I headcanon that usually no one is on day/night watch all the time (they rotate), but there are a few nuances

° Torse Harrum prefers night watch

° in oppose, Snorl hates night watch

° makes no difference when to put Barphon on duty, he yawns at both of them

° Skoll can be sent to work at any time of day or night

° Guff isn't very good at day watch, he slacks off and reaches for a book

° he always gets sent on duty with Hearth because Guff have endless laughs working with Jerub
