hey. y'all know the egg rooms, right?
i'm like 80% certain that the egg guy isn't gaster, but either someone he has affected (like jevil or spamton) or directly created.
my funny headcanon is that gaster saw people online calling him an "easter egg" in undertale and he took that term and ran with it without exactly knowing what it meant. so he made rooms. easter egg rooms. where the guy literally gives you eggs.
gaster nailed it, you guys.

When the Water Begins to Recede Ch. 4 - Feathers
Synopsis | Ch. 1 | Ch. 2 | Ch. 3
A/N: Hey guys! Sorry this chapter took me so long to get up I’ve been a bi preoccupied with school. It is another Kaz chapter but I’m not really going to be alternating any specific way, though you can expect the next chapter to be from Inej’s pov. Anyways I hope you like it ad let me know what you think as always!
Desc: Kaz has underestimated the difficulty of navigating the troubled waters of Ketterdam since Pekka’s departure and things are just now beginning to pick up. Inej is stuck in the city for a while while she works to track down the ship that wrecked her crew and she and Kaz finally get a few quiet moments together.
Song inspo: Me and My friends Are Lonely - Matt Maeson, Drop The Game - Flume & Chet Faker
————————————————————
Kaz was frustrated. He might have been a million other things considering the gruesome state Roeder had been returned in, even worse was that the boy was still alive. A pulse beat at his throat, and his chest still rose and fell with every weak breath. The Dime Lions—that was clearly who it had been, hence the dimes in the eyes, leaving him alive, even clinging to death’s door in this state had been a shock.
It wasn’t like Kaz hadn’t seem similar things before. Members of gangs had been kidnapped and tortured and thrown back to their masters with tongues and other limbs removed, likely to keep them from telling what had happened. They rarely survived long enough to put a pen to paper if they kept their hands either. Yet the only thing Roeder had been missing was his eyes, his dignity, and a few teeth from a brutal beating he’d received.
It had still been useless to try and ask him anything because within a few minutes his weak pulse had begun to fade. Someone might have shouted for a medik, but there were none nearby good enough to keep him breathing. Zenik would have been particularly useful in this kind of situation and wished he could call upon the heartrender, but she wasn’t even in Kerch anymore.
Kaz wasn’t even sure who would mourn for the boy besides a few fellow Dregs. If even that. He hadn’t been the most sociable type, after all that would have been a poor quality for a spy. People who liked to talk were always more inclined to spill secrets no matter how hard they tried to resist the temptation.
Kaz cared in his own strange way. Roeder had just been starting out as his spider and while he couldn’t compare to the Wraith, he was doing well at it. Kaz was glad he hadn’t been working long enough to get any vital information, now that anything he gathered was surely turned over to the remnants of the Dime Lions.
Kaz had been considering sending him to spy around Vellgeluk and see what he could pick up about the brothel owners that frequented the island and its auctions. Examining the boy’s body as it had begun to grow cold, Kaz silently thanked any gods that might be listening he hadn’t sent Roeder on that job.
A few boys had carried the body away, all with solemn faces, more for the foreboding of message they’d been sent than the death itself. Death was common in the barrel, people were shot, stabbed, mugged, raped and beaten to death on the daily. Those who had been here the longest grew accustomed to the most gruesome things that life had to offer, driven by lust, greed, anger and just general cruelty, humans did horrendous things.
But this, symbolic, garish and brutal, was the real beginning of a gang war. It was something that had been inevitable since the second Kaz gotten Pekka Rollins down on his knees, begging for his son’s safety. And he knew that but anticipating something was so vastly different than being prepared for it. Months, it had been, and he still felt stuck in the middle of something, out of his depth and often found himself lacking something he couldn’t identify.
He’d been in this city long enough to have survived gang wars, and there was always ugly aftermath for everyone, from common street rats to the biggest bosses, even merchers who made deals with the wrong men. But even those were small-scale. This was full-blown regicide, people were fighting for the crown of an heirless King, and he was one of them.
Survival itself would have been difficult for him in this situation not long ago, but now it wasn’t enough for him to just survive. He had to thrive, he had to triumph because this was his legacy. He’d promised Jordie revenge by ruining Pekka Rollins and now he needed the satisfaction of taking the throne he’d left behind, of getting control of his city. That had been his goal for so long, and he was agonizingly close yet oceans away.
But the city itself wasn’t the hardest part. A new promise was, interfering with the one he’d made to his brothe. It was the one he’d made to Inej. His gang needed him but so did she, and as much as he hated it, he needed her too. Having his spider would be a great assistance for him right now, but she had her own promises. He didn’t know exactly what they were or who they were to, but she had every right to honor them.
She was in the city again for now, and maybe she could help him. He knew she worried for the gang, it hadn’t been long ago when she worked alongside them, and a few had even been her friends. But she’d still be busy working against Tante Heleen and trying to find leads on the slave ship that had decimated her crew. He would be assisting her of course, and despite the extra work, he was still grateful for it. The stressed, tired and frustrated part of him seemed to lighten at the sight of her, as if some invisible weight had been lifted from his shoulders. She was here, she would be here if he needed her. Even if it was only temporary.
But that was just it, it was temporary, and the thought frustrated him a bit more. She may be back for the time being, but she would leave again. She will leave again, he reminded himself. He didn’t want to think about it, but he couldn’t forget. It would be too easy to slip into a rhythm of routine, start to grow dependent on her, and find himself lost when she left.
He still wanted to at least try and show her he cared before she did.
It was nearly ten bells when they’d finished planning for tomorrow’s excursion. Inej would be spying near the White Rose to see what she could learn about slaver ships coming into Vellgeluk, and any other boats headed that way she could hitch a ride on because taking her own ship might not be the most inconspicuous method of travel. Random ships didn’t simply come and go from the island. If you went there, you went with purpose and somebody knew who you were.
Kaz would be providing her with backup in case something went wrong. Of course, covering up the real purpose of the job, insisting it had something to do with exclusive new investment opportunities. But he would be staying behind in the city and trying to figure out how the hell to find a new spider. Not that he would be telling Inej. He needed someone to figure out where the Dime Lion’s den was because none of their old businesses were still running and it wasn’t any other property he was aware they owned.
But it was time to take a break from work.
Now, Inej followed him up the Slat’s rickety steps to the attic. Neither of them had any real reason to be up there, in fact it had been emptied of everything apart from Kaz’s sparse belongings and his bed. Even the makeshift desk had been disassembled, its pieces moved elsewhere. But it was strangely comforting to be up there with her again, and an excellent opportunity for some alone time. It seemed like such a long time since they’d had any where they didn’t have to fear sudden interruptions from his gang.
They were exhausted and fatigued, but at least here it was secluded and mostly quiet, though the rustle of the barrel never ceased. The largest portion of the attic was completely empty, and the door to his small bedroom was left open.
“It’s odd,” Inej mused, offering no explanation.
“What is?” Kaz asked. The two of them hung their coats up and stood in the center of the room. It had always seemed so small when it was cluttered but compared to most rooms at the slat it was fairly large.
“It’s so early, and somehow we’ve got free time,” she explained. It was true, usually they’d still be out on some job or assignment. It made Kaz feel a bit old. He’d been doing so much more mundane office work lately he was actually looking forward to something exciting. But at least right now he was with Inej.
“Is that a bad thing?” he asked.
“Just odd,” she said, walking closer to the window and dragging a finger through the dust that had settled on the windowsill. “Have you fed the crows for me?”
“I don’t make friends with crows, Wraith,” he said mockingly. She narrowed he eyes at the use of that nickname, but a slight smile lit up her face.
“If I didn’t make friends with crows, I wouldn’t be friends with you.” She offered, wiping away the remaining dust and settling herself beside the window. It was wonderful to be having such light hearted, nonchalant conversations with her again.
“Maybe more than friends?” he asked casually. Then added, “and are you insinuating I’m a bird? Last time I checked I didn’t have feathers, and I certainly don’t lay eggs.”
“You steal my fried potatoes and hold a grudge like no one I’ve ever met,” she opened the window, pulled a crumbled biscuit from her pocket and began tossing pieces to the crows. “And yes, more than friends,” she conceded.
Kaz laughed softly and found himself staring dumbly at her for a moment. But a raised brow from her was enough to get him back to his senses, and he set about removing his vest and shirt. He slipped into his tiny bedroom and dipped a cloth in the washbasin by his bed.
He was half facing her as he ran the wet cloth over his skin, shivering a bit at the frigid temperature of the water. Inej’s focus was on him and he knew. She always tried to be subtle, watching from the corner of her eye but he could tell. She’d always done it and it had been tempting to call her out on it on it if only to see her furrow her brows in frustration, blushing despite herself.
A bit of recklessness overcame him, and he asked, “if you’re going to look you may as well check me for feathers.” And there it was, the slightest bit of scarlet tinged her cheeks.
“If I invited you into my chambers and began to undress with my door open, I’m sure you wouldn’t watch,” she said.
“Is that a proposition?” he asked, “and you’re absolutely right. I’m a gentleman.”
“I think I do see a feather, you must sprout them when you lie,” she accused, hopping off the window sill.
With a slight smirk he pulled on a clean shirt and a gray waistcoat. He moved to the door, but Inej walked into his room before he could. He considered saying something else snarky but decided against it, sitting on the edge of the bed. The door clicked shut behind her and she strode to the bed, setting herself down beside him, not quite close enough to touch.
So simple it was just to sit there, in the quiet and dim little room. But he new it wasn’t good enough. Cautiously, his hand slipped into hers and he clung to that little bit of contact, trying to prepare himself for more, assuring himself he was ready. Though, maybe he wasn’t, but he was certainly ready to make an attempt.

Word Count: 3066
Warnings: One bad word
Chapter 2
The morning came quickly, the sounds of begrudging shuffling and the water running in all directions of the building. You smiled to yourself as everyone started to wake up. Being an early riser yourself, you were up and about long before the sun peeked over the horizon. Seeing as you were off for the weekend, you had let your hair flow down in a curtain like fashion around your face slightly covering your left eye, tying it together at the ends just below your waist to keep it from fully falling forward. Wearing black leggings and a comfortable soft cotton T, you were set for the day. A soft hum resonating from your being, you smirked to yourself when you heard feet shuffling toward you in the kitchen.
“Good morning, Mr. Stark. Did you sleep well?”
Placing a mug of hot coffee in front of the obviously worn man, he gave a low hum as his response. Not long after he took a seat in front of you had more figures shuffled in. You were happy to see them all in the pajamas that you laid out for them, Natasha looked cute in your oversized shirt, their hair was still damp, Clint still almost fully wet. Everyone greeted each other a good morning as they sat around the kitchen, you placing coffee, creamer, milk and sugar for each of them.
“Thank you, (Y/n).” called your boss, beginning to wake up with the help of the caffeine. “I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
“Does anyone remember how we got to bed last night? I’m drawing a blank.” Asked Steve, pouring a reasonable amount of sugar into his mug.
Coming around to place a towel over Clint’s head, you refilled Tony’s cup with more coffee.
“I remember floating.” The archer called from under the cloth, not bothering to move it as he took a sip from his beverage.
“Same here.” Agreed Bruce, opting to drink his coffee black.
Giving you a questioning look, you gingerly shrugged at your boss, taking your leave, a smirk playing on your lips. Entering in your place, Thor was followed in by Loki and Bucky, the only three not in pajamas this early in the morning.
Thor was in his usual attire, minus the cape and hammer. Bucky was comfortably wearing a fitted black shirt and dark blue jeans that complimented his body well. And then there was Loki, he walked in wearing an all-black suit with a satin emerald green tie and gold cufflinks. It was honestly quite amusing to see the three standing together like that.
“Your jokes are starting to lose their edge, brother. I would surely remember if that happened.”
“Hey, Thor, do you remember what happened last night?” Sam walked up to the three, handing Bucky a mug for his coffee. “None of us can seem to remember how we all got to bed.”
“According to my brother,” he started, everyone turning their attention to him, “(Y/n) carried us all to our rooms.”
“What? No way.”
“There’s no way she could do that, look at us.” Gesturing to the men in the room, you were much smaller than they, save for Ms. Romanoff. “I can believe she carried Nat, but there’s no way she could lift the rest of us.”
Laughing into his mug, Tony looked away from Nat who was looking at him skeptically.
“Did she, Tony?” she asked, the others looking for him to answer.
When he just smiled at the wall, their skepticism was starting to waver.
“It’s true.” Commented Loki, leaning against the counter with his arms crossed. “I saw her take every one of you to your rooms. Looking like children being carried off by their mother.”
“And what makes you think we’d believe you?” Clint glared at the God. “Your track record isn’t exactly trust worthy.”
“Take my words as you wish, I speak the truth. It was quite amusing, actually.” He smirked.
“Hold up,” Steve cut in before a fight could start, “Tony, did (Y/n) take us to our rooms or not?”
“I’m not sure.” The man stated with a shrug. “I was unconscious. Buuuut, I know how we can find out.”
Getting up from his seat, everyone followed Tony into the living room. Pulling up the TV, he called out.
“F.R.I.D.A.Y. pull up the events of last night.”
The screen flickered to life as surveillance footage showed everyone passed out on the couches and floor. Forwarding it a little, Tony played it when you came into the picture. Looking on in shock, they watched you file in and out of the room, carrying each of them to a separate direction.
“Wow, she’s pretty strong.” Commented Clint when they saw you carry Steve off into the other room.
“Do you believe me now?” mused Loki, standing off to the side, a cocky smile plastered on his face. Before they could respond he cut off. “Oh, this is my favorite part.”
Turning back to the screen, you were laying out Thor and tying his feet together.
“What is she doing?” questioned the God, the others not having any idea either.
Suddenly they burst in a fit of laughter as they witnessed you picking up the large man and carry him like a fresh kill.
“Holy shit!” Laughed Tony. “I didn’t know she could do that.” Pausing the screen showing Thor over your shoulders, an embarrassed hue crept onto the man’s face.
“Oh good, you’re all here.” Pulling them from the screen, everyone turned to you.
“Where did you disappear to?” asked Sam, chuckling still from what they seen you do.
“Laundry.” You stated simply, walking over to the stove. Switching it off, they now noticed that it was on this entire time. “Take a seat.” You instructed, opening up the oven.
Seeing you in this comfortable attire, you left a positive impression on the trickster and dark soldier. The shirt hugged your body perfectly with the collar coming low to show a sensible amount of cleavage, your hair casting an air of playful mystery. The black clothing accentuated your assets very well when you turned around to bend over in front of the stove.
Coming around, the group watched you pull out trays of food, laying them out for everyone to see. Eggs, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, chicken, you name it, it was there it seemed. There was enough to feed a small army.
“Whaaa…?”
Walking over to the fridge, you pulled out cut fruit, yogurt, and the milk and orange juice.
“I wasn’t sure what you liked, but I hope it’s to your satisfaction.” Pulling down plates and cups, you placed them in front of everyone to serve themselves. “Enjoy.”
“When did you have time to make all this?” piling on pancakes and fruit, Steve leaned against the counter to eat.
“I’m an early riser.” You stated, serving yourself some oatmeal with fruit.
“Thank you, (Y/n).” Ms. Romanoff, along with everyone else, was really surprised by all the effort you put.
“And thank you for taking us to bed.” Added Bruce. “I didn’t think you were that strong.”
Peering at the screen, you turned back to the others.
“You didn’t watch all of it?”
Stopping mid chew, they looked at you in question of what you meant. Striding over to the TV, Tony, Natasha, and Thor noticed how Loki tensed up some when you grabbed the remote. Pressing play, they waited patiently for what more there was to see.
With a spit-take, the group burst in a fit of laughter as they saw you stride away with the ebony haired God in your arms. Said God looked miffed to say the least, straightening his suit jacket some to collect himself, you were trying your damnedest to not laugh or show any indication of amusement from it all. Taking a seat at the couch, you turned off and raised the screen from view so you could marvel at the sight of the glowing city.
Coming over to join you, the only man that you didn’t carry to bed sat next to you.
“I’m glad to see you well, Mr. Barnes. I was a little worried when I didn’t find you amongst the others.” Your eyes never left the skyline, this was the best part of the mornings in the tower, seeing the colors brighten into the beautiful blue.
“I turned in early.” He stated simply, taking a bite from his plate.
“Mmmh, do not let her go Tony.” You heard Mr. Wilson call over to your boss. Everyone seeming to enjoy your home cooking. Even Loki was eating waffles, obviously with a little effort from his brother.
“I don’t plan to.” He answered between bites.
It wasn’t long after Bucky sat did you get up, you finished eating before the others, surprising everyone but Tony, seeing as how Thor is usually the one to finish his meal. Cleaning your bowl and putting it away, you left the others to their food.
“You alright there, Buck?” coming over to take your vacant spot on the couch, Steve gave his friend a sympathetic smile.
“I made an idiot of myself last night, didn’t I?” Though his features were neutral, his eyes and voice were somber.
“Nah, pretty sure you didn’t say anything stupid. Though I only caught the end of your chat with her last night.” He laughed lightly.
“The only thing I remember was her mentioning something about a kaleidoscope. After that, I just remember heading to bed with you guys all laughing.”
“You could always ask if you’re that unsure.”
“And have her laugh at me? Yeah right.”
“Somehow I don’t see her as the laughing type.” Added Sam, walking over to join the conversation. “I mean she’s kept a serious face through all of last night and now. Girl doesn’t even crack a smile.”
“Hey, Tony, you sure you didn’t build another robot without us knowing?” Steven joked, enticing the others to come around and join the three on the couch in the living room.
“Trust me, I’m not that good. Vision was a strategic accident, (Y/n) is just very meticulous.”
“So, tell us more about her, Tony.” Nat enquired, bring her mug to her lips as she tucked herself under the large shirt. “How did you find her?”
“After Pepper kinda got rid of mostly everyone, the mess was starting to build up. I carefully put out an ad for a cleaning party, hers was the first to pop in, 15 minutes after the ad went up. I set a meeting, had Happy took the interview and let me know that it was just her and that he liked her. When I finally met her, you know I was expecting her to get all giddy when she saw me but no. With the most indifferent expression I had ever seen, she shook my hand and let me know before I said anything that she could start that day.”
“So, no family? Kids? Nothing?” chimed Clint, leaning against Nat on the couch, still eating.
“The closest thing to family is her best friend, I met her once when she came to pick up (Y/n) from work. Nice girl, that was the first time I actually saw her smile.”
“Well, now we know she isn’t a robot.” Steve nudged Bucky playfully.
“She’s very careful to keep personal information out of work, I’ve asked her several times to hang out or invite people over, but she won’t.”
“Have you done a background check on her? Seems a little sketchy.”
“Fury did. Nothing came up. Graduated top honors in Princeton for Business then topped at SVA in Media Design and Animation. Before that, nothin’.”
“Like, she just popped up out of nowhere?” there was a slight uneasiness in the air when Sam said that.
“Guys, look, I know it sounds off but I trust her and so does Pepper, Fury didn’t find anything and she hasn’t done anything.”
“Prehaps she’s running from something.”
Everyone looked to the God that spoke, his brother looking slightly uneasy by the growing tension in the air.
“You don’t know anything about this female, and yet you let her waltz right in here like she owns the place.”
“I hate to admit it, Tony,” agreed Steve, “and I mean I hate it, but Loki has a point. This is beyond your average maid, hell, she can lift Thor without hesitation.”
“You just don’t know her, that’s all. Watch, give her time to warm up and you’ll see what I mean.”
“I don’t think you know her either, Tony.” Added Nat, Clint nodding in agreement.
“I can’t believe I’m hearing this.”
“Then how about this,” chimed Loki with a calm demeaner, “you trust her with everything while everyone else seems a bit put off by her lack of information. Why don’t we all stay here in the tower with you? If I recall, you’re not home very often. This will give everyone a front row seat in how she really is.”
“I like that idea.” Sam smiled, there was some murmurs about it all but in the end, it seemed like the best option.
Before he could retort further, they heard you walking in, humming to yourself as you started prepping to clean the dishes and put away left overs.
“Um, hey, (Y/n).” Tony called over to you.
“Yes, Mr. Stark?” even with your eyes fixed on the man, you kept pace with your task easily.
“Seeing as today is your day off, why don’t we all go out? You included.”
Raising a brow at his invitation, you noticed how everyone seemed a bit tense waiting for your answer. Recognizing the situation, this was the same feeling Pepper had when she first met you, before she trusted you to work for them.
“I have a few errands to run today, when I’m finished I’ll come back here.” You stated simply.
“Then is there a possibility that you’d require assistance?” chimed Loki, a grin playing on his lips.
“Thank you but I don’t think walking around with the Avengers will help me get my to-do list finished any quicker. I’d be faster if I did them myself.”
With everyone getting up from their spots, they gathered around you in the kitchen. Loki and Thor lagging behind.
“Brother, I haven’t the slightest what you are thinking, but I implore you to cease.” The blond God whispered to his counterpart.
“What ever do you mean?” feigning innocents, Loki took his strides over to join the others, a smirk evident.
“What if just two of us tagged along with you.” Offered Sam, nudging Bucky with a smile. “That way everyone else can plan out what we can do.”
Their concern was understandable, a stranger that has access to everything in the tower could be a threat if given the opportunity. Still the thought of being out in public with any of them wasn’t sitting well with you. Not seeing a way around their offer, you folded.
“Who amongst you is less conspicuous?” the dishes were quickly scrubbed and put aside, Steve coming over next to you to dry and put them away.
“Uhhh…” there was a silence as everyone tried to think who wouldn’t be spotted easily walking around New York.
“I could go.” Volunteered Loki, earning a glare from Clint and a tense response from both Mr. Rogers and Mr. Stark. “After all, I can blend in quite easily in the crowds.”
Turning your gaze to the man, his body was surrounded by a soft bright green glow before turning into a completely different person. Though you didn’t show it, it was really impressive to see.
“No wa- “
“Okay.” You chimed, cutting off Tony. Everyone looking at you with surprised concern.
“Then how about Bucky?” suggested Steve next to you. “He isn’t well known to the public and we can get ahold of either of you if we need.”
“That’s fine.” You agreed, finishing up and draining the water. “Give me a moment to put the clothes away and we can go.”
“What clothes?” asked Clint.
“Yours.” You said simply.
Leaving them to collect themselves, they group all turned to Loki.
“You’re not going.” Stated Tony, his arms crossed in disapproval.
“And yet, she agreed.” He chimed happily, turning back to himself.
“Bucky will be with them, Stark.” Steve added. “For now, what did you have in mind for the rest of the day?”
“How about playing a game?” suggested Sam. “We can play volleyball or something, if (Y/n) joins that’s five per team. Plus, it will give us a chance to include Kylo Ren over here.”
“As fun as that sounds, it’s not very fair.” Natasha laughed. “Not mentioning that Yin and Yang don’t know any of our sports or their rules, there are four super powered beings here, there will be need to be handicaps set if we do come up with something like that.”
Both Gods exchanging looks, trying to figure out what they were talking about.
“And that’s not including that (Y/n) might not want to play at all.” Added Bruce. “Other than reading, she hasn’t mentioned anything about what she likes to do for fun.”
“Maybe that’s something we can hint at.” Bucky said. “When we’re out with her, we’ll try and see what she likes to do.”
“And get to know more about her.” Added Loki.
None of them were on board with letting him leave the building with you but they were a little easy on the idea since Bucky was tagging along. Walking back in, a backpack slung over your shoulders, you caught their attention.
“I’ve placed your clothes on your beds, I’ll let you know when I’m heading back. Are you two ready?”
Walking over to you both men nodded.
“You guys have pockets, right?” you questioned as the three of you stepped into the elevator.
“Yes…?” Bucky answered.
“Can one of you hold these? I don’t feel like constantly taking on and off my bag to dig them out.” Holding out your phone and wallet, Loki took them and placed them in his jacket pockets before Bucky could fully process what you asked.
“Thank you, Mr. Laufeyson.”
“Loki, my dear, please.” Smirking at the man on the other side of you. He glared some as the doors opened on the ground floor, both following you out of the building.

BatIM Chapter 3 Strategy Guide -Map Included-
Hello everyone! This is my first strategy guide I’ve made, so it might not be the best, but I’ll try to keep it as coherent as possible. The guide itself and the map will go under the cut. I watched 5 different playthroughs, 3 of which at least twice, and one of which i actually sat in on a friend playing to ensure the utmost accuracy. Please note that this is NOT a walkthrough, merely some tips and tricks for the chapter.
“BENDY”
So, first off, we’re going to start off with tips to keep “Bendy” off your ass.
He has some pretty obvious tells if you know where to look for them.
If you can hear a heartbeat, find the nearest miracle station in the OPPOSITE direction of where it gets louder.
If you can see shadows, back off, especially if they’re getting closer to you. The farther they are, the fainter they’ll be, so keep an eye out (and don’t confuse the shadows from the mesh floor on Level K for “Bendy”’s shadows, it could save your life)
When “Bendy” passes through an area, the ceiling starts raining ink, even after you can’t see his shadows anymore. It’s safe to move on when there isn’t anymore ink dripping from the ceiling
You’ll get a general bad feeling if he’s in your general area. Now, you could be getting paranoid, but a healthy dose of paranoia could either make or break your survival
One of his most frequent spawn points is the toy factory
Now, “Bendy” is attracted to sound. The worst possible thing you could do in this game is keep whacking at the walls and floor, that’s just asking for “Bendy” to murder you. As such, try to avoid taking the elevator if you can, it makes a LOT of noise. The miracle stations are also pretty loud to open and close, so try to make sure you’re not attracting too much attention to yourself. Grabbing the power cores is pretty loud as well, so you’ll want to hide more often with that task. Do NOT, under any circumstances, use sprint to get away from “Bendy” if he hasn’t spotted you yet. This will just catch his attention and just kill you stupidly. If he’s seen you, it’s better to run, but if he doesn’t know you’re there you want to keep it that way. One thing “Bendy” tends to do is teleport through walls. Common knowledge. His walk pattern is in circles around you. Generally unknown knowledge. Make sure to keep an eye out.
There are also some pretty weird glitches and bugs I witnessed while watching my friend play.
Sometimes, the miracle station in the toy factory bugs out so “Bendy” can grab you. The only solution to this is to hide in the back hall of the entryway and pray he leaves you alone.
I haven’t personally witnessed this particular bug, but it’s logged into the wikia so I’m going to include it anyways. There’s a particular glitch that freezes “Bendy” into the first frame of his chase animation so that it looks like he’s hovering after you in a crouched position. Doesn’t make him any less dangerous, it’s just funny to watch.
Now, this glitch I HAVE borne witness to. This particular glitch freezes “Bendy” in place ahead of you. Doesn’t sound too bad until it’s in a one-exit hallway. As long as you’re not in his line of sight, he’ll just stand there. Waiting. Sounds terrifying, right? When my friend played, she triggered him twice to try and get him out of the hallway, and she waited 5 solid minutes between each attempt. It was hilarious because it seemed like “Bendy” had just wanted to talk to her. The second time, she purposefully died trying to whack him with the axe so that she could pass.
THE PROJECTIONIST
Norman is pretty simple to avoid. Just stay out of his light and don’t attack him and you’ll be fine. Sounds simple right? Not so simple once you learn that his light can glitch through walls on occasion. One effective method of avoiding him is following him through the maze, as GTLive shows. This works until Norman doubles back. He did this constantly during my friend’s run of the game, to the point of annoyance. My tip for you is to go around the back of the elevator platform when going down, and to hide until Norman has passed you if you enter a miracle station. Want to kill him? Here’s the hit counts for each weapon
Pipe: about 72 hits
Axe: 8 hits
Tommy Gun: 16 rounds
So far, there’s only one known bug for this guy, but it’s a pretty great one (shown in the above gif) where he gets stuck in a corner of the maze with his walk animation playing on loop. He does not react to you entering his line of sight or attacking him, so you can either complete the heart collecting task in peace or kill him easily.
GENERAL TIPS
These are tips for Chapter 3 in general. I learned a few of these from watching my friend play, so thank you friend!
If you can climb up on the sloped corners on the the elevator, you’ll be immune to the shorter enemies. This is especially helpful during the Butcher Rush as I like to call it, where “Alice” has you kill a bunch of the Butcher Gang clones in front of her door.
There will always be a Bendy cutout spawned right next to the elevator on Level K. Break that one last to make it easier to escape “Bendy”.
If you have Searchers or other shorter enemies following you, over the bridge on Level 9 will protect you outside the Butcher Rush.
The locations of the gearboxes, numerous Thick Searcher spawns, and power core stations are fixed, it’s the availability of the items within those locations are randomized, but they’re fixed enough that they can be marked on the map.
If you intend to take the spare axe in Grant’s closet, do NOT take it before “Alice” completes her speech or else it’ll glitch back to the pipe and it won’t respawn.
The searchers go away if you hide in the miracle station
SECRETS
Want to get those juicy, juicy easter eggs? This section is for you!
Tommy Gun
Change the ink blob next to Shawn’s tape to look like the Ink Machine
Take the Demon Path
Don’t die
Henry’s Tape
Instead of returning to the elevator after grabbing the ink hearts, Henry has to walk around back of the platform and break the boards.
Turn the valve you find back there.
Return to Level 9 and find the staircase marked with the Bendy cutout’s head. Look around the room.
Open the door. The audiotape and a Bendy book should be in the room you find.
Sammy’s Voice
Go to the collection of instruments in the Level 11 stairwell
Play the instruments in this order: bass, drum, violin, piano, drum
Searcher Boss
Start the ink hearts task
Break the boards to the secret room in the toy factory
flip all 3 levers
go out and fight him. go on
NOTE: tommy gun is preferred for this task, but melee is possible, just hit the searcher from behind the fences in the lower segment

Hints
Karla The Swordmaster
Karla is a Lv. 5 swordmaster that you can only get in Hector’s campaign. In the chapter Crazed Beast, send Guy to the village to the south of the Bishop. Karla is in the village. She is Karel’s brother, and you don’t have Karel yet. In chapter 30x, have Bartre as a Lv. 5 or above warrior. Send him to the arena, and, if neither of them die, she joins your party. Give Bartre an Iron Rune, because Karla has a Wo Dao, and will get a critical otherwise.
Third Ocean Seal
The first two Ocean seals I had no idea existed, but in level 30, Victory or Death, there is a secret shop behind Limstella. It is surrounded by thickets, so you have to use Heath or another flier to get it, but make sure they have a delphi shield (lv. 26), because there’s a manned ballista. Take him out, or you are DOOMED. The shop has Earth seals, ($20,000? ) Fell contracts, ($40,000), Ocean seals, ($50,000) and an assortment of staves. Get a Silver card and you won’t have any trouble.
Secret Characters
After completing the final chapter, go to extras and click map. Choose a finished game. Complete the Tower of Valni, Lagdou Ruins, or monster skirmishes to earn secret characters. Those characters are Glen, Selena, Valter, Riev, Caellach, Fado, Ismaire, Hayden, Orson, and Lyon. They are all very powerful and carry strong weapons. THey can be leveled up easily by fighting strong enemy units.
Ocean Seals
Ocean Seals are probably the least known and hardest to find seals in the whole game. They turn pirates into Berserkers. There are only 2 ways to get an Ocean Seal. There’s one floating around somewhere in the sand in Nabata. This one’s pretty hard to find but it’s free. The other is in a secret shop. This secret shop is in chapter 23 but only when you’re fighting Linus. To open this chapter you must have 2 lords at level 20 and one at at least level 10. Then you have to have the member card which can be obtained in chapter 20. The secret shop is in the woods on the farthest east island on the map. To buy an Ocean Seal costs 50000 gold. Fortunately there’s an arena in the town so you can get money there to buy the seal.
Get Vaida’s Super Spear
In mission 24, when you must fight Vaida who is powered by Nergal, if you use the mine cheat, you can control her. Move her down to the shaman and trade her spear to him for the luna. Then kill that shaman to get Vaida’s supercharged spear. If you give this spear to any unit they will get the power bonus Vaida was getting from Nergal.
Control Enemy Units
To control all enemy units that have not moved yet, move a weak character by someone who will attack them. Then lay a mine so that the enemy has to step on it to attack. Once the enemy steps on the mine and gets damaged, reset the game and choose resume chapter. All of the enemies that have not moved are now under your control. Even the bosses. Only reinforcements that come later will be free from your control, so you basically win the level easy.
Kill The Dragon
The dragon that you fight in the end has 120 HP and does a good amount of damage to anyone. The easiest way to kill it is to use eclipse. If it hits its health will fall to 60 making your job much easier. Otherwise keep using Hector’s Armads and healing him if he gets injured. Once the dragon’s health is low enough, use Eliwood kill him with Durandal.
Beat Nergal
In The final chapter after you kill all of the other units, you will have to fight Nergal. You can kill him easy if you use Athos’ Aureola and Hector’s Armads. You will probably need a physic staff to heal your units if they get hurt fighting him.
Skip Things
At the beginning of all chapters, there is a scene explaining what the chapter is about. If you’ve already seen it or don’t care, press START to skip it. You can also do this with any scene or to make someone stop talking.
Beat Level 27 Boss Easy
In level 27 the boss will either be Lloyd a Swordmaster or Linus a Hero. Both have an item that blocks criticals, and they do a lot of damage and rarely miss. But, if you’ve been using Pent and he is above level 10 and has an Elfire, then send him up to the boss alone. Make sure that no one else can get attacked by the boss, because they will probably die. Then have Pent attack the boss, he will have a 85%+ hit rate, and do 10+ damage. But the boss will have about a 40% hit rate and do almost no damage and no critical. Just drain his health with Pent and have someone else kill him if you want exp.
Pegasus Triangle Attack
This is a special attack that can only be preformed in Hector’s route. To do it you need the pegasus knight sisters: Florina, Fiora and Farina to surround one enemy. Then have one of them attack the enemy. The attack has a special animation sequence with 100% hit rate and 100% critical every time you use it.
Items In Hiding
I bet that most of you didnt have patience enuff to look for hidden secrets throughout the game. One secret for instances would be the many hidden items in chapter 22> the Living Legend. There are seven hidden items floating around in the sand which include: A Luna, an Ocean Seal, a body ring, Filla’s Might, an Eclipse, a Light Rune, and a Hero Crest. To collect these items, just wait on a spot for an item for one turn, if an item is there, it will alert you. Matthew will have to dig them up.
Get Hawkeye
In the desert in chapter 22, a berserker will appear after a few turns or so. He will start attacking your enemies along with Pent (you can’t get him yet). Have one of people (I suggest Eliwood)talk to him and he will join you. It is a pretty good idea to recruit him because he is so powerful.
Easy Level Ups
During the game, have your weaker charaters beat the boss of the chapter and they will level up 1 level. You might want your lords to this, so at level 20 you can up-grade them to there new form.
Eliwood The Knightlord
Hope you used the first two heaven’s seals on Lyn and Hector because at the end of chapter 27, Athos will only upgrade Eliwood using the last heaven’s seal regardless of his level. Once becoming a knightlord, Eliwood will be able to use lances.
Pent And Louise
In the beginning of chapter 24, Pent and Louise join you. Be careful. If you lose Pent, you will lose Louise too. It is the same thing for Louise.
Changing Scenery
There are 2 chapters in the game when the map will look different, Ch. 23 and Ch. 25. These maps will change to give you different characters. In Ch. 23 you could get either Wallace or Dart’s friend Gietz. In Ch. 25 you could get either Karel or Harken. While getting Harken or Karel doesn’t matter on the map, getting Gietz or Wallace does. The objective must be to defeat Lloyd to get Wallace, or defeat Linus to get Gietz.
Get Rath
In chapter 21, after the first or 2 turns pass, rath and 2 of his men will arive and assist you. Simply have Lyn talk to Rath and he will join your team. Make sure you get to him before he is killed, if not you can’t get him for the rest of the game.
Get Wallace
In Chapter 22, Wallace will be roaming around defeating black fang. Just have Lyn go up to him and talk then he’ll join your team. Wallace is a General so it would be a good idea to get him because of his high defensive power.
The Sound Room
After competeing a majority of the game, you’ll get the “Sound Room” under extras. In here you’ll be able to listen to songs you unlocked and the pictures you’ve unlocked during your adventure.
Karel Of The Plains
In chapter 26, some things change for some reason.Like the map andthe boss you fight. If you fightthe boss that is a bishop, a NPC will appear (he’sgreen). Have a lord talk to him. He is a level 8blademaster.
Talk With Hector
During chapter 7, when you have to save Ninian, you’ll notice a house by the castle Heintz is guarding. Have Matthew enter it first and he will engage in a conversation with Lord Hector of Ostia, however Hector won’t join the team though. Afterward have Serra enter the house to see a comedic scene. After you’ve done this, Hector will say his normal lines.
Hector The Greatlord
After you save the prince in chapter 26, the Queen will give you the second Heaven seal. If you used the first one on Hector and it will upgrade him to a Great Lord. He will be able to use swords.
Get Farina
In Hector’s story there is a chapter called Crazed Beast. A few rounds in to the battle a Peg Knight will appear. Position Hector on the area of land closest to her at the bottom and wait. There is no threat from enemies. The enemies onland won’t move unless you are close enough to attack. The enemy ballista are out of range. The enemy Peg could fly down if they are still alive (they usually are’nt) but if Hector is above level 10 this shouldn’t be a problem. When Farina flies over to talk to Hector you must have 20,000 gold. If you do Hector will ask you if you want her to join. Say yes because you can get an Elysian whip from the village. Use it immediately as Farina is level 14. She will then be a Falco Knight which can use swords and are extremely powerful.
Earth Seal
To get the Earth Seal in chapter 24 in the bottom city you will get the earth seal. The earth seal will evolve anyone over level 10.
Heaven Seals
There are only 3 heaven seals in the world. They can only evolve your lords to a more powreful state. Pent will have the first one, the queen will have the second and the third is hidden some where. The first 2 you could give to Hector or Lyndis, depending on who you like better, but Eliwood can only use the last one .
Get Jaffar
In Chapter 26 Battle Before Dawn you protect the prince of Bern. You will find Nino and Jaffar seperated with Ursula in between them. Enter through both entrences at the area where you start out and go down to where Jaffar and Nino are. Bring a lord (preferably your strongest) to talk to Nino and she will join your side then have the lord rescue he and bring her to where you started. Then on the opposite entrence that leads to Jaffar send 1 or 2 Paladins down. Have one rescue Jaffar and bring him where Nino will talk with him and he will join your side when you beat the Chapter. Then have the other Paladin kill-off the enemys that Jaffar was fighting.
Get Canas, The Shaman
In chapter 16x, go to the first of the locals in the middle top. Then you will talk to Canas because he will want to go on the ship too, so he will join your group.
Get Vaida
When you first encounter her in Chapter 24 Unfulfilled Heart she is super powerful so it is best to stay out of her way. Then when you rencounter her in Chaper 27 Cog Of Destiny keep 2 Snipers down where Merlinis is and a Lord when the first 3 Wyvern Riders apper she is the top one. Just talk to her with the lord and she will join and then kepp killing off the Wyvern Riders that keep appering with Vaida and the 2 Snipers.
Crests
Crests are things that will evolve a character usually when they are levels 10 and up. So you should get items that might be crests and evolve characters to higher stats. Like a Knight to General.
Lyn The Bladelord
In the second saga, you will get a heaven’s crest. Use it on Lyn (she must be at least lv.10). She will then transform into a Bladelord. She can then use bows.
Get Dart
At 16x, when you are supposed to reach Fargus, you shouldn’t beat Dart, he’ll come back in another chapter, maybe 18, and he will join your group.
Harken The Hero
In Chapter 25, Harken a hero will enter and he will be upset about Marquess Pharae’s (Eliwood’s father) death. Have Eliwood talk to Harken and he’ll join your army.
Jaffar The Assassin
In Ch. 26, after you get Nino, have one of your riders (Kent, Sain, Lowen, Marcus, Pricilla) take her to Jaffar. Before doing this make sure you had people over help to protect him for his killing edge wont last long. When you get her there, have Nino talk to Jaffar. He’ll be upset because she didn’t leave, But at the end of the Chapter he will join Eliwoods team.
Get Legault
In chapter 19, an enemy theif known as Legault will betray Black Fang. Have Lyn talk to Legault and he will be persuaded to join your group.
Get Nino
In Chapter 26 you have to defend the prince of Bern. While doing this, have Lyn, Hector, or Elimood talk to Nino. After a brief disscussion she will join the team.
Trinity Of Magic
Like the weapons triangle the trinity of magic lets you have an advantage. Light beats dark, dark beats amine* and amine beats light. *Amine is Wind, Thunder, Fire, Water.
Getting Raven And Lucius
On chapter 16, the one where you regain Lyn’s castle you can get Raven the mercenary and also have the monk Lucius rejoin your party. To do this bring Pricilla in the battle. Protect her until she reaches her long lost brother Raymond (Raven). Hopefully you do this before the soliders escape or they might hurt him. Let Pricilla talk to raven and get him on your team. Then let Raven talk to Lucius. They are great characters to add to the team.
Weaken Stronger Bosses
An easy way to defeat strong bosses use indirect combat before using Lyn or another direct attack. In level 10 you can also pick up a steel bow for Wil and Rath. This helps a lot against final bosses.
Play As Hector As The Main Character
Beat Eliwood’s Game and watch the entire ending. Then, save your game & then you can play as Hector.
Mercenary Raven
Early in Eliwood’s story, you will have a mission where you recapture Lyn’s castle. A mercenary named Raven, (pointed out in a cut scene) is in actuality Priscila’s brother. Have her talk to him to convince him to join your cause.
Return To Game Fast
When you turn off the game and want to return to your game fast. First hold down start, select, A and B. Then let go of B. You will return to the last played game.
Get Merlinus
In order to get Merlinus, complete the side quest that comes after Ch. 13, the one where you must protect Merlinus for seven turns. If you successfully complete the side quest, you’ll get the option to dispatch Merlinus, a merchant who will store some of your items when you can’t carry them. Just follow the instructions that follow after you get merlinus.
Side Quests
After you complete certain chapters, you’ll have the option to go on side quests. There, you’ll be able to gain exp. points, items and new companions.
Get Guy
In Ch. 13, guard Matthew until he reaches a swordsman called Guy. Let him talk to Guy. Then, he’ll join your side because he owes matthew his life. He is a good swordsman. Note: If Guy is killed by one of your men, you can’t get him. Only Matthew is able to get Guy on your side.
The Saga Continues
After Lyn seizes the throne from Lord Lundgren you will start a new journey with Eliwood.
Weapon Advantage
In the game there is a weapon triangle. The triangle is axes are stronger than lances, lances are stronger than swords and swords are stronger than axes. Using this method will defeat your opponents quicker and easier.
