Hey everyone! I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting kind of bored of just doing new polls for random Layton NPCs everyday. (especially because it's getting harder to find ones i haven't done yet) Not to mention it's monotonous for me to keep up. So I've decided we're gonna take a little break to do a couple "tournament" style polls. First on the chopping block is going to be

"Professor Layton and the Most Passable NPC"

I've gone through all the completed polls to find characters that had a 85% or more pass rate. There will be two polls with two sets of highly passable characters. It'll be your job to decide who's the most passable. The winners of those two polls will face off to determine who is the most passable. These polls will be posted next Thursday and I'll be taking a break from posting regular NPC polls.

No, I'm taking a break cause I'm bored and want to try something different. Some little tournaments seem like fun, and tbh I run this blog cause I think it's fun!

I've got a couple more ideas for some small tournament style polls, but I'll make another post about those. Anyway! Hope this is a fun little diversion for everyone!

I Just. I dunno. I realize that'd he'd probably be a crappy father who is absent from his kids life, but also inner brain is going but what if he wasn't. What if he was a good father figure

What if he came home and said he was proud of his kid and he encouraged and taught his kid principles? What if he was gentle but also knew when to give some tough love. What if he showed his kid love by tickling and giggling with him? What if he played cops and robbers outside and I dunno made the gym or bicycling or hiking or rock climbing or some other excercise a play date? What If his kid could trust him and be able to confide in him? What if they hugged and not in a weird way? What if they cuddled (is that weird? It feels weird and uncomfortable but Idk it sounds nice)

I dont know it friggin 3 in the am and am beyond tires. I'm sorry for the weird post. I cant explain it but over half of those what ifs feel very illegal to me

Wait so, if Pump is one of the only robots in the city, what's going on with the rest of the Wonders?

Amazing question!! Grandpa Wonder was actually the one to make Pump. He was supposed to be a sort've gift for a mourning Skid, since Lila was a close family friend when Mr. Wonder was younger. But Pump grew attached to the Wonders and sort've stayed as an adopted son. Susie wasn't happy with this at first since it kind of felt like her family was starting to replace her, but she's grown fond of the little mechanical gremlin too. And he's trying to learn to be a better brother every day despite the species difference.

Tl-dr, Grandpa Wonder is a roboticist who made Pump which is why the rest of the family is human and he is a silly little bot. (Tempted to make a comic about that too.)

Hi! I saw your art and I loved it, my question is, how is the personality of your little Kit?, how would it get along with other Shipchilds?

And oh my god an ask about Kit?? Hell yeah!

I'd say Kit is definitely a quiet kid, because that's how he naturally is. He doesn't speak a lot nor is he the type to start conversations— even towards people he knows to a certain extent. But despite this, he genuinely is a really nice kid! (Ironic considering who the parents are 💀) Feeling down? He'd silently offer a flower. Need help? He's willing to assist ya! This is probably due to the fact he's raised not by Killer or Murder, but mainly residents of the omega timeline. (Like Color, Delta, and perhaps a few others??)

(He doesn't see his parents all that often, but he notices that they visit him whenever they have free time after their "job".)

As for how he'd get along with the other ship children... Perhaps it may depend on how they're like, but Kit would be pretty friendly towards them! Even if some are uh, a little strange in their own ways. He wouldn't try to initiate conversation but would willingly spend time together with them in a room if they asked. He'd be curious, about them and their parents, even more so if they turned out to have one of the same ones. If so, he'd probably appreciate them if they could tell him what killer or murder are like, random things about them and etc.

Just as long as they aren't overwhelming to be with.

Don't mind me I got back from school not long ago and I'm a little tired so hsnsjbs have a small doodle for now !! These are all more of brief descriptions of Kit but perhaps I'll write more of him when I can!

Do prior extinction fans exist at all? I don't think I've EVER seen one in like... Years. Not counting the friend who got me into the game.

I can kinda see why there's so few players though, practically everything is locked behind a paywall. I'm all for supporting (indie? Idk if they're indie Im too tired to check rn) developers but like, it seems like it's hurting the player count. Honestly I wouldn't wanna play either if everything cool was locked behind thousands of Robux or DAYS of grinding. (If I didn't have a someone to walk me through how it works that is) I love their designs and the game I really do, it's sad to see such an amazing game die.

Hopefully recode will do better though, honestly not optimistic about that.
