Our former intern is back for his second pop-up this Saturday (10/21). If you’ve been keeping up with our brand for the past few years you may be familiar with our former interns brand @effulgencesf. He worked really hard for us I am pleased to be returning the favor this weekend by hosting a pop-up shop for his Fall collection release. Join us this Saturday at our SF flagship store to celebrate the opening of the Effulgence pop-up from 6 - 9. Our beloved intern is all grown up!

Our intern Stephen is all grown up and so has his @effulgencesf brand! When Stephen was interning with us he would tell us about his dreams of growing his own personal brand. I would lovingly tease him about the brand name saying it sounds like the coffee brand Folgers. I would refer to it as Effolgers and ask him daily: “How’s Effolgers doing? What’s next for Effolgers?”. So when talked about collab tee for his pop-up tomorrow and did further research to find Folgers is a SF founded company, it was a full circle moment to make the design based off the classic coffee company. We used the Folger’s tagline “The Best Part of Wakin Up..” as the theme of the shirt. Each tee comes with a custom coffee burlap sack to bring the coffee themed collab altogether. All proceeds of the shirt will be donated to our brands mascot Levi, who has been having some recent medical issues. Thanks Stephen for helping out with our brand and with Levi’s vet bills! Effulgence x Benny Gold will be available at the pop-up shop tomorrow 6-9pm. 968 Valencia Street! See you then! (at Benny Gold)
