I don't know if this is a right thing ask but do you have any unfinish wips or prompts that are lurking inside your head? I just think it would be nice to read any prompts from an author who doesn't write a lot (sorry if this may seem rude to you. I promise it's nothing like that)

i do have wips that i canʼt finish and i do also have prompts that i canʼt seem to write. thatʼs just how it is when writerʼs block is literally living with you *sighs*

and donʼt worry! i donʼt think this is a rude thing to ask. i actually want to talk about the prompts i have in my head, i just donʼt know where to start. iʼm glad you ask, anon! ^^

(okay... with a sudden edit from me, i would also be adding prompts that are not from me since i think it would be a nice idea to have its wide recognition it clearly deserve <3 (if it doesnʼt already /nm)).

(not an actual wip since i wrote a little bit of it; itʼs up for adoption though because i seriously canʼt continue it), detective au with both dream and techno being a detective. they are in a different organizations who has a little bit of rivalry since both of their presidents are a little cocky for having dream/techno in their organization. and then something happened that made both of them need to work together (a typical enemies to lovers plot just because).

ranboo forgetting that his parents are dream and techno. again, this is not an actual wip since i also wrote a little bit of it, but iʼm including this because it has potential. fortunately though, thereʼs an author who wrote almost exactly the same thing! donʼt know which one us posted first; donʼt really care. at least it exists *chefʼs kiss* i do think that we need to give attention to this prompt. i think itʼs neat.

rapunzel au with dream as rapunzel. i know, i know, techno is the one who has long hair but hear me out. golden-haired rapunzel? sounds like dream to me. and besides, techno can also have long hair but dreamʼs the one who has magical hair. also, also, patches as pascal the chameleon? and then carl as maximus the horse? itʼs perfect and itʼs excellent. techno having voices is a nice addition too, honestly. (now, this is an actual wip of mine. this was supposed to be my gift to star (for the dnb exchange that happened), but i realized it would take months for me to write since i was planning to do an actual adaption of the movie so i decided to stop).

uhm... i donʼt know what to call it, but it has something to do with rivals academy. this wip of mine was a bit inspired by scoutʼs fanfic that i donʼt remember the title. the prompt is literally just ranboo trying to figure out the history behind his academy (which is the rivals academy) through books in the campusʼ library. librarian dream knows his fascination about the history so he told him he knew someone who knows the actual history of it (i sadly did not continue this after chapter 1 because i also realized it would take months to get finished since my plan for it was a lot (and i mean, a lot).

techno taking over phil, ranboo taking over techno and micheal taking over ranboo. this is a prompt thatʼs been going through my mind for the past months (probably started around november 2021). this prompt is 5 + 1 but itʼs just 4 + 1. the pov of this is an outsider (literally an outsider) who noticed how techno is just like phil. and then it continues from techno to ranboo and to micheal, and probably in the future as well. itʼs like... a found family thing but not really. why am i so hard at explaining things? *sighs* letʼs just say that that outsider sees phil in techno, sees techno in ranboo and sees micheal in ranboo. thatʼs the best i can give you...

modern au with dream falling in love with a fictional man, techno, from a book he recently bought. i was organizing my gallery and then i came across this video that i saved from liliʼs server and it was about that tiktok song that goes, “i fall in love with boys i see on the tv screen, the one in books who were as perfect as they can be~” but with dnb; it was from an og member that was a friend of mine (from my other account because... people change), and i thought, yeah, thatʼs a nice concept. and although itʼs angst - `cause you know, falling in love with fictional man? really, dream? - is a bit... heart breaking, itʼs an excellent idea. i would love to read a fanfic of this.

okay... the whole, “maybe in another loop, finally, i can love you the way i wanted to.” thatʼs all iʼm giving you, thatʼs all.

uhm... bride of the water god but make it bride of the blood god...? and yes, i hear you, i donʼt actually know the story behind the thing with bride of the water god, but like... you know, something, something about bride of the blood god.

fuck it, i want every disney princess movie to be about dnb (well, maybe not all of them since not all have the romance thing but you get my point). especially aladin and the little mermaid. come onnn, iʼve seen enough beauty and the beast, and tangled au, thereʼs even cinderella au, and i need another disney au ;-;

i want actors au so here i am. so, uh, both techno and dream are actors, and they are rivals to say the least. they are both famous and popular so likely they very much hate each other. they don't even want to be in the same film, so whenever they are invited to a certain film that has each other, they will turn it down. BUT, something happened. there will be a film about romance, especially m/m and it's so popular among audiences; dream auditioned for it since he's done bl series/movies several times already and he got in! the only thing is, that techno also auditioned since he doesn't really care and just need his popularity to increase more; he also got in. so what's next, you say? what if... just what if, throughout the times they are shooting scenes with each other (especially kissing scenes), the other is going to be like, “wait... do i love him? fuck no, i'm just being in character too much,” and then the other is also like that! it's up to you whether it's going to be a happy ending or not.

so uh, has anybody write spy x family as somni trio yet? well, okay, i know that i haven't watched it, but come on, i can see some parallels between them! someone has to do one.

and thatʼs it. itʼs not a lot, really. i donʼt have the capacity to think more because my school is literally killing me with their works.

am i planning on making more? probably. letʼs see in the future *winks*

and do i hope that some author would see this and take inspiration to write it? absolutely! i would even kneel before them if they did. itʼs just the way it is. if i canʼt write them then i would wish someone else would do *sobs*
