @legolugosi @transdaniellarusso @dream-beyond-the-fantasy @cobrakaikaratedad @johnnywhorance @johnnyavanti (Sorry if you didn’t want to be tagged or have already done this...) 💫

Why I’m Complicated About Female Corrin
So I’ve had two people inquire about my Fates tier list and why I had female Corrin in the “complicated” tier, something I can imagine would be confusing since I’ve been very vocal about Corrin being one of my favorite characters in the franchise. Admittedly, this is something I’ve been meaning to speak about for a while, and now is as good a time as any. It’s high time you guys learn why I refer to Corrin strictly with male pronouns.
To put it bluntly, my main issue with female Corrin has nothing to do with the character itself, that would be really stupid and completely contradictory to how I’ve analyzed Corrin over the course of the last few years, and it has nothing to do with tertiary aspects like her design and the way she’s been used. It 100% has to do with her fans.
I may not interact with the fandom that much, mainly because doing so opens up a whole can of snakes, but it doesn’t take much research to see there is a very distinct bias towards female Corrin, regardless of the context you look at her at. She consistently ranks high on CYL polls while her male counterpart consistently ranks the lowest of the lords. She’s always the first to receive an alt, the Adrift banner being the only exception, and time between their alts is noticeably long (for context, the time between their first alts was 5 months and their fallen versions a full year!). She was chosen to be the default gender for Corrin in Warriors, the male being locked behind the completion of a submap. Most merchandise of Corrin, whether it’d be official or fan-made is of the female. And people who play Smash competitively who use Corrin very often have a female skin on her. It’s pretty clear that there is clear favoritism towards female Corrin, and, normally, this wouldn’t be a bad thing, but some fans have taken it to the extreme to the point they believe that female is the canon gender for Corrin.
Which is a statement I vehemently disagree with.
I’ve never bought into this argument that the avatar characters have canon genders, mainly because it completely goes against the point of avatar characters. If they are supposed to have a canon gender, they never would have made them customizable avatars, they would have just made them that gender. I know that most people like to act that the avatars have widely different personalities depending on the gender, but outside of a couple of quirks shown in a handful of support conversations and interactions in Heroes, both genders are still the exact same characters with the exact same personalities. Regardless of what gender you pick, Robin is still calculative and supportive, Corrin is still compassionate and eager, Byleth is still resourceful and reserved. Your gender doesn’t identify you as a person no matter how much bad shows and cartoons seem to think it does.
And this brings me right back to why I say that my issues with female Corrin are due to her fans. The people who actively advocate that female is the canon gender for Corrin and actively argue for it are either guys who want to f*ck her or girls who project onto her so they can fantasize about f*cking their Fates husbando and they do not take well to people telling them that this isn’t the case or that they like the male version better. I distinctly remember one person posting about how they praised male Corrin on a forum and were almost instantly attacked by female Corrin fans telling them that they have bad taste and calling them sexist and misogynistic, and the praise in question was them simply saying that they liked his design. Not to mention that they’re reasoning for why female is the canon gender is some of the dumbest bullsh*t I’ve ever seen. I may not remember where I read it, but I do remember one person’s reasoning for why female is the canon gender is because it made Xander’s nickname for them make more sense in the context of him being in love with her. Not only is this brazenly stretching, since they’re basically saying that older brothers can’t give their younger brothers nicknames, but it’s obvious that they’re using this to justify why their ship is canon. And there is no doubt much worse sh*t than this, but I don’t have the fortitude to look for myself.
I think this really speaks to the raving hypocrisy this fandom engages in where Corrin, despite being the most infamously hated character amongst the fanbase, has received heaps of praise and love for their female form for no reason other than people thinking she’s hot. A character who’s popular for no reason other than waifuism. It’s a shame how common this is. The recent fallen heroes banner is one of the rare occasions I can point to where people were vocally praising male Corrin and saying he did something better than his female counterpart, and this really shouldn’t be case. This is why I’m complicated about female Corrin, despite that I really shouldn’t. I don’t have this problem with the other avatars in the series, but that’s because there isn’t this much of a heavy petty bias over which gender that should be. This is why, unless it’s necessary, I refer to Corrin as “he”. Call me petty all you want, but I’m being no less petty than these weirdos.
A lot of people have been hoping that Fire Emblem gets a proper anime for their game of choice, and I am definitely one of them. I would love to see an anime adaptation for Fates but only on the condition that they use male Corrin. Not only because it would be a nice change of pace from the blatant waifu bias and it would be hilarious to watch these fans throw a sh*t fit about it, but it gives them the perfect excuse to be as gay as they want with him. Corrin was the first officially stated LGBT lord and this is the perfect means to remind the audience about that. I won’t accept any Conquest anime if we don’t see Corrin being delightfully gay with his kinky boyfriend.
#fire emblem fates#fire emblem heroes#corrin#fe corrin#m!corrin#f!corrin#I'm gonna get some interesting comments because of this aren't I?

hey so if you wanna hit me with that sweet sweet elijah’s characterization meta anytime please feel free. or direct me to any previous posts because my dumb ass is using this time to re-obsess over vampire melodrama.....
It appears that most of my non-tag and non-petty-casual commentary is still in drafts... so instead of finishing the ‘What the hell is wrong with season 4: an itemized list’ meta and finishing answering the ‘What would you change if you could rewrite any of the show?’ ask from a while ago, I’ll just pick out the Elijah bits and add on to them for garnish. (Those posts might exist at some point. But honestly not soon enough for me to worry about people getting annoyed with copy/paste so PREVIEW TIME: ELIJAH FLAVOR)
This is way sloppier and un-cited than I usually meta, by the way, but what the hell, The Fandom is Dead and I Only Have Friends to Entertain Now, so if anyone gets angry and tries to step into my asks then it’ll just be nostalgic rather than annoying. Here’s the starter, which is from the F*CK YOU SEASON 4 meta and quite a few of these points will be repeated later because you asked for it technically so.
The cracks in the narrative began to show as early as season two, and believe me when I say I’m not saying this because I love him - it began with Elijah. I can make a lot of arguments to this effect, but the only one that I am certain is not propelled by my very strong bias concerns the presentation of the Red Door.
Initially, I was ecstatic at the opportunity to explore Elijah’s past, his perspective, his darkest moments. I was a bit wary in that it seemed as though the narrative wanted to Explain Everything about Elijah through this device, but he was finally getting some attention so I tried to hold back judgement. The result was pretty promising. One of the most gorgeous moments on the show occurs when Klaus enters Elijah’s mind and tells him how much he needs him. It showcases the main pillar of the show - the structural trifecta of Hope, Klaus, and Elijah. And afterwards, as usual, Elijah pushes the experience away.Until it’s convenient.
Elijah begins to be erratically vicious. At first, I felt as though it wasn’t handled poorly, I could explain away my worries easily, and that was all I needed. But it happens over, and over, and over again, with the same excuse - protecting the family, protecting Hope. Elijah’s triggers, once so crucial, begin to break down, but we don’t see why or how that process occurs. He begins to be the character that is level-headed when it is convenient, and a violent one-track-mind when it’s convenient. Eventually, in order to maintain balanced tension with a softening Klaus, Elijah became violent without nuance in every situation. His continued development is no longer possible, since his character no longer displays depth.
Which is annoying, as a fan. But as a person who loves to analyze narrative, it’s a huge red flag. Elijah is necessary for this story. His love for Klaus, and Klaus’ relationship with him, is one of the things that holds the narrative together as it goes forward. The two of them need each other in order to experience growth, but cannot grow from each other any longer - and that friction is what provides energy and substance that can help drive a multi-year melodrama. This is why I mentioned above that Elijah’s violence was likely intended to balance with Klaus’ changing heart - but there is no balance in the level of development the two brothers experience. It has been shoddy in many places, but attention has been given to Klaus’ journey towards peace and kindness, while Elijah has been given a single metaphor, a single psychosis, and is expected to carry half of the narrative weight. The story has no choice but to make a plot device out of him - he simply does not have the required depth to be anything else, which is made obvious by the attempt to do so in the ritual to bring Inadu to the material plane, which I will discuss later.
When his development is ignored, when he is used as a tool to get from point A to point B time and time again - that’s when the pillar starts to crumble.
Zooming back in on s1, this was actually my only major structural gripe with season 1, so it comprises the entirety of the ‘what would you change’ for that season:
The poison that rotted the whole dang show started very small — casting Elijah too strongly as a white hat, to offset the darkness of the rest of the main family. This was the right move, of course, but it was pushed a twinge too far and it was the tiny weight that set everything wobbling. As an offshoot of that, this was also done with Hayley to a degree. I would have had them bond very similarly to the way they do in the show, but I would have had them connect at least once over the skeletons in their closets. (Only once or twice, again, since their ship relied in this season on the fallacy of each other being saviors). In fact, this was one I felt so strongly about that I actually did rewrite their scene in 1x07 ‘Bloodletting’.
Then season two when it gets more pronounced:
The rift in the show widened with the swing-and-miss that was The Red Door arc. Elijah became a Problem when it was convenient for the plot and A Fixer/Sounding Board when it was not. They used probably the most INTERESTING and INTEGRAL part of his characterization -- which had been a mystery for YEARS counting The Vampire Diaries appearances -- and Elijah discovering that either from trauma or his mother’s magic, he has repressed the moments which forged him. This lack of knowledge, this lack of control, should have been something much more cataclysmic and its effects should be clear when comparing ‘Elijah Before’ to ‘Elijah After’. Instead, it kind of served to take off Elijah’s ‘White Hat’ that he’d been illy-fitted with in S1, and allow him to accessorize with it or whatever version of Elijah fits the episode at hand.
This tension, and this chaos should have been much stronger and much more messy than simply putting the Suit back on and being Pretty Much Okay (barring one plot-insignificant diner massacre) only a few episodes later. It would make the therapy scene later with Camille even more gorgeous than it already is and it would then place Elijah’s moment of catharsis, and the beginning of his attempts to move on, with Klaus’ monumental forgiveness in 2x11. I think this is what was intended, but it was not at all achieved, because Elijah is such a tricky character to write, and it is so very easy to use him for whatever the scene requires. Because of this, Elijah’s struggles got dropped just long enough for Klaus’ forgiveness to hit powerfully in viewers for Klaus, but not for Elijah. The writing began to lean on Elijah as a Drama Everyman more and more throughout the show, and it’s just tragic to me that The Red Door wasn’t utilized to its potential. (And that we didn’t have a Klaus/Tatia conversation, but hey, I have an unfinished fixit for that whole saga on Ao3, you’re welcome and I’m sorry).
In season three, we got a few good glimpses of the kind of complexity that Elijah should live in -- the way he kills Arianne, for example, I’ve linked what I called a ‘headcanon’ but in retrospect it was pretty explicitly canon -- and we see the youth and terror and involuntary power in him in the flashback where he discovers that Klaus killed their mother. But the relationship between Tristan and Elijah? The man that he made, and that made him? That was far too pedestrian to have produced either of them. If Elijah learned ‘nobility’ from Tristan, learned what ‘superiority’ looked like, and this was the time that he began to change... we should have had words between them, or a scene highlighting just them, at least once in the flashbacks.
If this season was supposed to be about the creation of the Trinity, the First Children (because Finn didn’t tell no one that Sage is actually the oldest ‘cuz he’s an ashamed little bitch) why did we see only TWO of the THREE transformations? Klaus turned Lucien accidentally, trying to heal him. Rebekah’s sympathy and love were used as Aurora’s tool to turn herself. When and how did Elijah turn Tristan? It is explained that Elijah turned him in order to create a third vampire for his plot to trick Mikael into chasing them instead -- it is explained that Tristan, Aurora, and Lucien were compelled to believe that they were in fact Elijah, Rebekah, and Klaus in order to make their decoy impeccable. But when this compulsion was shattered -- when Lucien learned that he had been used and made monstrous as a tool for a monster who wasn’t even noble -- did he confront Elijah? Did they ever speak, or was their next meeting the day Elijah learned that Tristan had taken over Elijah’s coven? I would argue that Elijah needed equal weight in the France flashbacks even though he didn’t have a flashy romance (though if early press release rumors were true, he and Tristan could have had one and that would have been perfect)
Season four is really where you can pick an episode and Elijah will put on the stage makeup and play any part. It’s also -- BIG COINCIDENCE -- where the plot deteriorates completely. Here’s just one example from my Excuse You What the Hell? Season Four meta:
On to the next moment that showed major neglect (I know this has been Elijah-heavy so far, but again, this is where the problem started so I want to carry this thread through for a while before addressing other issues) - the ritual to bring Inadu to the mortal realm. The purpose of this ritual was to scare viewers with the risk of Hope’s safety and hype the Hollow’s “bad”ness, but also to make the first move in the ‘Letting Go’ thread between Hayley and Elijah. Elijah was supposed to be forced to choose between children's lives and letting the Hollow loose upon the world, and decide to kill the children. That was the dramatic point of placing this ritual in the narrative, but it isn’t mechanically sound.
It is stated outright that the ritual has to end with the death of the children linked to the spell. The children were linked via their totems found in 4x03 - placing Hope definitively in this group.
But we only ever see four of the five in one place. Maybe it was worth it to the Hollow to reach as far out as Hope was to bind her via her hairbrush, maybe it was worth it to the Hollow to drain her from afar, I’d buy that easily. But they made no attempt to kidnap her and place her with the other four children during the ritual. The ritual that required the deaths of five children. Unless it required Hope to be there only on standby, which is absolutely ridiculous. They had the kids on an alter, even if it was just for show. But why not all of them? If the real goal of the ritual was to lure Klaus and/or Marcel, wouldn’t kidnapping Klaus’ child be a more surefire way to accomplish that rather than just hoping the Mikaelsons would come to the right mystical diagnosis in time?
The reason why Hope wasn’t there was because the ritual was never thought through. The reason she wasn’t there is because it didn’t make sense for Elijah to want to kill Hope to stop the Hollow, which is what this ritual actually demanded if it actually worked the way Vincent claimed. In actuality, all that was desired was for Elijah to display a willingness to kill innocents in front of Hayley, and in doing so it demanded that Hope’s life both be at stake and not at stake at all. This failure to coherently execute a single-episode arc is plainly poor storytelling. It displays not only disrespect to the narrative structure, but a blatant flippancy towards one of their main characters and arguably the most complex one on the series. The sloppily contrived tension here between Hayley and Elijah does eventually contribute to the supposed theme, yes, but at what cost?
Elijah was neglected because he was hard to write, and even harder to write well as a ‘light’ foil to Klaus. Marcel should have fully owned that role, and not been similarly jerked around as a plot-serving every-man once the mystery of season 1 and the reasons behind Marcel’s ‘senseless’ cruelty were revealed.
Elijah was always the cornerstone of the family’s narrative, because he was complex enough to carry it. Camille provided an additional column of support to Klaus’ individual journey as a person/father, but she was bulldozed for Allmighty Plot as well. By the end of season three, both she and Elijah had effectively been thrown in the garbage one way or another, and the show tried to go on without them. It couldn’t.
I will say that Elijah’s conversation with Hope in that ludicrous backdoor pilot did make me feel things. I did also see the clip where Elijah and Klaus have a heart-to-heart in some sort of european flashback, which was touching, but felt incongruous for their relationship/dev at the time. Hope asking Elijah how old he was when he made his promises to Klaus, though? Elijah offering carte blanche to Hope for how to punish her friend’s bullies? TWO OF THE THREE SCENES INVOLVING ICE CREAM?
SOME of season 5 is valid but ONLY because it stole scripts from my headcanons.

Why Season 3 was a Rollercoaster of a mess. (Spoilers!)
Oh boy
Oooooooh boy where do I even begin
Lets start from the beginning i Suppose
When Miraculous Ladybug first came out i fell in love with the series. I thought the premise was nice, the characters ok and the story interesting. Well, to be fair I didnt expect much of the story due to being in its first season, but I loved it. The finale was meh (the last episode, not the mid-series Origins story, I watched it on Netflix). I liked the series. I loved the fandom. And i Couldn’t wait for season 2 at the time.
Then season 2 came out
As i started watching the first ep of season 2, it started out strong, answered a question i already knew, but then... it didn't go any further. See, when I expected season 2, I expected the story to be taken up a notch, the plot to become stronger, new and interesting characters to be introduced, and for someone to replace Hawkmoth as the antagonist (bc in my mind, he always felt like a season 1 antagonist to be replaced one season later by the actual main antagonist, and the mayura leaks did not help).
But it never came. The story remained simple and eventually started to become bland. All episodes were all single-story eps with no correlation to each other other than the characters in them. Every single character in the show that wasnt Marinette had any sort of character growth, and I could take any one of the episodes out other than the first and last two and it wouldn't have any impact. Maybe not all of them, but some.
(This was the same time I learned that all episodes in the series were meant to always be single episode storylines. It was the same time I learned the the shows creator was also an ASS-truc, but thats a story for another day)
So for season 2, I ended up starting to find the show boring and lackluster. Most of the episodes were boring and unentertaining, and aside from a select few, such as the finale, the new hero eps and a few others, the entire season was boring to heck.
Worse still, Marinette went from an ok nice girl (who was at times a bit of an arse) to a stalker asshole who was at times worse than Chloe.
(Then again, the first episode of the entire series literally had Marinette have a planner used to track Adrien's every move, so what the hell do i know)
The fandom, however, was still amazing at the time, so I stuck around. The fanfics were amazing at the time and the fandom was still so kind-hearted
Luckily for me, Season 3 would manage to have some much better episodes.
But at what cost.
WHAT. COST.
See, while Season 3 was undoubtedly better that season 2 overall in episode quality, this season was probably also the worst of all 3 at the same time. This season was not only the worst in overall season quality but the one that entirely ruined the fandom for me. The plot was again non-existent and there was still no character development, but they manage to make this season better by making a plotline that required all characters to be an idiot ball, then ditch it at the end just so Thomas could again insult people on twitter.
Lets start with the first episode of Season 3: Chameleon
Sometime before the production of season 2 and 3, Asstruc learned how to write someone as a martyr people would feel pity for that character and want to protect (read: stan) them.
So naturally, Ass-truc would abuse this a lot.
In the first ep of season 3, Astruc would create the worst episode ever made.
The premise of the episode is that Lila has returned to school and has been telling lies, which makes Marinette mad. None of the class believes her due to everyone being written as an idiot (seriously the someone gotta has google on their smartphones everyone has), so of course, Naturally Mari confronts Lila, who swears to ruin her life before and after an akuma battle which doesnt really matter for this episode, aside from the fact that Lila fully works with hawkmoth because being a bad kid means that working with a terrorist is perfectly reasonable if you can get revenge on the good guys.
So, including the fact Ass-truc reintroduced Lila back into the show as a Chloe 2.0 to making everyone an idiot ball so that the writing could even work, this will be the episode that I will hate the most. And not just for the episode itself. We’ll come to that later. But the point is, this is how most of the season would go:
-Lila: *exists*
-Marinette: *cries* im suffering so much, my life is ruined!
-Fans: stan to the point of insanity
-Me sipping my salt flavored tea: b*tch calm the f*ck down.
Speaking of Marinette, the Miraculous team had already been hellbent on making Marinette more of an asshole, stalkery and creepy and passing it off as cute in season 2, so they decided to fix that by dialing all that shit up to 11. Episodes like Weredad and Oni-chan really showed this, with the former having Marinette Literally manipulating Chat Noir to be stuck in a bad situation just for her own sake, and latter literally having her try to break into Adriens house because Lila is there. All for the excuse that Lila is a Liar and totally not because she is with Adrien, Marinette cant be jealous because Marinetteisperfectandamazingand-
Yeah, she really sucks as the main character. TBH I'm waiting for the spinoff show where Alix and Kim dare each other to do stupid stuff each episode like its MTV’s Jackass, it's gonna be fun.
Now onto the Other episodes!
While I will admit that compared to season 2, there were a lot of good episodes. Gamer 2.0, Feast, Ikari Gozen, Party Crasher, and of course the heart-wrenching Oblivio come to mind. These episodes are amazing and show how good the episodes are when you make sure the garden gnome is locked in a closet somewhere during episode development.
So out of the 26 episodes, 5 of them were really good.
The rest were either kinda ok or complete shit. That's not to say they were all bad, but there were just some parts... at best there was either a part of it I found cringeworthy too much for me to consider it as one of the good ones, such as Pupetteer 2 with its Adrien Statue scene, or at worst all of it was just written so badly, such as the entirety of Stormy Weather not actually being an episode and acutally being just and episode recap.
Now for the plot. Oh, wait, what plot?
First of all, Miraculous never had one. At best it was just a bunch of single-episode stories that Ass-truc wants you to think are connected somehow and somehow all work together as a cohesive story. A lot of the characters in Miraculous Ladybug
You mean the overarching storyline where Marinette becomes a Guardian just because she can pick a hero? Yeah, just ignore the episode where Fu said he had to spend an entire childhood learning how to even be an apprentice Guardian, or ignore the fact that picking a person to be a hero doesn't make Marinette qualified to be Guardian in a slightest!
(If someone literally has to ask me this, ask yourself if a pharmacist is fit to be a doctor just because they hand out your meds.)
What about the storylines about other certain characters in the show like Lila, who the show has been building up to be a villain while casually destroying characters' intelligence to be able to do so? The story about Chloe accepting that she can’t really be a hero anymore and moving on?
Ruined by the Finale.
Oh yeah, the finale.
This season Finale was probably the worst finale out of all the seasons and half the stuff done in the last two episodes did not make sense. I dont want to talk about it much because I want to do a blog post about it later on, but for the sake of the finale, they ruined a bunch of characters, martyred Marinette for the 100th time, and created some stupid plot ideas for the sake of coolness. And by coolness i mean stanning Marinette again and making her extra special. Doesnt matter if it makes a contradiction or makes no sense. Stupidity has won this episode!
To be fair though, all the reasons above aren’t the reasons I hate this season.
No.
The reason for season 3 being the worst for me is how it had ruined the fandom.
Ever since the first episode of season 3, the fandom has become a cesspool of salt and anger. Character bashing because the class didn't straight up agree with Marinette instantly, Over the top Marinette stanning, fanfics that go over the top crazy, it has gone insane. On ao3 most fanfics of ML that i have seen have been about ‘Chameleon Fix-Its’ where Lila is metaphorically shot with a GAT, ‘Marinette protection Squads’ which basically involve her moving schools because Lila exists, and the Maribat ship that has made my head dent my desk (seriously where the fuck did it come from?!). Worst still, as a result of Season 3, the Adrien hate has started to go crazy as a result of the Chameleon episode and similar eps resulting in Marinette being shipped with Luka (aka the better Adrien as stated by Marinette stans), Felix before the Felix episode dropped, and even Damien Wayne in the Notorious Maribat ship (no seriously where did it come from i want answers!). To put it simple, thanks to Ass-truc all of ao3 is filled with salt fics and no more original and interesting stories.
BTW while i have your attention and am talking about good Miraculous stories on ao3, go read Miraculous Tales by JED1 on AO3 its soo damn good.
To be fair, I myself am angry at the episode, but only because everyone was written to be an idiot ball for the episode to work, and because of the fact Astruc used the episode to rile up the fandom to be almost as toxic as him.
If anything, its the number one reasons why i hate seasons 3 and the reason why it has ruined the fandom for me.
And that, overall, is why i think Season 3 was a Rollercoaster of a mess.

I’m gonna say it here, because i know for a fact that it also has been or even still is a problem in this fandom too.
I genuinely have never understood why many people no matter in which fandom focus way more if someone ships someone with another someone, but let slide actually over sexualizing their so called “favs”. No matter what fandom i do not join i see people being pressed just by even simply someone admitting that they think that some 🚢 is “real” , but majority of those people don’t see for example a problem of talking about possibility of d*ck size, zooming into private parts, using p*rn videos to create so called “POVs” or even 18+ art that people have even audacity to let people pay to see it.
I’m not saying that shipping is good, but I think it’s atp some kind of weird obsession with people you stan if you see a problem if someone thinks that your fav might be in relationship ( doesn’t matter if straight or not), but this kind of stuff is ok? Well sorry to break it to you but that kind of stuff is even more hurtful and wrong! Many times i see people in various fandoms attacking shippers for crossing the lines, because as they say “you are sexualizing them by shipping them” and while i agree that there is many shippers who actually do that and try so hard to create any kind of weird “tension” between two people that they ship (which ofc is wrong), but I feel like you guys forgot that sexualizing is not only shipping people. And many fans actually do sexualize their own idols, while hating on others for doing the exact same thing!
It’s kinda sad, but nowadays there is so little normal fans that just are there to enjoy either it’s content on yt, music etc etc. Fandoms have stopped being the real fandoms as they used to be. They used to bring people together, but nowadays they divide people. You cannot feel safe and good in any fandom. I am beyond disgusted of how fans treat their own idols that they are supposed to protect and support. Especially when it comes to male idols. When it comes to sexualizing men, many MANY fans genuinely do not see any problem in it. They get mad when it happens to female ones, but when they do it to men , it is seen as “HOT” or “SEXY”. It’s just disgusting on both sides.
I know that this random af rant might sound as I am protecting shippers, but believe me I am not. I am aware of how shipping might get out of hand for many fans. Over analyzing everything, trying to make everything as “sexual tension” , making 1s eye contact as something “more” etc. etc. But my point was that people who find sexualizing individuals ( esp, males) fine and protect it for their own pleasures, but will be mad when they will see someone commenting something about a ship are just hypocrites and are no different from those shippers who cross lines…
i think you make a lot of valid points, and i agree with you for the most part.
here's what i think about all of this.
i think that overall, the internet and society at large has gotten more sexual and that's why boundaries more often than not in fandoms gets crossed a lot. i think back in the day, it was a bit harder to find ppl talking about ships or sexual stuff directly. you had to go thru old forums and messages and it was a longer process. now, ppl are a lot more brazen to say things directly on your tl.
i think it's a mix bag and not just one solid issue, if that makes any sense. i think some ppl overshare (both fans and idols alike) and when idols do that it makes fans think they can talk about them in this type of way. i think some fans use idols as escapisms and in those fantasies they're together so that's why talking about them in a sexual way doesn't seem wrong. i think fanfics play a huge part in that, for sure.
but on the counter side, i also think that some fans are a bit sensitive to sexual things (not saying that's a bad thing, just stating an observation) and so anything past "i think so and so is hot" is deemed oversexualizing, when that really isn't the case. which is also why, controversial opinion, i don't think anyone under the age of 17 should have social media. as someone who grew up with every iteration of social media, i don't wish for teens' brains to work the way mine does.
the internet is a blessing and curse, but on the mind? more the latter than the former.
and as for ships, i think they can go south equally as fast as oversexualizing, depending on the person. sometimes they go hand-in-hand with one another. i think if you honestly ship two ppl together, sure. do what you want with that feeling. but you gotta remember that they're real ppl with feelings and lives outside of you. hell, you're not even included in any of that in the first place. you don't control your idols. they are not dolls for you to do what you want with.
so when they go against what you want, don't be upset about it. or don't fight tooth and nail to make something happened that is completely out of your control regardless of what you do.
be respectful for those you look up to, but don't be offended on their behalf if they themselves don't care.

Hey Charmed Fandom
Hey guys, long time no post (sorry, life has hit me like a bus, I hope I can make it up to you guys soon)
So, I'm sure a lot of you, if not all of you, have seent he trailer for the reboot of our greatly loved and cherished show by now.
I know a lot of you are not happy what what we've seen (so far) and that's totally fine and I can respect that. I get exactly where you're coming from. I have a few things I want to say about the whole situation.
But I have also seen so much hatred towards the new cast members. Especially for the fact they are not white. And I am seriously disappointed. You have every sing right to be mad the original cast is not back and that the networks did not listen to your views and opinions, but a lot of you need to chill the f**k out.
I've seen so many racist comments and sh*t about these ladies. That's not cool. Honestly, f*ck y'all for that. As a latino, I am so sad that so many of you will weapnize these girls skin colors and ethnicities into your anger and outrage over a damn show to. It's bullsh*t and I am sick of it.
Most of y'all are bitter the original cast/story is not in the reboot, I get it and tbh I was too at first, but c'mon, who wants to watch the same story over again. Besides, we all know, as of 2018, no matter what the og cast as said, they are not on good terms and a revival/reunion is just not going to happen. These girls are not to blame for it.
And another thing. Being a latino, I know first hand, that not all latino people look the same. Hell, my siblings and I look NOTHING alike. We come in all colors. So for you people saying Macy is "too black", y'all need to chill the f**k out alright. Alyssa is most definitely not the same shade as Shannen/Holly/Rose but y'all never complained about that. Shannen literally has nearly black hair and blue eyes, nothing like the other women on the show. And again, I heard no complaints? Not all races and ehtnicities look the same. As someone who has gone through life hearing people tell me I am "lying" that my siblings are my siblings because they have darker skin than me, it makes me sad that you'd imply that people cant look different and be related. Also, that you would use something such as race as a weapon against someone. That’s royally f*cked up.
Btw, for you folks who think this show is "propaganda" and "pc" because the cast is not white, shut up, white is not the default. Everyone deserves inclusion. A story can be told through different races/genders/sexualities/etc. Get a grip.
It just makes me super angry that these girls, WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG BY THE WAY, are being targeted with racial slurs and sh*t. Stop, be respectful, and don't be a racist, it's not that hard.
Now that is out of the way.
You can hate this new show (though let's be real you have yet to see it, a trailer cannot do an entire show, that hasn't even been filmed yet, justice), that is well and fine. You have every right. Do you. But don't attack these girls for doing their job. They are all clearly really excited about it, give them a chance to show you what they come up with.
I also want to ask that charmed fans out there, be respectful of others who have a different opinion of the new show. You don't wanna watch it? Don't. You don't like the new story? Cool, great for you. You wish they brought the old cast back in some way? Me too, but sorry guys, it's not gonna happen. But don't go telling or charmed fans they are fake or disrespectful for wanting to check the new show out or supporting it, that's childish adn you aren't some snowflake for being "OG CHARMED ONLY!!! THE ORIGINAL POWER OF THE THREE IS THE ONLY POWER OF THREE!!! THIS IS SJUST A BAD COPY!!!" Ya, cool for you, go eat a snickers and watch the original show.
This show does not negate/erase the old show. Let me repeat, THIS SHOW DOES NOT NEGATE/ERASE THE OLD SHOW. The original show will still be there. It always will be.
If this reboot sucks and crashes & burns, guess what? The original Charmed will still be there.
If the new show does great and gains a great group of fans, old and new, guess what? THE ORIGINAL CHARMED WILL STILL BE THERE.
Let's at least give this show a try. It is a new and fresh spin on the original story.
I've also seen a lot of you complain about the trailer, and cool, you can do that, but don't claim these girls are "terrible" actresses from ONE teaser trailer of a PILOT. Give them a chance The original pilot for the original show was awful, not just some of the acting. Don’t base an entire show off of a pilot trailer, or even a pilot for that matter.
As for people saying the cgi is “bad” and was better in the 90′s version, lmao y’all are just salty and lying let’s not even front. But still, they JUST got a budget from being picked up, give them the opportunity to impress you. CGI has come a long way, I’m excited to see what the magic looks like in this one.
One thing I don't like the "feminist" angle they are pulling with the new show, that is no fault of the actresses, blame the cw for that choice of wording, because we all know damn well that the original show was all about feminism for it's time. This is a new time, feminism changes with time, I hope people understand that. Many will argue the original show wasn't as feminist as it could have been, of course, I agree, but in the time that it was, if was very much feminist. Don't let these new headlines about the new show being big on feminism, diminish the fact the original show was all about strong and powerful women that supported other women.
I know some of the old cast is not on board with the show, that's fine, they have every right. But you don't see them attacking these ladies for telling their charmed story with this new show, so you shouldn't either. Wish them well. Shannen and Holly both have, despite Holly not being in very big support of the show, she wished them well. It's called respect you guys, c'mon.
Let them have their shot. Shannen/Holly/Alyssa/Rose got their shot, let these ladies have theirs.
Be respectful. If you don't like something, or even everything, about the new show. Totally cool, 100%, but don't attack these women on twitter and be d*cks about it. The original show didn't go anywhere, it is not erased. Just say your piece, respectfully, and move on.
And I'm not here to start up arguments. Nobody is right and nobody is wrong, everyone has right to opinions. But even still, you don't need to be cruel about it. Don't go trying to make these girls lose their jobs they are really excited about and their show cancelled, y'all are being petty.
And a lot of people are angry that the new cast said they haven't seen the old show. Though I'm sad they haven't, mainly because I want them to feel the magic I felt growing up watching it, which I'm sure a lot of you can relate to, it doesn't mean they are being disrespectful to the original because guess what? This is a new show (WAHH, OMGGG??? WHO KNEW) These new characters have nothing to do with te characters from the original show. I don't see what people are so stuck on that. It's like you cannot grasp the point of the show being "another take" on the original story, it's not that hard to understand.
I mean let's be honest, if they tried to be too much like the original, y'all will roast and complain. If they don't make them anything like the original, y'all will still complain. It's a lose/lose situation when you're bitter about it. If you go into it with an open mind, you might like it. And might not and that is okay.
If you love the original charmed so much, great, go watch it, tweet about, tweet the stars about it and tell them how much you appreciate and love these characters (without attacking the new characters/show). But don't belittle these new ladies and tell them they are "ruining" the og show, because they are not. And be respectful to them, wish them well, if you'd like, and move on. Don't have something nice to say to them, don't say a god damn thing at all to them.
Also, if these ladies block you on social media, I'm about 98% sure you deserved it. The charmed fans I have seen, are being cruel to these ladies, without any reasoning and it's not cool. Don't be a brat because you didn't get your way with how things turned out. Wish them well and move along.
BTW This blog is and always will be about the original Charmed, that won't ever change. But I hope that you guys welcome this new show and it's cast with an open mind and open heart, I know a lot of fans will. But I also know some won't. I hope they do though because hey, they just may surprise you.
Please don't reblog this and start to argue, I'm not here for it, I just wanted to state my word on the negativity and hope that we can all be respectful. This isn’t a “you’re wrong, I’m right!!” post, I’m just asking you guys be open and be respectful.
Now, I'm excited for this new show and I hope you guys are too. I'm sure these ladies will work hard, along with the rest of the cast, to bring you something magical. I wish them well and look forward to what they have to offer to the Charmed universe.
I think Macy will be my favorite sister, what about you guys? :)
#I'm sorry if this is long I just needed to say that#tired of y'all racists coming out of the woodworks#I know most of the fandom is not like that but some people are and they're just exposing themselves so let them#be nice to these ladies#and be nice to each other okay#I'm not tagging this#I'm not here for you bitter og fans coming at me for having a positive attitude on the reboot y'all can kiss my ass

bellarke is honestly such a phenomenon i’m never gonna understand you know and all this blorke party after the “another person who she loves, another part of her soul” lines calls for a rant so here it comes, buckle up
what’s in the script is cannon (well not really and not in all cases but let’s say so for now) so clarke griffin cannonically loves bellamy blake. and the only question i have is, anyone surprised? anyone didn’t notice? anyone had any doubts? don’t unfollow me or don’t get your hopes up yet, it’s not a probellarke post, it’s just stating the facts. of fucking course she loves him. damn sure she finds him a piece of her soul.
is it platonic kind of love? i don’t really think so becasue of s4. not because she stood too close to him for a platonic friend (i’m still laughing at that one edit) and not because she didn’t shot at him and not because she told him he has a big heart. but, well, because she drugged him, kidnapped him, chained him up, risked his life, risked his biggest love life, volunteered to hop out of the bunker (she wanted locked so badly) right after he did, repeatedly tried to steal his attention while he was focusing on surviving the world end and radioed him for 6 years. that shit is not platonic. that’s not what you do to your friends (i hope).
but that’s also not what you do to your boyfriend material (i hope). that is not the platonic kind of love but that is not the romantic kind of love either. that, my lovely audience, is the obssesive kind of love. the unhealthy possessive kind of love. you know, the i’ll-lock-you-up-in-my-basement kind of love. and that is the way clarke has loved bellamy at least for a season and half now since he was the only one co-taking the blame for all the Bad Things™ they’ve done together. he’s been there in the delinquents camp, he’s been there in the mouth weather, he’s been there in the s3 (we don’t talk about this one), he understands.
she needs to keep him close for her own sanity (credits: bob morley), she needs to have someone to lean on and he’s the last one of her partners in crime still standing by her side. therefore, he’s a part of her soul. because, in case you haven’t noticed yet, clarke is not a self sufficient leader anymore. she’s incomplete and her soul is shattered to pieces. even her own fandom seems to picture her as a part of the ship (i did my research: 9 out of 10 recent posts tagged ‘clarke griffin’, asks excluded, are bellarke posts) rather than her own person.
so yeah, clarke griffin loves bellamy blake and it’s a cannon. but does it mean that bellarke is a cannon? ekhm
first of all, for bellarke to be a romantic cannon bellamy and clarke need to romantically interact. like, how do i say it, k *ss? f*ck? literally do anything more than hugging and looking at each other?
and second thing, my favorite thing, for bellarke to be a romantic cannon bellamy needs to love clarke. and my question is, why would he? for literally never choosing him over any love interest she had? for leaving him after he tears-in-his-eyes-begged her to stay? for never caring about his wellbeing? for using and manipulating him multiple times? for, ekhm, unhealthy obsessing over him recently?
well, maybe despite all of this but 04x11 is where clarke crossed the line, risking the only thing he’s ever really cared about: risking the blakes.
for bellarke to be a romantic cannon bellamy needs to completely forgive clarke for how she doubted his little sister, how she was ready to sacrifice her and how she almost made him lose her, after all the effort she knew he has made to keep her alive since the moment she was born for absolutely no reason (i mean humanrace my ass, we all know she opened the damn door and the human race is alive and well), knowing how much octavia means to him and how he would always pick her first, and i mean, how could he? how could you expect him to?
it’s not clarke griffin’s feelings you should be insecure about in your little abusive ship universe
#anti bellarke#honestly bellarke is so 2k15#blorke#anti blorke#bellamy blake#clarke griffin#anti clarke griffin#anti the 100 writers#another one who she loves#i'm not saying braven is the only good solution but it is#braven jbc#braven#it took me so long to write this all down#im more done than eliza taylor

What 'fans' write to her is vile, insensitive, immature and inexcusable. However, those exact words also apply to her responses. "Lay off the doughnuts. You, might get laid one day if you do. Bye disrespect(ful) cunt". She replied to one fan she felt sorry for their parents and they said they could have been dead or adopted for all she knew and her response was "If you were adopted it would make sense because you're a piece of shit. Suck on that". She changed this comment pretty quickly (1/2)
2/2 Maybe she realised she had just implied being adopted meant you were a terrible person. However, the fact she wrote it in the first place tells you a lot. Here are a few of her other insults were, “idiots, grow a brain, pathetic, cunts and scum”. Yes, she was provoked but as a decent human being you NEVER use those words about another human. If someone screams those things in your face, you don’t say them back. It’s just human decency that’s it.
I’m sorry, but that is bullshit, dude. Complete and total bullshit. Look, Taylor doesn’t need me to defend her; in fact I’ve stated here several times that this has moved beyond her. This is about the bullshit that has become this fandom.
Don’t talk to me about ‘human decency’ when you’ve got assholes purposely going to her page with the intent of posting vile things simply to instigate, annoy and provoke her. Don’t give me no bullshit about “you don’t say them back” when it’s HER page and she shouldn’t have to employ bullying deflection tactics like putting her page on private, disabling comments, or blocking people. It’s interesting how y’all have got all these screenshots of her clapping back at fools, but the posts that INSTIGATED those responses in the first place – people telling her they prefer Arielle or Alexa (which cracks me up for a number of reasons), slut shaming her and accusing her of being a Nazi, straight up stupid posts like “Alex loves Miles” or “Milex is real” are no were to be found. I can tell you seeing those replies pissed off and annoyed the f*ck out of ME and others, I can’t imagine what she actually sees, deletes and blocks on a daily basis. And as someone who isn’t here for the bullshit either, I can related and empathize with her point of view when it comes to this. Don’t come on MY page and harass ME and then tell me I’m no longer a decent human being when I f*cking drag your ass ‘cause who gives a f*ck what you think?
These same idiots that are constantly telling her that she needs to “rise above it” or “ignore” or “not respond” are the same f*cking crybabies that fall apart when you tell them to f*ck off. Because that’s what you tell a person who doesn’t stop after you’ve told them to repeatedly – you tell them to f*ck off and if you’re serious and fed up, you’re not always nice about it. And honestly, there was a time when I would have conceded, “hey maybe she didn’t necessarily have to respond like that” but I’ve been given insight that makes me look at this whole thing completely differently. I’d really like know in what world do you guys think her anger is in any way unjustified? What delusional plane of existence do you reside in where people can harass an individual on THEIR PAGE and when that person reacts in a way that isn’t cute and laced with candy and rainbows, THEY’RE the asshole? Speaking for myself, when people come into my inbox here or anywhere else talking bullshit, I’m sorry, but you’re getting it right back. In the words of a friend I was speaking with about this last night “you don’t know what people have on board.” And it’s not like this dense ass, stupid ass fandom hasn’t been issued several warnings where this is concerned.
Don’t give me this bullshit about what a ‘decent human being’ would do. Those words sound so fucking fake and empty coming from a fandom that seemingly prides itself when she goes off like this; “oh, I hope she blocks me!” “she’s such a piece of shit” “doesn’t she understand that we’re Alex’s fans?” No, don’t YOU understand that this is girlfriend? This is someone that he loves? Even more to the point, this is HER page that isn’t related to him or anyone in TLSP OR Arctic Monkeys? As I’ve said before, in what world, to WHAT kind of f*cked up individual, when presented with the facts can objectively say that ya’ll aren’t the bullies? To make this easier to understand, I’ll put it this way: that’s like constantly cussing out and bullying someone and then when they call you a ‘cunt’, presenting that as evidence as to why they’re such a bad person. The concept of ‘human decency’ means nothing to many people in this fandom and it grosses me out that a lot of you have the nerve to even spout that bullshit.
Seriously, fuck ya’ll. I don’t want anything to do wit it. As someone who used to have a lot of fun with the Milex ship, I wanna distance myself because you’ve turned it into something gross and weird and creepy.
